This was the exact experience I was hoping to find during my stay in Puerto Rico. A place where you can spend mornings and evenings sipping coffee on the porch while overlooking beautiful fields of farmland. Rain or shine you have plenty of space to relax. The location is very easy to find. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be located within driving distance of old San Juan, the Luquillo kiosks, Las Paylas waterfall, and El Yunque Rainforest. Only 6 minutes to Rio Grande beach if you stay local. Why not do it all and stay here! Plenty of stores nearby for your needs. Lovely owners, you can tell it’s a cared for property. If you’re lucky you will meet a local cat, grab pizza next door, and hear the sounds of birds in the morning :)

Very beautiful property, very clean quiet area .away from the City ,beautiful supermarket right down the road . also a pharmacy and The bakery. We have such a great day we didn’t want it to end thank you so much

I have family in the area so it was sooo right on for me! Loved this home ! Home is just like pics ! So much space and activities! Neighborhood is very friendly and culturally and everyone said hello ! Provided plenty of towels, tissue , extra linen loved that as well! The beach is literally 1 min away another 20 mins away with great food please try the restaurant on the beach 10/10 and also bars and grocery’s, 24 hour gas stations, around the corner! Walmart is not far as well! Literally everything is not far . Host responsive! Do recommend car to enjoy island ! Airport/San Juan 35 mins without tolls. Rainforest 20 mins! La placita 35 mins away ! The art in home 10/10 Afro Latina style! Enjoy the pool!! Do recommend!

Annie and PJ were more helpful and responsive and any vacation rental I have booked. Response time was always under 30 minutes. Suggestions for restaurants and activities were spot on. If I could give above 5 stars I would!

Sergio has been a great host. Very proactive, met us in the house and showed all the details. He provided very detailed instructions and suggestions for the best places on the island including beaches, attractions, stores, restraints. The location is outstanding. it is about 30 minutes from San Juan and airport and closed to El Yunque Forest and Fajardo. The local beach was too wild for us and we chose Luquillo that was just 30 minutes drive. On weekdays, it was perfect. We went there 3 times. To stay in this place you would need a car. Driving was fine. A lot of traffic around San Juan area but, otherwise, people are driving similar as in New York. The place itself was fine for us. Plenty of space for two couples. A lot of wild life around. Be ready for cats, dogs, chicken, and birds. I would recommend this place if you are looking for active and relaxing vacation.

Josue's apartment was excellent and everything we hoped for. It was in a gated community with a security guard which made us feel safe. The apartment was spacious and had a wonderful master bedroom and master bath, and additional bedrooms with bunk beds and another full bathroom. The kitchen and living room were spacious and had a big dining table and large sofa - this type of spacious space is why we now prefer to stay at Airbnb. There is a small beach at the property and there were beach chairs and towels. But other public beaches were close by if people wish to try them. We found some excellent local restaurants within a 25 minute drive - recommendations include Don Pepe, Las Picuas 123 Seafood Restaurant, and Asador Boricua. There is a small grocery store/pharmacy next to the resort and a Walmart 20 minutes away. We had a rental car but when we needed to use Uber once we were able to find one within 15 minutes. We loved Josue's apartment, and we will definitely stay again.

Hugo was such a great host! So helpful and responsive when I couldn't find the place. His place is awesome! Just as pictured. He has great suggestions for the area that you receive after booking. Even has hospital info, should you need it! We will definitely come back!

We recently stayed at an incredible Airbnb in Loiza, Puerto Rico, and it exceeded all our expectations! Our family of eight loved the spacious home, which was perfect for our large group. The comfortable bedrooms ensured good sleep after our adventures, and we enjoyed the open-concept living area that led to a private terrace. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a few pools the kids adored even though the lazy river area was closed due to construction. Cesar made sure to let us know in advance before our arrival. With beach access beach, we spent our days soaking up the sun and collecting seashells. Overall, it was a fantastic trip! We will stay there again and recommend it to all our family and friends.

La propriété était très propre et correspondait très bien à la description. On voyageait avec nos 4 enfants on cherchait donc un endroit sécuritaire, accessible et qu'on pouvait profiter de la plage, des piscines, des parcs, terrain de basketball, tennis et même le mini putt. Il y avait pleins d'accessoires pour faciliter la vie de famille: Ballon de basketball, ballon de volleyball, bâton de mini putt ainsi que des balles, raquettes de tennis et balles, 4-5 jeux de sociétés, flotteurs pour enfants et bébé 1 à 4 ans, chaises de piscines, parasol, glacière, etc. La cuisine était très bien équipée. Aucun lave vaisselle par contre. C'est super d'avoir un air climatise par chambre et un ventilateur de plafond. Je recommande absolument d'avoir une voiture pour se promener car malgré qu'il y a un dépanneur au coin de la rue le walmart est à 20 min. Je retournerais sans problème et je recommande cet endroit.

My family and I stayed in Eduardo’s place for 4 nights and it was great. The apartment was spotless and looked better than the pictures. It had all the amenities a family could need. When you arrive, it feels like a hotel. We found it challenging to find a nice restaurant for dinner nearby. Most restaurants weren’t open after 6pm and the ones that were mainly sold fried food. We drove to San Juan for dinner most nights. Otherwise this place was perfect and I would stay there again.

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

Best location with ocean view. All the problems mentioned in previous reviews have been fixed. We by accident lost the key to the beach gate in the ocean. Star helped us to get a replacement for $75. So please take good care of the key since the ocean would really take them away. Great community and great host. Highly recommended for everyone

The condo we stayed at was great! The rooftop deck was larger than I expected and had so much seating area. The location was great. About 30 minutes from the airport and 20-30 minutes to all the many excursions I booked.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement qui est particulièrement propre et joliment décoré. Comme les extérieurs d'ailleurs qui sont accueillants avec cette piscine tellement agréable. L'environnement immédiat n'offre pas une vue imprenable mais nous conseillons vivement le logement de Fred et Vane qui nous ont d'ailleurs répondu avec efficacité à nos diverses sollicitations.

Shalauna's place is truly a home away from home. I have so many positive comments, I don't even know where to start... First, both Shalauna and Sebastian are very rapid to communicate with their guests, to reply to messages and to answer questions. Then, the check-in and check-out instructions as well as all the information regarding their property are well explained. Now .... the place is simply Paradise....I close my eyes and I could cry with nostalgia. The hosts will make available for you a big, clean apartment, situated near the beach and the pool, with all the amenities that one could need; spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, two clean bathrooms with all you could need from liquid soaps to floss and white bed sheets in the bedrooms. We are a family of 5 (we have 3 children of different ages and tastes 19, 10 and 7) and everyone agreed that this was a magnificent vacation. We highly recommend Shalauna's and Sebastian's cozy apartment and we dream to go back.

Javier’s place is in a gated community with a security guard and close to everything. His home was clean, comfortable. A smart tv in each room. There was always hot water and good water pressure. 2 bathrooms was a plus and the washer and dryer. I absolutely loved the two patios.There was a/c in the bedrooms but no ac in the living room. With the 2 patios and ceiling fans it didn’t matter. The kitchen had everything needed, except a baking sheet and pizza cutter.There were no cleaning supplies but the market at the corner has everything you could possibly need. Our only complaint was that it wasn’t easy to find at first but that was a GPS issue, and the parking spots were being repainted so it wasnt marked we had to figure it out.There were no extra amenities like coffee, soap etc you have to bring everything which we do anyway but since I mentioned celebrating our anniversary a little something personal would have set it off. Overall I loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was the perfect place for me, my husband and two young adult kids. The condo was super clean and looked just like the photos. The beach was gorgeous, and so convenient. We loved visiting the pools each day as well. It was quiet, friendly, and safe. We can’t wait to return!

We were looking for a place that would give us space and lots of things to keep our small kiddos entertained. Elias’s place definitely fit the bill. Between the beach, swimming pools, playgrounds and mini golf there was never a dull moment. Aquátika is perfect for families with kids. Elias’s apartment was super clean and clutter free. We never had issues with noise because his condo is in a quieter spot on the property. When we needed to get a hold of Elias he was very responsive.

We recently stayed at Fredy's place and had a wonderfull experience. The condo is as described and Im pretty sure Fredy and his wife had thought about every detail. Having the extra beach accessories was a plus. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Although the beach was too rough to actually swim, it was still nice for the kids to go down and play in the sand. The location of their condo was great! You are centrally located to all main attractions. The area is a bit rough though, with not many dinner option's, so you will find yourself driving 15+ minutes for dinner. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely come back.
