Kadie was quick to respond and gave authentic descriptions of her property. This is the perfect spot for two moms visiting their kiddos at UTC. We had plenty of room and the bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for us-looked like a super nice dorm room! The neighborhood is great and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. This is a gem of a place.

We had a great stay! Home was as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed. Sarah was responsive to our messages. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

The location is great. We needed a place to stay for the weekend for a local pickleball tournament. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We will definitely stay again if we are up in the area.

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at Tim and Paulina's place. Both hosts were welcoming and accommodating. They gave worthwhile recommendations about the city. Moreover, It is a studio apartment with a beautifully maintained private backyard offering amazing scenic mountain and city views. The place was super clean with everything you need for a stay. They also have two friendly dogs! Our overall stay was very nice. Recommended for a peaceful stay!

Great location and great view! The apartment is comfortable and clean. You can hear the road noise at night but it's not bad and they do provide a sound machine. The location is well worth the bit of road noise. Would definitely recommend this one!!

David was a great host (Joanna was out of town during my stay)! He was very responsive & had suggestions for local eateries and parks. I was there for work and had a big pickup truck, so my designated parking spot was a tight fit. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again if I need a place for a week or longer.

We cannot say enough positive things about Adrienne and her lovely home. Before we arrived, she took time to share many recommendations for events and things to do, as well as shared tips for navigating parking and the city. The home was beautifully decorated with many pieces of her own artwork. We felt like we were staying in a friend’s comfy home. We 100% we rent from Adrienne again!

We enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s place, the three bedrooms work best for our family. The condo is in an old building and efficiently organized, the balcony is a really nice feature. We walked back one day from Mellow Mushroom downtown and it took us 30 minutes, I had completely forgotten about the shuttle to the Choo Choo… we would stay here again. Thanks!

Cheryl and her husband were awesome. Very responsive and helpful. The house was just what was described. We were down for a high school/junior tournament and the private boat ramp was perfect for launching our boats each day of practice.

Lisa’s home was great. Super spacious and everything was nice and clean, she was very responsive and made sure that we can count on her if we needed anything. The goats in the backyard were the cherry ontop. We had a little dog with us and she didnt hesitate to allow him to stay in her home with us. Thank you lisa for allowing us to stay in your home

The house was just lovely. It was very neat & clean. It’s in a peaceful location but close enough to several things to do. Chasity was very responsive when we had questions. She had everything we needed & more! I definitely plan to come back.

Beautiful lake and surroundings! My pup and I loved the kayak. It was so nice to have everything provided, including life jackets. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable!

We Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Home away from home. 10000/10 would recommend for a quite home-feel getaway Right off SR-30 in Decatur. My husband and I were able to have an absolutely amazing thanksgiving dinner with my mom and grandparents somewhere Homey feeling. Thank you again to Miss April for all the help and hospitality! We had an amazing time here at Paul’s place!!! It was very clean super homey and the lake was the best! Caught some big catfish!! Definitely will be returning in the future! Also got some amazing pics of the northern lights on our stay!!!

I stayed here for a week while traveling for work. My husband and joined me mid-week. Matthew was a very good, speedy communicator, responding within minutes most of the time I had questions. We used the dock everyday! We grilled almost every night. It was peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. We give Matthew and his home 5 stars!

We loved dealing with Shaun. Very seamless booking and check-in experience. The unit is in a very nice part of town and very convenient to the Riverwalk and many other activities. Would very much recommend this space to other people. Al & Linda

We had a fantastic stay! Logan was incredibly accommodating—responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. The place itself was spotless and clearly well taken care of, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. The location was also perfect—close to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars and in a great neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and hassle-free stay.

We loved this place. So clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to the river walk, could easily walk to the aquarium area. We loved seeing Chattanooga for the first time. We will be back

This was our second stay at Chad’s condo. It was perfect for us last year and remains that way. Chattanooga is a great city with lots to do and the central location of Chad’s place makes it convenient for walking and driving around the city and surrounding areas. The condo is well-furnished and the beds and furniture are comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax and it is so nice to be able to do laundry. Our family of four highly recommends Chad’s condo!

We love coming to Chattanooga and this is the perfect area for us. Jarrett’s place was great! We’ll be back. We had absolutely no problems everything was great!

Great place to stay! Bathroom and kitchen was really clean, easy to control the temperature. The area was walk-able with shops, food, cafes close by. With good weather you can even walk to the aquarium and across the river. Surprisingly it was not noisy despite being in the city. The studio apartment was comfortable for three adults, I personally would not recommend four adults. Hosts respond quickly and addressed all our concerns.

I came with my husband for his birthday and the place was beautiful! The town had breathtaking views and everything was in walking distance. The condo was so cozy we felt right at home. This is truly a peaceful place and we look forward to returning!
