A very good spot for larger groups that are interested in experiencing one of Cleveland's better neighborhoods (and very good donut shop 2 blocks away). The upstairs level does not have central air, but there was a portable AC that did a good job of cooling off the area. There were plenty of towels & linens provided, and having access to a washer/dryer was also helpful.

Amazing hosts, some of the kindest people you will meet, extremely helpful, responsive, and made us feel right at home. Place was beautiful and clean with amazing decor. Could not ask for a better host.

Have a longer stay (28 days) gave me time to really appreciate the convenience and warm home feeling. Well stocked kitchen, washer,dryer etc… every thing you need. The location is great, Hudson has great shops and places to eat. 3Palms was my favorite. For a longer stay it would have been nicer to have more dresser space, but since I was alone I just used the twin beds. The hosts were great. I saw on another review that someone mentioned there were time limits when you could do laundry. It is 5AM - 9PM, so I did not see that as an issue. I will be making more trip for work to the area, and this will be my preferred place to stay!

We have stayed with Paul and Barbara multiple times at this location. They are always welcoming and responsive. First thing on a holiday morning, they brought over a drip coffee maker. Great communication. It is an excellent and clean location. We appreciate their hosting.

kelly and ben's home was clean and comfortable! 6 of us stayed there and there was plenty of room. the upstairs kitchen was well-stocked; we had everything we needed! the large dining table was bright and sunny, surrounded by big windows. plenty of room in the living room to watch the football game or the snowflakes falling in the huge backyard! the firepit was lovely and kelly had wood available for us to use. kelly responded immediately to any questions and even ran over to the house to help find a pump for the pull-out bed air mattress. it snowed one night and the driveway was plowed the next morning. very, very attentive hosts!

Absolutely wonderful stay and amazing hosts! Truly felt like home away from home! Fully stocked kitchen, beautiful fenced in yard, comfy beds…I honestly didn’t want to leave! Thank you for a tremendous stay!

We are 5-star Airbnb hosts ourselves and have very high standards and Cathy's Chippewahoo met or exceeded them all. Where do I start? First of all, spotlessly clean. Second, Cathy has thought of EVERYTHING anyone might need - I especially appreciated the Kleenex in nearly every room - it's amazing how many Airbnbs do not supply ANY Kleenex! Fully stocked kitchen and also bathroom. Comfy beds and lots of extra bedding. Since it's winter, we didn't get to take advantage of the lake but I did see that Cathy has supplied coolers, towels and everything one might need for a day at the beach. The decor is charming, the furniture is ever-so-comfy and high quality. We need to return in summer so we can take advantage of the cute porch/deck and fire pit. It was so quiet and peaceful there, even though in a neighborhood with close neighbors. Truly a 5-star experience.

We loved the place! This is the most well stocked kitchen and bathrooms we have ever had. We had deer visiting the property every day, which was very cool, and we walked to town several times for the ice sculpturing festival. Our group vowed to come again in the summer to enjoy the outdoors without the snow. The owners walked us through getting access to some basketball games we wanted to see. Super helpful hosts!

Absolutely a five star home (brand new helps) but tastefully decorated. All of the amenities listed were there and up to date. We have had at least 8 Airbnb experiences (my daughter got us started under her name before we ventured out on our own) lol. This was by far the best experience we had. Larry was a Super Host and communicated with us in the best fashion. Would definitely come back to this one!!

My husband and I couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our anniversary weekend! The hose was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The location with lake view was amazing! Loved the porch and spent a lot of time there. Loved the neighborhood. Everyone was so friendly. The weather was beautiful so we really enjoyed being able to be outside at the lake, take walks together, enjoy sunsets and mornings and evenings on the porch. I would definitely go there again!

Our weekend at Chris’s place was great. It was a great location, close to shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet street. I loved that there was already toys and games there for kids. Had plenty of space for our group of 4. I will note that the stairs going up to bedrooms and bathroom are steep. We didn’t have a problem with them, but just something to note if you are traveling with young kids and/or the elderly. We would gladly stay here again!

Paul was a great host! He was friendly and responsive to my inquiries. His home was clean and looked just like the pictures. The decor was cute and the beds were cozy! It was a short commute to our attractions, which was great!

Great location. Close to literally everything. Food, entertainment, highway. Very clean and very affordable. 100% would go there again.

Mark and team were absolutely fantastic, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. I had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was absolutely prestine when I arrived and was even more beautiful than I had expected, check in and check out were very easy. There were plenty of things provided (coffee, laundry necessities, cleaning supplies, etc.) that were so helpful. The beds were also REALLY comfortable, and the view was stunning. I wish I could've stayed longer. I'm often in the area and this is officially my top choice for places to stay. The price was more than reasonable, and I would STRONGLY recommend this place for your stay. Thank you to Mark and his team for making this a wonderful experience. I look forward to another stay in the future.

I recently stayed at the Bright and Hip Condo in Ohio City for a night while helping my daughter search for an apartment in the area, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience! The condo was clean, comfortable, and stylishly furnished, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day of apartment hunting. The location was also ideal. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. It was clear they wanted us to feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Cleveland area. It’s a fantastic spot!

This apartment was perfect for my 3 week stay in the area. The kitchen is small, clean, and completely functional. The living/dining area provides several comfortable options for hanging out. I worked from the dining table and was very comfortable. Internet was stable. Bathroom, again clean and met all needs. In the bedroom I was able to make adjustments for comfort and the rooms were generally quiet. There was a little noise in the morning from cars idling to get warm, but this was easily diffused with ear plugs (note I'm sensitive noise so this may not be a concern for many folks!). For longer stays, the garbage was very easy and I know laundry is available but I did mine at family's while visiting with them, so no notes about laundry. There was always a parking spot. Michelle was totally and completely responsive to any question, she was always friendly and available. And of course the location is perfect with good walks, restaurants, grocery store, gas station, all within walking!

I'm a VERY picky guest. Stayed a LOT of places. This was the cleanest, most well-appointed, most comfortable place I've ever stayed in for any price. So many properties were clearly flipped cheaply so the decor is shotty and the furniture is no better than what you'd find in a college dorm room. Here, the decor is new and modern, and the furniture is exquisitely comfortable. The view is spectacular. The building felt safe. Ifijen and Efe checked in regularly and were so helpful. I'm already planning my return trip. Thank you SO much for your hospitality!!!

It was a great place to stay, looks exactly like the pics and has everything that they put in the description. The host respond very quickly and they always available to help. Close to a bus and it’s so close by to the metrohealth hospital so it’s so good to anyone that would do rotations or clinics over there or in the Hispanic clinic. Totally a place that I would recommend 💯

This home was very nice and comfortable and also very spacious. I was in town for my daughters gymnastics competition and this place made it so easy to be away from home
