Medellín : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

It's a lovely building and apartment, but it might be time for some TLC. It's starting to look a bit run down. We had a problem with the security person while trying to park our car. He was extremely rude and made fun of me and my family. I texted the host, asking her to contact me the next day to discuss it, but she never did. Everything else was okay.

Amazing loft in the best building in Medellin!

I have been to Medellin several times. This is by far best space for one person. You have a full kitchen, a whole office with printer, washer and dryer, king size bed, great bathroom and a walk in closet. Location is very nice. 2 dollar uber to provenza and Parques Lleras. Amenities are nice as well. Rooftop pool and gym

Great spot. Great neighborhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. Nelson arranged transportation to and from the airport with a friendly driver so you don’t have to deal with the cab drivers trying to rip you off. He met us at the door and gave us the lay of the land. Where to eat, where to shop, where to go, and where to not go. I will definitely be back and plan on staying here when I do.

Watching the sunset from up there was an experience I won’t forget! The location was also unbeatable—right in the heart of the city’s best nightlife and food scene. Amazing restaurants, cafes, and bars were just steps away, making it super convenient to enjoy everything Medellín has to offer. The space itself was stylish, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a perfect stay. Needs some touch ups but the Host went above and beyond to accommodate. Felipe thanks again for your rapid responses. Absolutely will stay again. Got a workout with all the stairs but the view and jacuzzi terrace worth it! Beds are a little hard but we are in Colombia not the ritz Carlton

Foi uma experiência fantástica! O apartamento em si é uma verdadeira obra de arte, com vários detalhes únicos que tornam a estadia muito, mas muito especial mesmo! Fiquei duas semanas e não senti falta de nada. O espaço em si é bastante aconchegante, e poder trabalhar em home office em meio a tanta natureza, com passarinhos chegando perto o tempo todo, foi algo incrível. Sem contar que estar em um bairro com fácil acesso a vários lugares de Medellín é algo bastante positivo para aproveitar tudo que a cidade tem a oferecer. Sem dúvida alguma, recomendo demais!

Es precioso el hospedaje, más bonito que en las fotos. Todo funcionaba correctamente y había todo lo necesario; para cocinar, lavar, limpiar; hasta botiquín de primeros auxilios. La zona es preciosa, es chistoso que esté en una calle de negocios de “mofles y mecánicos” porque eso te puede dar otra perspectiva pero la zona es espectacular. Agradecemos muchísimo que hubiera una copia de las llaves ya que para grupos de cuatro personas como nosotrxs es muy útil.

Tuvimos una estadía agradable, un lugar central y tranquilo, Sebas siempre estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades, el apto cumplía con todo lo ofrecido y es bastante amplio.

Housy’s place made me feel at home and the security staff made me feel like family. The view was great and I'm happy I chose this place. They were helpful and attentive and I will book with them again. Amazing overall!

Beautiful place and great location

Todo muy agradable, una experiencia de descanso y tranquilidad, amables las personas de la tienda de abajo. Todo muy limpio y organizado. Es un poquito retirado del centro del poblado, pero vale la pena la distancia, quedanos felices y queremos regresar. Gracias a Daniela muy pendiente de todo y muy amables.

The place was very nice, as advertised . The only thing that would have made sense is to have had another TV in the living room and not just the one in the master bedroom. But overall , grwat place to stay. clean, convienient and well priced. everything worked and we loved it.

Loved this place! went there with my mom for a few days, and we loved it. The location was great, lots of restaurants, bars, tourist places near by. 5 minutes from the "Zona Rosa" in Medellin which is perfect if its your first time visiting. Not to mention the view from the apt was insane. Totally worth it!! The apt itself had everything we needed it and more. Definitely recommend this place 100%. Very safe to walk around and enjoy your day/ or evening walks. Will deff consider going back. Thanks Cesar

Como recomendación entregar un control adicional para el ingreso a las puertas automáticas teniendo en cuenta que la finca es para grupos grandes y no todos salen al mismo tiempo siempre.

El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Es muy cómodo y muy bonito, unas persianas para la habitación principal no vendrían nada mal, entra mucha luz en la mañana (para mi gusto personal). El acceso al transporte es muy bueno. It is a very nice, comfortable apartment in an excellent and quiet location, near supermarkets and restaurants and very secure. Gloria was always quick in responding when there was a problem in the apartment and it was fixed fairly promptly. The only thing is that some of the furniture and beds could be updated but overall it is a great place to stay.

Very quiet place with a great view and amenities like gym and pool. Just keep in mind there’s no AC and he states that on the listing. I’m familiar with the area and it’s a very safe spot and still close by to everything

I was very fortunate to stay in this lovely penthouse for six weeks. I particularly loved the perfect, quiet and safe location, the airy and open space of the loft, the super friendly staff (i.e. security guards) and the very accommodating hosts, Uber and Gladys. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and functional. We could easily walk to the Poblado metro station, the Exitó store, the Sunday market on Poblado street and the mini-market store across the street. Thank you Uber!

I recently stayed at a stunning penthouse in Colombia, and it was truly an unforgettable experience!
