Was absolutely perfect and just what we needed for our short stay!

We stayed at Gregory’s place on Market st for a week ( June 2 - 8 ) . Gregory was responsive and accommodating , he message you right back as soon as possible. The place is beautiful, well equipped and organized kitchen. The bathroom is super clean and even has a toothbrush for the guest. The bedroom and living room are great, we felt like home. ⭐️⭐️ Private parking lot , you can see your vehicle from the bedroom 👌🏽👌🏽 Ohh they also have 2 TVs , one in the bed room also one in the living room/ Kitchen. We will be using Gregory’s place again soon.

Being a small town with almost no hotel options this was a great alternative. It is in the the center of town and walkable to most things. This apartment was very clean and functional and uncluttered. Krista is extremely responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy spot in quiet, small town Albany above a lively corner cafe. We stayed here for a month during the holidays to visit nearby family and enjoyed our stay. Gregg has added a ton of thoughtful touches (decor, comfy blankets/pillows, plenty of seating) that make for a nice area to hangout, large beds in both bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The apartment is on the second floor above a cafe at an intersection so there is some neighborly noise but it’s great for a coffee lovers waking up to the smell of freshly roasted and steps from the cafe. Gregg is extremely responsive and friendly for any/all requests and messages. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area and would recommend if you’re looking for a nice two bedroom stay near Athens

My husband and I stayed at Idyll Reserve 5 (The North) for two nights in January and had a fabulous stay! 🌲❄️ The cabin was thoughtfully designed, tastefully decorated, and very spacious for the two of us (& could accommodate a small family easily). It had all the amenities you’d need for a cozy stay — spacious, fully-stocked kitchen (with coffee & espresso maker! ☕️), comfy couch, living room with large windows & beautiful views of the surrounding woods, walk-in double shower & soaking tub, and our personal favorites — the outdoor hot tub and sauna! Laura was extremely responsive and communication regarding check-in was the best I’ve had with an Airbnb host. We could have easily stayed several more days. Hocking Hills State Park is just a ~10 minute drive away (we did some gorgeous hiking to Ash Cave, Old Man’s Cave, and Cedar Falls all within a half day). We’re already planning our next trip back with our kids! 🥰

The stay was overall very good and we would recommend this property. The location was beautiful and secluded. The caretaker was warm and welcoming. Instructions on how to access the property were prompt and detailed. The garage apartment smelled very good and was exceptionally clean. It is set up more like a studio. The entryway is where the first bed is located with laundry and bathroom. The second bed is located in the main studio area. The laundry was very helpful with detergent available. If you have pets, please kennel them as there are pet deterrents behind the couch that could be dangerous. Overall it is a 5/5 rating and we have shared the listing with family for when they stay in the area.

This is the second time we've stayed at this Airbnb. it's rarely available because we've checked other times and it was booked months in advance. we love it there though. the host takes great care of the home and the guests. we visit our son pretty regularly and need a place to stay, this is and will always will be our first choice.

The place was fantastic. Beds comfortable. Fully stocked laundry room. Spacious and cozy. Would definitely stay again.

Chaos house did not disappoint. Beautiful house with a beautiful view. The deer walking through the yard in the evening was a bonus. It was winter with snow but Chao made sure the driveway was clear and salted so it was not slick. Pictures did not do it justice. Chao went above and beyond to accommodate us. Cant wait to come back, hopeful in the spring!

The perfect place to stay in this historic town. Plenty of room to rest and relax, but close enough to the attractions, as well. With it being an older home it doesn't have a stove/oven, but we made due with the toaster oven, hot plates, griddle, and microwave. The grill would be nice to use in warmer months. Overall, a gorgeous home and highly recommended.

This is my second time in one of Maxx's units. He has the best prices and properties. I highly recommend any place he has

Jason went above and beyond for my stay. We were hit with 2 snow storms and he cleaned off my car. I can’t speak highly enough about him and my stay.

The townhome was homey and accommodating. This was the perfect place to stay close to town and made you feel at home. The beds were so comfortable and the place nice and clean. You have everything you need there. Highly recommend.

This place is on the river and has great morning sunrises. Would be lovely to stay when weather is warmer and can enjoy the deck overlooking the river. Great bbq place walking distance.

A few college friends and myself rang in the New Year in Athens and stayed in this airbnb. Newly renovated, plenty of space for 6 people and several nice amenities. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay!

Place was very nice. The queen bed was way to firm for our liking.. my husband and I switched rooms with the kids because of it. Had trouble with the door code when checking in.. there is no service so we had to drive up the road to get service to communicate with Nick. At which time he was very helpful and got us right in.

We really enjoyed our stay. This location was great. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping and our relatives homes. More comfortable than a hotel environment.

Angie was incredibly kind and responsive, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. The location was perfect for what we needed, and the space was more than enough for our big group. The beds were very comfortable, and the home was spacious, making it the perfect spot for our trip!
