Lori’s Cottage provided me a great relaxing getaway.! There was wonderful hiking with the dogs and the fenced in the backyard was wonderful for enjoying the outdoors. All of the amenities were provided and thoughtful! Would definitely visit again!

Glenda is an amazing host, very responsive and always ready to help. The surroundings are beautiful and the home is quaint and cozy, will definitely stay again.

We had a great time, the house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend, we loved watching the deer every morning. And loved how the area was quite and relaxing.

House is much bigger than I expected. Rooms are huge. It is 30 minutes away from anywhere which we just loved. At the house the only thing you can see are trees. Great host. The rooms are huge. Plenty of room for our gang.

Perfect spot to stay while in Hondo. The house has been updated and very clean. The neighborhood is very peaceful and there is also a Huge backyard. I will definitely return when staying in Hondo

Great place. It's a Texan paradise: quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Medina lake is nearby. The lake level is low for motor boats, but makes for the most fantastic paddle boarding. I highly recommend.

We always enjoy staying at this property; especially at Christmas when it’s beautifully decorated.

We had an amazing experience, home is beautiful and had everything that was needed. Definitely will be rebooking in the future when in the area.

The house has plenty of room for guest , sleeping, play, the outside area is awesome for relaxing and bbq. Very well stocked in the kitchen, the game room has plenty of games for adults and young kids. The neighborhood is quiet , also secure with the gate to the property. Only a little muddy since last few blocks to the house is unpaved but not bad. Nice view but lake is dry.

Maya was nice to deal with. House was as described and peaceful with deer around. Make sure to bring shampoo and conditioner though. Otherwise was a pleasant stay.

Rebecca’s place was just as advertised. The weather was terrible so we didn’t get a chance to appreciate the outdoor areas. The outdoor lighting was well placed and charming. Would have loved to use the smoker/pit but not enough time. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfy. The final section of road to the house is not paved and can be hard on low riding cars. Would definitely stay again.

Brandon's camper was just what I was looking for to get away from the city for a couple days. The temperature dipped below freezing at night during my stay, but the camper had a heater that kept the place nice and cozy, and the place had a water heater so I had nice hot showers. And the mattress was so comfortable that I had a hard time waking up in the morning!

It was our first time staying in a silo we love it we enjoyed the river view and kayaking it was so fun .would love to come back in summer

Lovely little cabin, immaculately presented in a quiet and private location. The host has done a superb job and the cabin comes with lots of lovely little touches. We were looking for somewhere remote to enjoy some peace and quiet but close to some nearby ranches, so this was perfect! If you’re an animal fan you’ll love this place. There were 2 very friendly dogs that came to greet us and of course the goats and horse! There is no phone reception at the property but the WiFi was fast and reliable. We’d definitely recommend!

Cheryl was very responsive, and her home is so beautiful. We enjoyed fishing in the river, rock hunting, and watching the hummingbirds & deer. It was a bit tricky to find, but the instructions really helped. The driveway up to the home is a little rocky and uneven, but our small suv had no trouble. We look forward to staying again!
