Great accommodation and great location with lots to do and amenities all close by . Lydia is a great host who is always responsive if we need anything. 5⭐️

We had a short but wonderful stay, during the half term break. There was so much to do in the local area for the kids, with a good park just at the end of the road as well. We always drove, and the town centre was less than five mins away. Same as the beachfront with all the amusements, restaurants, and Adventure Island which was perfect for the kids. The house itself was very good, with parking. Very spacious with lounge, dining area, and a beautiful kitchen. I also managed to get some work done in the "study area" too. All round a good stay.

Property exactly as advertised. Very clean and kitchen stocked up with basics, bedrooms nicely made up and living area comfortable and a good size for the 6 of us adults and 2 infants. Chichi even called and said she forgot to stock toothpaste and offered to bring it right over which was so lovely ! I gave the check in 5 stars because although we had trouble getting in, Chichi didn’t hesitate to come over immediately and rectify it which is exactly what you want when travelling with a small child. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful 4 weeks like never before. Amenities is more than 5 stars and the response from Gee and Yetty was like in few minutes. I will definitely go back and even book for my guests.

I stayed twice in order to travel to London for my studies as a mature student. The stay was very comfortable. Yetti is an amazing host; she was so attentive and kind. The flat is well equipped and extremely clean and comfortable

Valentine's place is absolutely lovely you would feel very much at home. The place exceeds expectations comes with seucre parking in very secure building. Are is lovely and has easy access to both London and Kent. Valentine is very aproachable and happy to help. I would highly recommend the place very relaxing stay.

This was my first time visiting friends in Kent from Liverpool, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Maidstone East station was just a short walk from this lovely accommodation, making it incredibly convenient. Mitchell was kind enough to provide his contact details in case I needed any assistance, though everything was smooth and straightforward upon arrival. The property was spotless, with a clean, fresh scent, and it had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The fast internet was a lifesaver as I had a work meeting to attend before heading out for some shopping at Maidstone Centre with friends. After a long day of travel and socialising, the hot shower and bath were the perfect way to unwind, with lovely smelling soaps provided, and fresh white towels! There’s also a small spa nearby for any last-minute items you might need for a short stay. There’s also a private parking available if you live abit closer than I do. I’ll be looking to book again next year
