We had a great time staying at Austin’s place! Everything was clean and felt like home. The host was very nice! Would stay again! Thank you!

We were in town for a baseball tournament so this was perfect, much better than a hotel since there were 4 of us. Pictures and descriptions were accurate. It's an older house but it's clean with some modern and nice upgrades. No tv's in the bedrooms but we used our phones - no big deal, just an fyi. The location was quiet and peaceful. Host was very quick and helpful responding to messages. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

We stayed at this beautiful house for a friend’s wedding nearby! They provided everything that was described and was really friendly! We loved the fire pit that was provided and enjoyed our time in the back. It was extremely peaceful, exactly what we wanted. Thank you for the memories made that weekend!

Enjoyed a family Thanksgiving with my extended family from 4 different states! The space was perfect for us! It provided beds for everyone and a large hangout space for meals and nightly card games! Having 2 separate houses allowed the freedom for the night owls to stay up and not worry about disturbing the ones who ended the evening a little earlier! The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had every dish, pot, pan, utensil and appliance needed to prepare daily meals as well as Thanksgiving dinner! The golf course and carts were a big hit with everyone especially the golfers in the group! Well had a couple minor issues and Juanita was very responsive and easy to reach! We would definitely stay here again!

The home was beautiful and provided all guests with their own space. The neighborhood was quiet. I didn’t read carefully enough about the lake being at a low level so we were disappointed not to be able to kayak. We will definitely go back when the lake is at normal level.

Very quiet and cozy stay! The steps can be a little tricky if you have any mobility issues, so be mindful of that when booking. We would stay again!

The camper was very cute and clean, looks just like the pictures. It was well stocked with lots of little extras. Unfortunately due to weather issues we arrived too late to tour the property and meet the chickens :( We did see deer in the field across from the camper in the morning. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area!

The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The surrounding guests were pleasant and we enjoyed our conversations. The proximity to the Tennessee river was a plus for our fishing excursion. If the opportunity to return arises, we will definitely contact Cali to help us with accommodations. Thank you

The second you walk into this beautiful house you are home! Great details, comfortable furniture and one HUGE TV! Amazing views from the dining room and deck, just perfect.
