Great location, very good comms. I had a small issue which was dealt with swiftly and in a very charming way by host. Would recommend and stay again.

We had an excellent time staying at Dan’s place. He was responsive and the apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped for staying with a baby.

We recently stayed at a lovely accommodation that was fresh, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Mark went above and beyond by providing unexpected extras like cereal, milk, and a loaf of bread, which made our experience even more special. It was a thoughtful touch that truly made a difference. Communication with the landlord was seamless, and the stay satisfaction check further added to our positive experience. Mark, we felt very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Your dedication and attention to detail are highly appreciated.

It is easy to find because the accommodation is in front of a large road, and the window of the unit is in the opposite direction to the road, so it is surprisingly quiet and can always keep the curtains open. There are three sets of stairs from the entrance, but there is little noise from other units. The room and living room are large, so it is good to open the suitcase and use it, and the kitchen appliance is in good condition. The use of number keys makes it convenient to go out and has sub-locking.

Phantastic flat, our family liked it very much, immaculate, modern, clean & comfortable, the best Airbnb we've come across in England so far ... highly recommended.

Really lovely host. Communication was perfect throughout. Upon arrival we noticed a very slight issue (this didn’t affect our stay in anyway) and spoke to host and she was really accommodating to our issue. We would definitely recommend this air b and b. The house was lovely and well suited to what we needed!

The house was beautiful, tastefully updated and very well organized. We loved using the fireplaces and Kate had the house nicely decorated for the holidays. The kitchen was wonderful and we enjoyed cooking our Christmas dinner there. It was a perfect setting for a vacation rental, lovely grounds, footpaths just around the corner, just perfect! And Kate was very responsive to all our requests. Recommended great local restaurants and a 13th century church for Christmas Day. Excellent accommodation! We loved it!

Micheal was a great host! He was very responsive and addressed the few issues we had in a timely manner. The house was very clean and spacious and felt like our home away from home. I would have given this a full 5 star, but the off street parking was just kind weird for us, was a bit of of a distance, and just didn’t do it for me. Will consider this property again when next in the UK.

Our site manager enjoyed Mary's place so much we booked it again.... -and again! Mary was so helpful and accommodating, it made using her place a pleasure.

Well equipped cottage which looks newly decorated and pristine. Nice long garden at the back and a bright kitchen big enough to sit around the table and eat in. The village is very friendly, with fabulous walks only a few yards from the door out to the marshes and then expansive views towards the Thames. Street parking literally outside front door very handy for getting luggage in and out. Our month long stay was excellent. Thank you.

The house is spacious with beautiful views from all the windows, it would be great for a family but equally perfect for just my brother and I. Our stay at Mia’s place was comfortable and convenient for our needs. Everything was clean and as described, and she provided clear instructions for how to access everything.

I had lovely stay again, it's my go to place for when I visit Southend. The view from the balcony is the best part about this stay, whether it's sunny or raining it's still nice to look out of :) They've redecorated the living room since I last visited which looks really nice, it gives it a modern feel :) I'd highly recommend this place if you're in the area

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

Honestly one of the best Air BnB's I've stayed in! The place was clean and tidy and smelt great. Samantha was a great host, it was the little things that impressed me most, she even asked what type of milk we would like in the fridge! If you're going Southend, book here!!
