I have just spent 3 lovely nights here with my 2 young daughters. Elaine and Ian were quick to respond to my emails and to confirm the booking. It’s a gorgeous flat in a lovely location, close to all you could need. Spotlessly clean, spacious and a home from home with the most comfortable beds. We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend this gem of a find!

A lovely top floor flat right on the High Street and close to the beach. We had a glitch checking in, but this was swiftly fixed. Great location so long as you're happy to climb stairs, and don't mind a little bit of noise on a Saturday night

Sea View is a comfortable flat which is in a perfect location for visiting family in the Southend area or exploring this part of Essex. The flat has a lovely view across to the River Thames estuary. The flat has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom with hot shower and a comfortable lounge / dinning room. The flat is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is parking for a small car with off road free parking for something bigger. The flat is easy to access with clear instructions for the key pad and with using the heating etc. The flat is in a good location for many tourist attractions in the area and within walking distance of local shops, pubs and the shore line. Trevor is a very helpful host who provided lots of information and advice prior to our visit. He was very understanding when we reported an minor accident to a furnishing and we resolved the issue amicably. Thanks Trevor and our apologies.

Lovely characterful apartment that is very cosy and close to the waterfront at Westcliff.. we had tea and crumpets on the nice little balcony (full sun in the morning ) Sonya is a great host,/ with good comms.. Thank you

Fantastic little apartment minutes from all amenities. Very secure car park so I wasn't concerned for the security of my van overnight. The block is on a busy road and the traffic noise is noticeable if you are used to a quiet night. TV had all the apps so you can watch whatever you want to. Bar and grill directly below the apartment block does an amazing burger too. Will definitely book again next time I am working in the area.

The apartment was wonderful just how the pictures looked the host were all so helpful definitely will stay again beds where so comfortable the balcony was lovely could see the sea so peaceful

Antony’s place is a beautifully restored suite of rooms in a Georgian townhouse. Homely, spacious, comfortable, quiet. Welcome instructions were all clear and helpful. Antony was a kind and helpful host. Perfect place.

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

Lovely accommodation. 3 stories so kitchen at the bottom, bathroom and living room in the middle and then 2 double bedrooms at the top. Communication was great and responded very quickly. Permit was given so you can park on the street.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Katrina's place. She was very responsive from booking and flexible with our check in when we were running a little late. The house was pristine and we really appreciated the little touches. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Karen has a beautiful house in a great location in Southend...close enough to the city centre but far enough away to be peaceful. The house is absolutely stunning on the inside and the extra treats left by Karen make for a lovely welcome. Karen was very responsive with any queries and instructions around parking and entry were timely and accurate. Would definitely visit again. Southchurch park is a great location if travelling with younger children.

Short and sweet stay - very quick and easy check in out and out process. Beautiful property and lovely in the sun! Clean and as described. Will be coming again in summer for longer!

I had lovely stay again, it's my go to place for when I visit Southend. The view from the balcony is the best part about this stay, whether it's sunny or raining it's still nice to look out of :) They've redecorated the living room since I last visited which looks really nice, it gives it a modern feel :) I'd highly recommend this place if you're in the area

We loved our stay at Mark’s annexe. We were a family of four visiting Southend on Sea for two nights in half term and Mark’s place was perfect. Mark met us on arrival, showed us round and gave us some recommendations for nice places to eat that were nearby. There was a lovely welcome basket of food waiting for us in the kitchen including bread, eggs, milk and lots of other goodies! The whole place is decorated really nicely and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The parking space is extremely helpful too! The annexe is located in a little quiet cul de sac just off the seafront. We walked along to Adventure Island and the pier and it’s a very easy flat walk that took about 20 minutes. There are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants along the way too. We would highly recommended staying at Mark’s place if you’re looking for lovely, clean, comfortable and convenient accommodation in Southend on Sea.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Honestly one of the best Air BnB's I've stayed in! The place was clean and tidy and smelt great. Samantha was a great host, it was the little things that impressed me most, she even asked what type of milk we would like in the fridge! If you're going Southend, book here!!
