Fantastic little apartment minutes from all amenities. Very secure car park so I wasn't concerned for the security of my van overnight. The block is on a busy road and the traffic noise is noticeable if you are used to a quiet night. TV had all the apps so you can watch whatever you want to. Bar and grill directly below the apartment block does an amazing burger too. Will definitely book again next time I am working in the area.

This was my first time visiting friends in Kent from Liverpool, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Maidstone East station was just a short walk from this lovely accommodation, making it incredibly convenient. Mitchell was kind enough to provide his contact details in case I needed any assistance, though everything was smooth and straightforward upon arrival. The property was spotless, with a clean, fresh scent, and it had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The fast internet was a lifesaver as I had a work meeting to attend before heading out for some shopping at Maidstone Centre with friends. After a long day of travel and socialising, the hot shower and bath were the perfect way to unwind, with lovely smelling soaps provided, and fresh white towels! There’s also a small spa nearby for any last-minute items you might need for a short stay. There’s also a private parking available if you live abit closer than I do. I’ll be looking to book again next year

It’s my dad’s second time at the flat and it is always a very pleasant stay. He only wants to stay at Rob and Lucy’s place when he comes visit. All amazing as usual!

Just back from a lovely couple of days at Mark and Kaye's cottage. The instructions to find the place we're much appreciated and very clear. When we arrived, the accomodation was lovely, bright,clean and spacious, and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. Everything you could possibly need was provided and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this property, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Beautiful cosy apartment in peaceful location close to all amenities. I stayed nearly two weeks (for work), found it very comfortable and homely, spacious, and well enough equipped to cook each day. Highly recommended. Excellent communication from Naith and easy check in too.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment! The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the high street with its great selection of shops and restaurants, and less than 15 minutes to the sea front. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment is very quiet. The flat is wonderfully eclectic and tastefully decorated, and the host was fantastic—very caring and responsive, addressing all our needs promptly. Our family, especially our toddler, felt right at home. There were plenty of toys, books, and even a train track set up upon our arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and kept our little one entertained while we settled in. We’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

A nice, cozy accommodation that I would definitely recommend for both short and long stays. I booked it for my parents' visit, and they liked it very much. The interior is warm and inviting, the location is convenient, and the heating facilities are very effective. The place is well-equipped with almost everything you might need. Nataliya is very helpful and always responds quickly. The instructional videos are clear and useful. Overall, a great experience!
