La mejor casa que hemos estado de Albania. Estaba limpia, con aire acondicionado y cerca de restaurantes y beach club. Deborah es un encanto . La casa está en un primer piso sin ascensor por lo que se agradece que solo esté a un piso. En la casa habían toallas, plancha de ropa, sabanas y demás enseres necesarios. Lo recomiendo sin duda

Lugar tal cual las fotos. Excelente ubicación y vecindario tranquilo. Se encuentra buen dotado con todos los elementos que puedas necesitar para estancias largas, adicionalmente Mireia siempre se encuentra en la disposición para resolver cualquier inquietud.

Vaša toplina, ljubaznost i pažnja koju ste nam pružili, od dočeka sa voćem, pićem i kolačima, do cjelokupnog boravka, učinili su da se osjećamo kao doma. הייתי במקום לבד רק לילה אחד, הגעתי בשבע בערב ויצאתי בשבע בבוקר. בחרתי בו בגלל הקירבה לשדה התעופה . רק 15 דקות ברגל. Bozidat קיבל אותי מעכשיו לעכשיו כמעט בלי הכנה מוקדמת והסכים לכניסה מיידית. למרות ההודעה הקצרה, הנכס היה נקי ומסודר וערוך הייטב לקבל אורחים. Bozidat קיבל את פני בכניסה בלבביות, נתן הסברים איך להגיע למסעדות קרובות (יש שניים בטווח הליכה והיתר בנסיעה קצרה) והסביר איך לתפעל את הבית. המקום שקט מאוד, ונח. בדירה יש מיטה זוגית וספה. מים חמים, מזגן (התצוגה בשלט פגומה אבל זה לא הפריע לי להפעיל אותו). בקיצור סיפק את כל מה שהייתי צריך. אשמח להגיע שוב לפרק זמן ארוך יותר

Pilar is a great host, very clean and comfortable. she was there to meet us and had lit the stove as it was a little chilly, she then left us to enjoy our stay but made sure she knew she would be available if needed. when it was time to leave she came out to say goodbye

Esther was heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Het huis ligt in een rustig dorp, supermarktje op 5 minuten lopen. Met de auto 20 minuutjes van het strand. Het is een heerlijk huis om te verblijven, alles was netjes en superschoon, helemaal compleet ingericht. Goede druk in de douche. Als welkom ook nog wat koffiecups en thee. Wij waren er 4 dagen. Zeker een aanrader, ook voor een langer verblijf! 😊

Armen, Shushan und Richard waren exzellente Gastgeber! Wir haben tolle Ausflugstipps für die Insel und Empfehlungen für gute Restaurants erhalten. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr guten, bürgerlichen und ruhigen Umgebung. Von dort aus gelangt man in ca. 20 min. zu Fuss in die Oberstadt (alter Ortskern) oder in ca. 15 min. ans Meer und zur schönen Strandpromenade. Wir haben uns in dem townhouse sehr wohl gefühlt, auch, weil es gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Im Außenbereich fanden wir die Hängematte auf der großen Veranda besonders klasse. Gerne kommen wir wieder zu Armen, Shushan und Richard. Vielen Dank nochmals für eure Gastfreundschaft!

We had an amazing stay. The apartment is clean, spacious, with all amenities and kitchen supplies which are super appreciated. The parking space was super useful for us. Katrina is a very responsive and kind host, she even provided snacks, coffee, and condiments which were greatly appreciated! Will definitely be staying here next time we visit Zagreb.

An absolute gem in the north of Bucharest. Luca’s place is a very spacious apartment with garden access. Location-wise it is perfectly situated close to all amenities and public transport. I would highly recommend staying here.

Отличное место, мы прожили три недели и чувствовали себя как дома. Очень чистое жилье, удобная и просторная кухня. Хозяева гостеприимные и при этом не навязчивые. Великолепное местоположение - все интересующие нас места были в пешей доступности: исторический центр, кафе и рестораны, супермаркеты. Парковка на улице бесплатная, место под домом находится без проблем. С удовольствием вернулись бы снова.

Un lugar maravilloso alejado de la ciudad y con el esapcio suficiente para estar relajado y felizmente, pues puedes disfrtar de la piscina y de la calma del lugar.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Rabia Hanım ve değerli eşi bizimle çok ilgilendiler. Her şey tertemiz, fotoğrafta ne görüyorsanız bire bir aynısı. Aklınızda hiç şüphe kalmadan gidebilirsiniz.

The apartment is really wonderful! It is indeed luxury and has a great shower and beds including mattresses comparing to regular Albanian houses. Also the communication went easy and correct. Kostaq and his family (which live at the same property nearby) are really kind and generous. Quiet and green area as it is up hill. Parking space next to the apartment which is great.

Nuestra estancia ha sido 10 estrellas . Ben ha sido amable, cercano y profesional. El apartamento increíble, perfecto, con unas vistas desde la doble terraza espectaculares. Sin duda un lugar con emplazamiento idílico y nuestra opción número uno si volvemos a La Alcaidesa. Gracias Ben!

A superb place to stay - The apartment was stunning. A great 2 storey layout with two large terrace area’s giving views over the golf course. The rooftop terrace is fantastic with a great BBQ, quality furnishings and plunge pool (which is bigger than the images suggest). The entire apartment is very clean, well laid out and has everything you need. We stayed with our two children and we felt very safe at all times. Cabopino Golf course clubhouse is a 2 mins drive away and is a little Gem of a course too ! Cabopino beach/Harbour is a nice walk or couple of mins drive ! Tina is a great host who keeps in touch throughout. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement. Le logement est très propre, très fonctionnel, tout est bien pensé. Les 2 terrasses sont un vrai plus, petit déjeuner avec le levé du soleil à l'arrière. La piscine, comme les courts de tennis sont à proximité et accessibles. Nous reviendrons!
