The home was comfortable in a minute I walked in it. I did not want to leave? Well definitely rent again.

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

My husband likes to say..."wow, that's why Michael is a 'super host'"! This home is what every air bnb consumer hopes for. It actually exceeds your expectation. He has thought of everything and more. Every detail is covered, everything you need is there. The home is immaculate and so are all the appointments, home appliances and gardens. There is a wonderful patio and barbeque too. I remember saying 'pride in ownership'. We had a different circumstance coming here in that we were displaced by the California Wild Fires. We found the comfort of our home here and the comfort of our hosts, who care. We had hardly anything when we got there and Michael and his wonder partner provided for, and had already thought of everything. We were fortunate this home was available when we needed it. As far as travel, if you are a tourist, I personally needed to get around, to our former home, and to work. The freeway is close by as are many wonderful restaurants. Enjoy!

it was the perfect little getaway for my wife,s b day! Close to lots of great shopping and dining. Stress free back patio setting on the water and loved the location! We will be back again.

We loved Andy’s place. We felt right at home. It was just like the description. It had a nice little back yard with outdoor patio and you can bbq as well. So many restaurants and lots to do nearby. We loved that the home had board games. The kids enjoyed it and we got to spend some extra family time.

This was a great spot for a quick trip! All was clean and as described!

Wir sind sehr dankbar dass wir die Zeit in der Hummingbird Retreat verbringen durften. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Kinder wollten gar nicht weg, sie möchten Karen sehr gerne....die auch wirklich ein sehr netter Mensch ist. ich finde die Unterkunft in wirklich noch viel schöner und größer als auf den Bildern, Topangas Flair hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen... wir würden gerne irgendwann wieder an diesen Ort zurückkehren.

George did a great job with instructions both on the app and listed in the home. Beautiful area, and we had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Orchard House. It is a beautiful home where we all felt comfortable and able to relax and breathe. Both the home and the yard are set up wonderfully for full enjoyment. And the neighborhood is charming too. Todd was responsive and welcoming before, during, and after our stay. We truly enjoyed our stay... it felt as though we had escaped to a secret hidden oasis. The attention, details and care Nathan and Humberto put into their home is what made us appreciate it more. Extremely warm and thoughtful host. Every amenity is right on hand in their full Chef's kitchen 😍. Perfect for a couples getaway or a solo R&R. Francesca really made my first air bnb experience very smooth and comfortable. The house was perfect in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Encino. Tons of room for myself, my partner and 4 children. Lots of restaurants and shopping centers in the Encino commons which is a very short drive (about 5 mins). The house was beautifully laid out and clean and my kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Francesca was quick and responsive with whatever questions I had and gave us directions perfectly and concisely. She even had a booklet of the house layout, instructions, and recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. My family and I felt safe comfortable and right at home in Francesca’s place. We definitely recommend booking with her our experience exceeded our expectations! THANKS AGAIN FRANCESCA! :) <3

Five stars - There was a scheduling mix up over the holiday weekend with the cleaning service before we arrived but our host, Rachel, quickly came over with cleaning supplies in hand and took care of it all, making it really nice & clean for our weekend stay.

Me, the Wife, my daughter and puppy came for a short stay onbthe weekend to celebrate our 4th year wedding anniversary. One word that stood out for us was "Inspirational". We're going to be looking to buy in the near future and this home gave us an outlook on what it would look like to own a home. And it felt a lot like home should feel. Allison was responsive during our stay, and very helpful with information we needed during the stay. Quiet neighborhood, lots pf people walking their dogs and babies. I worked in the area before too for a time, so I know there are some good restaurants and things to do nearby just didn't have the chance to enjoy them this time as we stayed inside and enjoyed our time with each other. Got to read my book on the front lawn, made some delicious meals for the family, bed slept great. It was very comfortable, chic, and accomodating. If you want a peaceful serene stay, this is it!

We loved our stay at this cute house! It was perfect for the three of us (myself and husband and teenage daughter) plus the fenced in yard was great for our dog. The house is adorable and the yard makes it fee like you are in the tropics. It's a quick walk to the dog-friendly beach, which we enjoyed long walks on every morning. And you are a 5 minute drive from the town of Montecito and close to Santa Barbara. We would definitely stay here again to visit our other daughter at college.

Great house. very clean had lots of extra blankets. house has good air-conditioning and heating. host was friendly and responsive. would recommend. cabin has an excellent view of nature

We had a great stay! They were very accommodating of my special request for dogs. We had just enough space for a couple large crates. The place was clean and well organized. I loved the information and everything was well labeled. Overall very peaceful, quiet and the neighborhood seemed nice.

Karen's place was a great last minute stay for us while visiting family just a half mile away in Thousand Oaks. The big yard was great for the dog and made it easy to pull our truck into. The cottage is super clean and devoid of clutter which is nice. Bed was comfortable...though wish it was a queen size bed, but I totally understand that would be a tight fit. Washer/dryer worked well for us. Had one minor hiccup with some contractors who showed up to work on installing a new gate. Karen was quick to apologize and check-in with us. I appreciated that and it was a no harm, no foul item. On the plus side...the new gate to get into the property is a nice upgrade!

Thomas was so accommodating and responsive. His place is wonderfully decorated and the bed is so comfy! It is a great yard for a dog- there is a whole side yard as well. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. Would love to stay at Thomas’ place again :)

Our stay at this Airbnb was wonderful. The host was very responsive to our questions and wanted to make sure we had everthing we needed since we decided to extend our stay. The Airbnb is beautifully furnished, very clean and in a great neighborhood.

Rick’s house was spotlessly clean, attractive and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glassware, had any tool you could think of and gorgeous appliances. The neighborhood was quiet and private. This was our first visit to Santa Barbara and we were delighted to have such a lovely, home-y place to stay! Rick and Lynne provided lots of local information and were happy to make recommendations when we asked. Two adult couples stayed in the house, but we could tell that children would also be very happy in the house. Many, many thanks to Rick and Lynne for the use of their home and their help to make our visit a fabulous vacation!
