I love this place and this host so much it was our second stay. Would love to make this a yearly retreat.

Very accommodating and kind! Such a cozy place out by the woods!

Stayed here with multiple families and kids and it was perfect!! The kids loved being on their own floor in the basement and every couple had their own bedroom! The common area was spacious and plenty of dining space!! We had an amazing time having game tournaments in the game area as well!

The crew was very happy their stay. They loved this place and asked to stay here again when we are back.

Very nice house, with all the amenities we needed. Plenty of space and the patio with firepit was useful. We did not rent the lower bar but it looked very cool. Will definitely use again when we visit our OU Bobcat.

We have been making an effort to book a trip to hocking hills area annually and have stayed at a few locations. This was by far our favorite! Amazing location with stunning views, hot tub, close to grocery stores and diners ( within 5-15 minutes), easy to locate and check in, and the house was perfect for our large group. We look forward to returning in the summer time to enjoy the pool and home again. There was no lack of entertainment either with the game room and movie room! Highly recommend!

A very nice place, peaceful, quiet and very clean. We'll be back.

Absolutely peace parades. Away from the hustle and bulse of city life. Beautiful, swimmable, fishable large pond with a few paddle boats and row boat plus life jackets for adults and children. Nice, Full Length covered front porch with swing and rocking chairs for relaxation while watching the Humming Birds feed from the feeders. They have thought of everything. Inside nice and clean and they even provide Wi-Fi access as well as a laptop for your use. All the cooking gadgets, utensils and cookware needed for anyone working the kitchen plus cooking items like Fish Fry powder, flour, condiments for just about anything 2 coffee makers (single cup Kureg and 12 cup drip both with either Kureg coffee cups or regular ground coffee and filters.) There is just Sooo much that can be said and Rodger N mary went Above and Beyond what you'd experience in most any place you can think of. I forgot to mention the FARM FRESH EGGS they provide. 5 STARS - BIG 3 THUMBS UP. We'll be back!!!

Was looking for a place to stay close to OU in Athens for Dad's Weekend. This house was only 18 minutes from campus and secluded off the highway. Super easy to find and had lots of space for our dog to explore. Overall great time and great find. Will definitely look to book again next year!

Great weekend spot, we only wished we had more time to explore the trails. Definitely would stay here again.

It felt right at home, Rebecca was a lot of help and responsive when I had questions. I would love to book another stay.

Wonderful stay. Don is a great host and makes the entire process easy. This is my second stay and the property looks as immaculate as it did a year ago. Maybe next year I'll arrive early enough to meet Don. :-) David J

The place was immaculate and well appointed. Very happy with our stay and hope to return. It was a very easy drive to OU/Athens Ohio.

Very cozy and adorably decorated home with a farmhouse theme. Creative use of reclaimed wood and farm-related things. The place was spotlessly clean and inviting. Instruction were great, as were the host’s restaurant recommendations. We will definitely try to book this home when we return to the Coolville area to visit our good friends.
