If you want to stay off the beaten track and enjoy life amongst the locals, this stay is for you. It's remote and has beautiful rooms. The pictures were slightly confusing and we thought we'd have a private beach in front of the room, but you can't really swim there. We were unlucky that the neighbours were just building and they started very early. The annoying part was that they would stand and sit on our porch and forcing us to close the windows to keep sole privacy. Tung offered a new room, but we weren't staying there much anyway, so we thankfully rejected the offer. He handled it like a true professional though. Highly recommended.

Lan and Trong were very responsive with emails. I appreciate Lan's help with check ins especially we checked in at 3 am. She cancelled her personal trip to meet us at the house. The house is a little outdated, but is worthy with the fees. It is at a convenient location.

Great value for money. Location is very good, many shops nearby, district is very expat friendly and has a large selection of restaurants, patisseries and coffee shops. Mall nearby as well, walking distance. Quiet area, a rare find in busy Saigon.

We were absolutely captivated by the stunning views from our cozy spot on the 26th floor! Not only that, but the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Conveniently located on the ground level were a pharmacy, coffee shop, 7/11, and Winmart. Countless restaurants were within walking distance, and we could easily reach Bui Vein Walking street with just a 10-minute stroll. Our stay was a warm, friendly, and seamless experience, thanks to the host's responsiveness.

Steve was an excellent host. He moved heaven and earth to get us into the apartment when we were earlier than expected. Simple, stylish and spotlessly clean. Loved the super comfortable bed with quality bed linen and soft bedside lighting. Great location, easily walkable to all our favorite foodie places. Thanks Steve!

위치도 좋고 마트도 가깝고 현지 음식점도 가깝고 전체적으로 만족했습니다 처음 에어비앤비했는데 호스트가 답변도 빠르고 안내를 잘해줬습니다

잠깐 머물렀지만 가성비 좋은숙소. 산속에 있고 아이와 함께 가진 않았지만 아이들이 놀기 좋은 수영장이 있어요. 조용하게 가족끼리 쉬기 좋을꺼같은 숙소. 다만 레스토랑이나 마트등 이용하려면 어두운 시골길을 꽤나가야 해서 불편할순 있습니다. 대신 차를 부르면 바로바로 오는편이고, 매우 저렴히 이용할수 있고 음식 배달도 잘 오는 지역이라 따져보시고 이용하면 될꺼 같아요.

Great place. The most outstanding feature is that it is extremely easy for taxis etc to pick you up. There are pretty great food spots nearby and convenience stores. Just ask the host to recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Anh’s Airbnb . They were incredibly accommodating and provided extra mattresses for our kids making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hospitality and attention to our needs were much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this host to others.

It's quiet at night. There is a good table and a computer chair in the room, a/c and fan - a comfortable place to work on a laptop. I would have stayed longer but unfortunately the room was not available.

We stayed at a spacious property. Our villa was sheltered from the sun, so it remained cool inside without having the airco on full. Our host is very friendly, as are the housekeeping staff. Our host was always there to help with a smile! We used the property‘s shuttle service for both airport pickup and drop off. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. What we liked best was the convenient location, as we were able to walk to almost wherever we needed to go. Also, there was a big supermarket a couple of minutes away, which was very convenient. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in Ho Chi Minh City.

Clean and comfortable, Citihouse is a great place for long term stay! It is convenient with a small grocery downstairs, bus-stop to downtown near by and lots of restaurants in the area. We feel like home when staying there. Thanks to Citihouse and all the friendly staff!

A really beautiful little spot along the river for a bit of respite from the big city. Enjoyed watching the sunset and playing cards on the balcony, and taking out the bikes to explore along the rivers. Breakfast was delicious too!

Chau was absolutely lovely and helpful. We booked another place beforehand which was an absolute disaster. I reached out to her at midnight and she answered right away giving me the best support someone could ever give! She arranged that the apartment would cleaned earlier so we could check in. An absolute charm, can only recommend!

Tout s'est très bien passé. Goal répondait à mes interrogations dans les minutes qui suivent. Il était très facile de se rendre dans le quartier 1 avec grab 5 minutes. J'ai très apprécié les 3 minimart dans le building. La piscine était disponible sur demande. Merci pour l'accueil.

Amazing stay At Villa des Palmes as Always, the most peaceful and beautiful oasis you’ll find in Kep, with a great staff that is extremely welcoming and helpful ! The rooms and villa are amazing and the proximity to the Kep crab market and restaurant is super practical ! You don’t need to think twice, go for it !

I think Linda was the most kind host I've ever met in my Airbnb experience. She was very friendly, helpful and answered all my questions immediately to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Great place! Although instructions to get in seem complicated, Nam’s instructions were perfect and easy to follow. The building has a brewery, cafe, and I think some restaurants nearby but otherwise we used Grab’s to get around. Nam set up airport transportation for us worked out great. The space is super clean and minimalist style. Views from the balcony are amazing! We were two couples traveling together so it was a little awkward that the primary bed/bath is was fancier than the the other one but the small room turned out to have a very comfortable bed (primary bed felt very firm but I only sat on it for a few minutes). The only thing that I wish I’d figured out from the start is the hot water, not sure if it just doesn’t get too hot or if we were flipping the hot water switch the wrong way. Overall a great deal and a great place! Thank you Nam!

房间很好，距离景点不远，到哪儿都很方便。房东回复也很及时，有露天游泳池，晚上去夜景很好。物业保安门禁什么都有，很安全，值得推荐。
