I had an amazing stay, the neighbourhood was so quiet and safe! Considering the time I got in from my outing. The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy and well equipped. The location is well placed, making it easy to explore the area and everything you'll need is literally walking distance away. They kindly put a welcome guide in their property which can help you with transport, activities or even restaurants which you don't normally see. The hosts went that extra mile so I thought it was quite thoughtful and helpful. I will definitely be rebooking during the summer to see the amazing views as this was a quick last minute trip.

What an incredible place!! There was lots of really interesting information available about the location - the only national reserve where you can stay the night! The hut was very cosy, and the fireplace kept us very warm. It was quite easy to use the kitchen, just keep your meals simple. We were treated kindly and inclusively. I would recommend this to anyone!

We found our stay to be very comfortable, pre-arrival instruction were very good and clear. Communication with the host was really good. We would definitely recommend. Thank you for a great stay

It was lovely little place to stay and. Very close to the seafront and also to the town centre. Had shops close by. It was a lovely stay there and will definitely be booking again.

There was very mixed reviews when we planned to stay at this property, I understand it’s not as modern as places can be but it certainly wasn’t un homely. I stayed with my best friend and our children and it was perfect away from noise pf adventure island but good Walking distance along the coast. Ita situated next to one of my favourite restaurants literally took two mins to walk there so I can’t fault our nights stay. Host allowed us to check in one hour early so we had time to get ready for our dinner and then we left half hour after normal check out also which they were completely fine with. I would defo stay at the property again very clean too!

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

Lovely accommodation. 3 stories so kitchen at the bottom, bathroom and living room in the middle and then 2 double bedrooms at the top. Communication was great and responded very quickly. Permit was given so you can park on the street.

We had a short but wonderful stay, during the half term break. There was so much to do in the local area for the kids, with a good park just at the end of the road as well. We always drove, and the town centre was less than five mins away. Same as the beachfront with all the amusements, restaurants, and Adventure Island which was perfect for the kids. The house itself was very good, with parking. Very spacious with lounge, dining area, and a beautiful kitchen. I also managed to get some work done in the "study area" too. All round a good stay.

We had such a lovely weekend away at Lisa's! Such a gorge place and location, perfect if you want great walks and food!

Great little place! Seven of us went for a weekend trip (to get out of London) and had a wonderful time! Would recommend to anyone :)

we had a lovely stay at Rosemary's Retreat. Very comfortable and quiet, away from main road. There was plenty of tea and coffee, including a coffee machine with Tassino pods. Rosemary was very welcoming, a first class host. we would definitely stay here again

I had lovely stay again, it's my go to place for when I visit Southend. The view from the balcony is the best part about this stay, whether it's sunny or raining it's still nice to look out of :) They've redecorated the living room since I last visited which looks really nice, it gives it a modern feel :) I'd highly recommend this place if you're in the area

Friendly host and flat well situated in modern block very close to railway stations and shops etc.

Very cozy singe bed studio.. all necessary amenities were provided and we have enjoyed our stay.. very close to the waters and our work in Greenhithe. Highly recommended!

Honestly one of the best Air BnB's I've stayed in! The place was clean and tidy and smelt great. Samantha was a great host, it was the little things that impressed me most, she even asked what type of milk we would like in the fridge! If you're going Southend, book here!!

Georgina was actively responsive to my questions, really good communication between us.
