We had a lovely stay! JC, the manager, was so helpful, friendly, and a good communicator. The unit was clean, well stocked, and had comfortable beds! It is very close to the beach with the ocean visible from the lanai and right across from one of the pools and jacuzzi. The beach is steps from the unit. It is on the smaller side and you can’t really walk a long distance, but it was never crowded and worked for us. The property is clean, gated, has assigned parking, multiple pools, a lazy river, and mini golf. The tennis courts were not operable during our visit. There is not much for restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but we did have a very nice meal at El Parrilla which is within walking distance of the property. The location is very central to many attractions, more touristy towns, a beaches, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great place!! The unit is the closest to the ocean and has a lovely view of the ocean on the balcony and in master bedroom. Clean and comfortable accommodations with everything you need!! Only thing to note is that it is in an area with no restaurants. You have to travel 30 mins in either direction for food. We cooked a lot in the condo which worked wonderfully! Pools and hot tubs lovely! Damaris was excellent and responsive host.

Best location with ocean view. All the problems mentioned in previous reviews have been fixed. We by accident lost the key to the beach gate in the ocean. Star helped us to get a replacement for $75. So please take good care of the key since the ocean would really take them away. Great community and great host. Highly recommended for everyone

This apartment was absolutely beautiful. It is in a small town named Loiza about 35 mins from the airport in San Juan. El Verde is a must for the local cuisine. For my bud enthusiasts Puerto Rico only allows us to but edibles and vape cartridges however I found the locals were helpful ifyou talk to the right one😉 most ppl go for the cities but I recommend you venture further out to the caves and the different coasts. It's not a cheap place but there is plenty of free fun if you're an adventure seeker.

Had a great stay here, the apartment is spacious and well located right next to the main pool and very close to the beach. Our kids loved the slides and playgrounds, mini golf and tennis courts. Orlando was a great host and quick to respond with any questions. We would stay here again!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. The space was incredibly clean and spacious, and the facility provided plenty to do in the time we were there. The pools were wonderful, the beach was beautiful, and the kids enjoyed a quick round of mini-golf. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. It was one of our favorite AirBnBs and a place I would 100% return to if we come back to the area. We were hoping for a 10 out of 10, and we got an 11 with this one!

Apartamento con todo lo necesario , muy bien suplido , lo unico que no nos agrado fue que la piscina ( la de rio ) no estaba funcionando por reparaciones a la misma, pero para ser justo eso no estaba al alcance de los propietarios .

Maribel's accommodation turned out to be very interesting, comfortable and with several advantages. Two balconies with beautiful views: on one side there is a view of the forest, on the trees of which you can see many iguanas, and on the other side there is a cozy complex with palm trees. There is a great place on the roof for an evening rest with a hammock and two sun loungers, where you can cook dinner on an electric grill. At your disposal is an almost private beach a couple of minutes from the accommodation, where you can fully enjoy the warm ocean. Within walking distance there is a grocery supermarket, where you can buy not only food, but also everything you need for a comfortable stay, including medicines. Not far from the accommodation there are many attractions that you can visit and enjoy the nature of the island: forest, waterfalls, parks and rivers. The owner of the accommodation is very hospitable and quickly responds to messages. I hope to visit this place again ...

Spacious apartment with access to a stunning beach and pristine pools. The host was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to communicate with.

had many towels and washcloths and pool towels beach chairs floats. kitchen had more than enough only thing is I wish had more patio furniture or dining setup. the master matress was great but the other rooms not so much. Would for sure stay at Aquatika again this so many pools and beach right outfront we could swim most days. The guards were also very serious on who's coming though checking all wristbands I thought it was a little excessive at first but made us feel very safe/relaxed with having our kids, not that we ever felt unsafe venturing out as everyone who made eye contact were very friendly and welcoming.

I highly recommend using staying with Carlos. The host was very welcoming and easy to reach. The accommodations were immaculate and the location is very central to San Juan, Luquillo and El Yunque.

A great to stay in Puerto Rico. There are two pools and a private beach at the gated property. Security guard at the gate 24 hours a day. The property was well kept and clean. Parking directly in front of the unit. The unit was spotless. There are two bedrooms and two baths. All the necessary cooking pots and pans, coffee maker (there was pods for the coffee maker) and utensils were in the kitchen. Two decks with a hammock on the front deck. Fast Internet was great. The location about 25 minutes away from San Juan. Good to get away from the busy city. There is a convent store and bar a block away. Do not expect to be able to walk to a restaurant. Uber or rent a car if you want to go out to eat. If you want to sit back and relax you can walk the block to the store and cook at the unit. Two pools and a private beach, no need to leave unless you want to. Great communication was great. We did have a question, and it was answered within minutes. We had a great time.

Had an amazing time in this home. so many amentities. the shower head broke while showering and they fixed it right away. very responsive owner. will stay here again.

This is a little slice of heaven. We came to Doel’s place searching for coqui frogs and it delivered so much more than that. Doel was very attentive to every detail to make sure that we had an amazing stay. He gave us recommendations on many local places with very accurate directions. I am so glad we stayed here because he became like family in the few short days. And if you are looking for coqui frogs, Doel’s place is where to go! We found multiple every night- my son was in frog heaven. I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to return.

Carlos is by far the best host I've dealt with since using AirBnBs. I booked with Carlos almost 2 years ago and at the last minute I had to cancel due to military obligations. He simply gave me a credit that I just used on this recent trip to Puerto Rico. I don't any other host that would give you a last minute refund / credit to use 2 years later. I would recommend Carlos to anybody looking for an AirBnB in puerto rico. In my eyes he is a super host and by far one of the best. Property was nice, clean, spacious and comfortable.

Host was very friendly from the day of booking. Very detailed instructions on directions and house rules. Sent list of recommendations for local activities and local food and always replied to messages on good timing. We were very satisfied with cleanliness and privacy of the Airbnb. Highly recommend booking this Airbnb.

This is my second stay I was here back in April now September and coming back hopefully in December… The place is as described everything you need to be comfortable is available. The host is amazing as I left my gold bangle and she found it and mailed it to Nyc. I would definitely recommend and I will be back. Con mucho amor gracias Por todo

The unit looks even better than photos. Ocean views from every floor. The unit was clean and well stocked with beach/pool gear/towels. Easy check in/out and host was very flexible to our needs. Highly recommend this unit!

Great place to stay. 100% recommended

She was so helpful! We went during a busy flight time and all of our flights were full! We had to stay three extra days and Martha was so accommodating and understanding. We would definitely stay again. It was kind of a hike from the airport but the area was secured and peaceful. The bnb is right by the beach but more of a spot for locals which we didn’t mind at all.

Highly recommend!! Everything was nice and clean, we will get back again!! The location for the condo in Villa del Mar is perfect to commute Yunque National Park, ferry to Culebra Island and Vieques, near by best places to eat next to the beach. Just awesome experiences!

Joel was easy to communicate with. The condo was nice but just a little far from places we wanted to visit. All in all it was great.

3 bedroom with spacious living area and outdoor deck. Pool right outside doorway and in-unit laundry a big plus! Very family friendly with playgrounds, beach, and other activities nearby. Easy check in and check out. Host was pretty responsive as well. About 30 min ride to rainforest. Overall very happy with stay.
