Everything was wonderful! Easy to find and very comfortable. Close to down town, while still having the quietness. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Loved the house. It was good for our family and kids to run and play. The area was really friendly and the surrounding towns have plenty of good options of food. There is a 2 and 4 hour scenic train ride out of Blue Ridge we wish we would have scheduled if anyone is interested.

Let me start off by saying the pictures do not do this place any justice. From the moment we drove up, we were in love. This home was simply beautiful from the moment you stepped foot in the door. Everything was especially clean, smelled wonderful and spacious. I must say the best part was waking up and seeing the sunrise or laying down and seeing the sunset. We felt right at home in this private little oasis!! I woke up each morning and enjoyed coffee on the beautiful balcony. If you wanted to relax in the hot tub, there was a huge hot tub. This place was way more than I imagined it to be and it was a wonderful getaway!!! The host was wonderful. Constantly checking in to see if we needed anything but everything was great there!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things and we will surely be back!!!

I cannot say enough good things about our weekend away here!!! My kids are already asking when we can come back!! It had everything we needed plus some and we felt right at home! Neal was the perfect host and very informative and responded very quickly to any questions I had! Also, I clean houses for a living and was extremely impressed with the overall cleanliness of the entire house (porch and all)!! We can’t wait to come back again!

We got this cabin for my parents and they were pleased with everything! Great place to stay and very quiet.

The cabin is so homey and welcoming. We had a great time being in the hot tub under the lights. The view was the best part!

This was our yearly family trip, and this beautiful place was amazing! First, the hosts Matt and Taisha, were fantastic and the best in my opinion. From the time I booked until I checked out, I received information and recommendations about the property and things to do. The check-in was so easy, and we even received a welcome card with the sweetest message left for us in the kitchen. The place is beautiful and plenty of room. We were able to fish for trout, and we ended up catching several on the first day we were there. One of them was a big fish!! The hosts left some feed so my husband and I enjoyed feeding the fish. So many were splashing in the water, and this was the part I loved the most. Due to rain, we didn’t get to enjoy fishing more but the game room was so much fun! Everyone loved hanging out playing games since it was raining for a couple during our stay! Oh the hot tub was loved by all of us! Hope to stay again soon! The home is so spacious for big families!

My friend and I had a Mom’s Weekend Away for some R&R and this cabin was perfect for that. Loved that there were two king suites! Perfect for some tired mamas that needed some peace and quiet. We spent most of our time on the amazing back deck. Amenities were all as described, check in and out were very easy, host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

A little slice of Heaven, with beautiful views out every window. Faith was quick to alert us of a brief power outage and made sure we knew where the emergency supplies were located. Such a peaceful place. I was concerned about the sawmill at first, but did not hear it. My favorite part was seeing the horses on the hillside every morning and watching the squirrels and chipmunks play. Could have stayed at the cabin the whole time, but enjoyed driving around and seeing the sites. Obed National Forrest overlook is a must and Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary. If you venture into the mountains, make sure you have a full tank of gas and a paper map because you will have spotty reception. But amazing views! We had a perfect time everything was up to par and the river was beautiful the view and the rooms was very clean . Everything was just like in the pictures

Nathaniel and Deb were extremely responsive and such nice people overall. My friends and I were visiting the area for a mountain getaway for my birthday, and we were lucky to find this beautiful home. The outside of the house is very beautiful, and upon entry, the home is open and welcoming while also giving a cozy cabin feel. The game room downstairs is fully stocked with fun games for everyone! We were able to spread out and be comfortable when we spent time in the living room. During our stay, there was a bad storm, and Nathaniel was so kind to let us have a later checkout as we were up all night through the storm, and he didn’t want us to travel tired. Overall, I would 10/10 recommend this cabin as well as stay there again if I’m ever in the area. No matter the occasion, you CANNOT go wrong booking and staying at Tranquility!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your rustic, comfortable and cozy cabin. It was so peaceful and provided a great respite from the busy city we live in. The cabin was pristine and felt like a big hug as soon as we walked in. We would definitely rent again if we're back in the area. Thank you again for a great vacation.

This little cabin was terrific! It was a prefect getaway to celebrate our anniversary. This cozy cabin feels very private, yet isn’t too far from Blue Ridge with restaurants and activities.

This cabin was absolutely stunning. The views, the layout, the location and more!Tranquility at its finest. The location is peaceful and private, yet convenient to Mccaysville and Blue ridge. We did have some minor issues with the HVAC unit but the hosts were more than accommodating and quick to respond to get the issue resolved. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this stay to anyone wanting a relaxing mountain getaway.

This beautiful cabin was perfect for a large family! The view was incredible and the environment was welcoming and very clean! We especially loved the thoughtfulness of the s’mores kit for the kids! Russell was very prompt in responding and making sure we had all the details for our stay! The local grocery mart is about an hour away, so it was helpful he noted that in the description so we could stop and get all of our groceries before heading to the cabin. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, a clean hot tub, board games and a large dining table that the entire family could enjoy. The dock and kayaks were in great shape, great fun to fish! We look forward to visiting this home again. Highly recommend!!

Had a great time at the Fish Fry Cabin with husband and Grandkids. Very nice cabin everything user friendly. Well stocked store across the street that cooks 3 meals a day. Friendly area.

The place was great! And the snack basket upon arrival was wonderful after a looong drive!! Everything was great! Really appreciated the clean hot shower after our day of driving! Tim responded very quickly with our questions and was very helpful!! Will be back!

What a wonderful place! Newer amenities, great space, clean, comfy beds, responsive host and parking for a boat & 2 trucks wasn’t an issue.

This is by far one of the best places we've stayed in the area! Tara does a great job of making sure you feel at home, it's tiny but does a great job to not feel packed as long as you don't have more than two to three people, definitely perfect for a couple looking to get away. It's right next to all of the horses, and they may even run over to the fence to say hello in the morning when you walk out to relax and take in the view. If you're looking for a place to disconnect and get away, it's perfect. We never had signal while here, but the Wi-Fi made it so that we could reach the outside world if we needed to, and was more than fast enough for streaming movies if you want to. By no means is no signal a negative, it is definitely a positive. Would happily stay again!
