We stayed in both of Lars' BNBs and we truly enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of their staff, Kuya Ronald. They have provided ample things you will need during your stay, and so much more—including Kuya Ronald driving us around in this tricycle and recommending places to visit. We really loved the place.

2nd straight year staying here. Simple, pleasant, no-frills home in beautiful secluded location right on beach. Coconut trees on premises. Friendly caretaker. Friendly neighbors. Easy access to town. My one warning is the roosters will make noise bright and early! Ideal spot for anyone who wants a little slice of beachfront paradise. Not ideal for people who want fancy resort-style amenities or to sleep in late. Already looking forward to returning again.

Perfect little flat on the first floor of a house, it feels very private and has everything you need (do note that only the sleeping room has A/C though, the living room has only a fan, not really a concern to me). A short walk from the beach, and Santa Fe being small everything is easily accessible on foot. Pick-up and drop-off at the port by tricycle were included, very pleasant ! John was very helpful and very quick to reply, he helped me to rent a motorbike for 2 days at a fair price. Thanks for everything, Bantayan is a pretty nice and laid-back place to visit !

We had a great stay at Willterrence place! The place was walking distance from the pier. Kuya and Ate Xera were accommodating during our stay, even provided us recommendations. We got to enjoy Bantayan the second time around! If you’re looking for a place near the pier and MJ Square, this place is for you.

The villa was the perfect place for our big group to stay in. The place was airy , bright and very spacious. The view of the ocean from the veranda was spectacular and the grounds looked very well maintained. The caretakers, Ayin and Timyong were such a big help especially Ayin assisting our group with prepping and cooking our food. We enjoyed our stay very much and would go back there again if we decide to visit the area again ! Highly recommended !!

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights with a senior and PWD’s. It is a great place to stay, if you like a peaceful neighborhood? No doubt this is the place to be. But if you like a party during night time it is walkable around the area you hit 2 birds in 1 stone in Lamina. Ana is so considerate to all of our request. Nevertheless, our stay is amazing. The rooms are all spotless clean and the water pressure is great. The caretaker is responsive and helpful as well. We really enjoyed Bantayan and Lamina. We highly recommend Mitch’s Place! One of the best Airbnb we’ve book. She is super accomodating and very friendly! Her place is clean and comfy, we had a hard time getting up in the morning because of her comfortable and super soft bed! Her place is just a walking distance to some of the local restobars and the public market. You should book your stay here when you visit the Bantayan Island!

Our family had an amazing stay! The property is huge with so many amenities to enjoy—games, sports, swim. The kids especially had a blast, with so much space to play. The host and caretakers were welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The area felt very secure with a guard on site, which added extra peace of mind. It was also wonderfully peaceful and quiet, the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this place for families!
