Meina : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Jolie maison pittoresque sur les hauteurs de la ville avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes, située dans un quartier italien typique et charmant et également au bord de la nature. Elle est également très bien située pour visiter les lacs Majeur et d’Orta. La maison est certes ancienne mais dispose de tout le confort moderne. Ce logement est réservé aux personnes en bonne forme physique puisqu’après avoir gravi une petite pente pour y accéder, il reste encore des marches à monter !!! Cristina est très serviable, de bon conseil et réactive. C’est une adresse que nous recommandons vivement.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und offen von Paul und Silvia begrüsst. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ideal mit Kleinkindern. Es war ausnahmslos alles nötige vorhanden. Wir fanden die Unterkunft blitzsauber vor und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Séjour calme et reposant. La communication était facile et efficace. Accessible en train, à 10-15 minutes à pied de la gare. Merci pour tout :)

Wie schon beim ersten Mal fühlten wir uns vom ersten Augenblick an wie zuhause. Jonas hat für alles gesorgt: Die Heizung war angestellt, Pasta und Tomatensauce für ein erstes Nachtessen bereitgestellt und sogar eine Flasche seines eigenen Weissweines stand im Kühlschrank! Wir unternahmen Ausflüge an den Luganersee oder ins nahe Italien. Am Abend haben wir meistens in einem der drei Restaurants gegessen. Sie sind in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen, alle empfehlenswert, das Auto kann stehen bleiben und wir konnten ohne schlechtes Gewissen einen Tessiner Wein geniessen, salute! Wir haben auch „zuhause“ gekocht. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet und die Zutaten für ein feines Essen sind im Dorfladen erhältlich! Nicht vergessen, sich vor oder nach dem Einkauf einen Cappuccino oder einen Apéro in der Bar vis à vis zu gönnen. Es ergeben sich immer interessante Gespräche mit den anderen Gästen. Sessa ist nach wie vor ein intaktes Tessiner Dorf und eine Reise wert!

Die Unterkunft lieg mitten in einem idyllischen Bergdorf, das man vom nahegelegenen Parkplatz in 100m Entfernung nur zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr rustikal und absolut ruhig gelegen. In 15-20min kann man zum "Strand" von Oggebbio gelangen. Der Fußweg führt wiederum durch enge Gässchen und über steile Treppen den Berghang hinunter, Idylle pur! Leider fuhr kein Schiff mehr von Oggebbio ab, weswegen wir nur mit dem Auto (wahlweise dem Bus) alle nahegelegenen Orte anfahren konnten. Alles in allen ein super Urlaub und sehr empfehlenswert. Kleiner Tipp für Reisende mit Kleinkind: Hochstuhl oder ähnliches selbst mitbringen.

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

Appartement très agréable et propre dans un petit village à 10min de Stresa. Il faut être conscient que les cloches de l’église sonnent à 7h le matin, mais cela ne nous pas gêné. Agréable restaurant local à 100m. Et nous avons toujours pu nous garer sur la place du village, à 100m aussi. Nous avons aussi profité du jardin. Giulia est très réactive quand on lui pose une question. A recommander pour qui veut visiter la région du lac majeur avec sa voiture en étant plus au calme qu’en ville. Et sans soucis de stationnement.

Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Delia‘s Haus ist in einem ruhigen Quartier, in fussnähe zu San Giulio. Ihr Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Delia ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, wir empfehlen ihr Haus unbedingt weiter.

L'appartement comprenait 2 belles chambres spacieuses, un grand séjour, une jolie salle de bain et surtout une superbe terrasse, idéal quand il fait beau pour manger dehors et se reposer. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour cuisiner. On s'est senti comme chez nous. Paola est vraiment très accueillante, merci pour tout !

Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé , Maddy est disponible et accueillante. l’appartement est fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé. Ce lieu est bien centré pour les activités aux alentours de Tegna . Merci Maddy,au plaisir d’une prochaine visite dans votre belle région .

Wir haben uns sehr Willkommen gefühlt durch Elenas herzlichkeit und zuverlässigkeit. Haben gestaunt über die top eingerichtete Wohnung in der viele Details vorhanden waren was nicht selbstverständlich ist (Brotmesser das gut schnitt/Tupper in versch. grössen für Reste/genügend Schneidbretter/ Badetücher in versch. grössen etc.). Man kann ja auch ohne diese Details gut Ferien machen, aber sie zeigen einem auch Wertschätzung. Auf jeden Fall ein Aufenthalt wert.

Abbiamo scelto di trascorrere qualche giorno l'ultimo dell'anno in questa location meravigliosa, anche per tenere lontano dai botti e frastuono i nostri due cuccioloni pelosi. La scelta è stata più che mai azzeccata, svegliarsi il primo dell'anno affacciandoci su un panorama mozzafiato sul lago è stato stupendo. Tutto è stato perfetto, la natura, i sentieri nei boschi, la tranquillità ed una casa accogliente, calda, curata, come stare a casa. Sara è stata gentilissima con noi, accoglienza 10 e lode! Ci torneremo sicuramente

Great place with plenty of space. It had everything we needed. The only downside was the lack of free parking, as all the spots are paid. Otherwise, Richard was an amazing host—super nice, helpful, and responsive!

Mirella è stata sempre disponibile e attenta ,la casa è bellissima ed era come descritta nei requisiti . Il posto è incantevole e la vista sul lago lascia senza fiato . Un paradiso, in un punto ottimo, circondano da ogni tipo di comodità. Lo consiglio

Super Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin. Alessandra ist sehr freundlich und hat auch immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in einer ruhigen Lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum und es war sauber. Sie hat eine schöne kleine Terrasse. Leider war es noch zu kalt um draußen zu sitzen - so schade. Ansonsten die Heizung in der kalten Jahreszeit läuft über die Klimaanlage, was anfangs etwas ungewohnt für uns war bis wir die optimale Temperatur gefunden hatten. Rundum haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Giovanni a été très réactif et fournit des instructions claires et détaillées concernant la prise autonome du logement. Super appartement d'une propreté impeccable, tout le nécessaire à disposition, petit balcon, calme. Le parking est à deux minutes à pieds. Parfait !

What a superb spacious apartment, fitted to a very good standard , the welcome drinks and bread were most appreciated The view from the terrace was amazing and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 minute walk to the supermarket,restaurant,shops and the ferry crossings. Verbania itself was lovely, quieter than Stessa but still had a good vibe. Isola Bella and Superiore were our favourite islands with restaurants bars and shops, whereas on Isola Madri you had to pay for the entrance to the palace and gardens and there was nothing else to do if you didn’t. The Saturday market which you could see from the apartment, was worth going to. Fiorella was an outstanding host and looked after all our needs. Would love to visit again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the lake — it was truly breathtaking, especially from the spacious balcony. The living room was large, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding after a day out. The bedroom was cozy and well-decorated, making it easy to feel at home. We were also impressed by the kitchen and bathroom, both of which looked freshly renovated with modern finishes and thoughtful touches. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the place had a peaceful, welcoming vibe overall. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy beautiful views and a comfortable stay!

Der richtige Ort zum Abschalten, absolut empfehlenswert! Es gibt alles was man braucht und Alessandro und seine Frau waren stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Alessio und Valentina waren überaus freundliche Gastgeber! Der Checkin war gut organisiert und beschrieben, was uns die Anreise sehr erleichterte! Der Ausblick war phänomenal. Ich würde einen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft jeder Person empfehlen, welche einen guten Ausblick und tolle Ausstattung zu schätzen weiss. liebe Grüsse an Alessio und Valentina! The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, with a beautiful view over the golf course. The location allowed us to explore various areas of Ticino during the day, as well as relax during the evening. Looking forward to visiting again!

I loved it!!! Everything was spic and span! Wonderful quiet and sunny. I spent hours on the terrace enjoying the view. Sunsets are amazing. The grocery store, the train station, the gelateria, bars and restaurants are in walking distance. Lots to see in the area, it definitely helps though to have a car. There is plenty of hiking trails in the area, but again it helps to have a car to get to the start of the many trails. Tipically for italian houses, the floor has tiles which are cold. Which is perfect in summer, but during the cooler months, you might want to bring warm slippers, especially if you suffer from cold feet like I do :). Dennis and Mauro are such nice people.
