Mekong River Delta : locations de vacances dans des gîtes à la ferme

We had an amazing time with Trúc and her family!!!! It is a verry authentic and sweet place in Mekong Delta. We booked a tour were we saw a floating market (Not touristic, we were the only tourists there!) and Trúc and her Dad showed us many places like markets, temples and how traditional things, like hats, are made. You can lend bikes for free, because you dont come far by foot. One our highlights was that we had the oppurtunity to cook traditional Vietnamese Food with the Trúcs mum - and it was sooo yummi (you dont have to help cooking if you dont want to). She does not speek english, but was so lovely and showed us every little step, so we had a lot of fun together! The Communication was also excellent. The homestay is far away from the touristy places so it was not easy to get there, but Trúc speaks english, helped us with every little Problem and booked the bustickets/Taxi for us. Thank You for this memorable and wonderfulll time!!!

Genau das was wir lieben. Ein schöne familiengeführte Unterkunft. Ruhig am Fluss gelegen. Außerhalb des Zentrums, aber mit dem Grab leicht erreichbar. Die Unterkunft bietet verschiedene Touren an. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Such a wonderful stay! The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, the property is beautiful, like a peaceful little jungle with sweet animals everywhere! We wish would could have had more time there to enjoy everything the property has to offer. And more time with the host family would have been lovely but we were on a tight schedule. Great stay! Highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay at the Farmstay, it's such a lovely space-after being in the city we wanted to be surrounded by green and nature and it definitely ticked that box. Minh was really helpful both before and during our stay with advice about transport etc, and Thao couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. She was so welcoming and tried her best to make us and other guests comfortable. We had a couple of evening meals which were delicious and huge-great fishcakes! And they arranged a boat tour which we really enjoyed. We didn't use them, but having bicycles to use is a great bonus too! We had no problem walking from the road to the property (its a lovely walk and we had small bags!) but for anyone with restricted mobility or a big heavy suitcase, bear in mind that you have a little way to go down an unpaved road. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and happily recommend it to other travellers!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful farm. The entire place was serene and picturesque, and every detail felt carefully thought out. The geese and the chicken were such a lovely touch — they made the experience feel even more special and homey. What really stood out was how thoughtful and accommodating the host was. He had genuinely thought of everything we might need, and we felt completely taken care of. When we had an issue with our booking, he immediately offered us another one of his Airbnbs to stay in at no extra cost — something we really appreciated. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we couldn’t recommend this place more. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-cared-for stay with an exceptionally kind host, this is the spot!

Thuan hosts an amazing homestay in a peaceful part of Ben Tre province, and his tours are excellent. My husband and I stayed three nights in the house (with Thaun and his dad in the other two bedrooms), ate breakfast each morning at his sisters' restaurant/snack shop next door (and one night she delivered dinner to the house's patio for us). Good AC in the bedrooms and wifi throughout. There are also two guesthouses on the property, which is a coconut farm; the newer of the two is available only sometimes. Thuan is incredibly helpful and communicative, with great English. Our two different tours with him, by bike and motor boat and row boat were just fantastic and full of interesting sites and anecdotes. And delicious food.

Wonderful place to stay! Very nice and welcoming family and staff. Gorgeous farm with fish ponds and garden, not too far from the city but still An amazing country setting. They let me barrow a bike to cruise the neighborhood and also helped me with booking a taxi. Would recommend!

Wir hatten bei Anh und Vu eine wunderbare Zeit. Sie haben uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen und uns wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Wir haben viele wertvolle Tipps von ihnen bekommen und konnten die letzten Tage unseres Urlaubs sehr genießen. Anh hat uns einen sehr guten Motorroller organisiert, mit dem wir auf der Insel umherfahren konnten. (Der Verkehr ist für Anfänger geeignet) Ca. 500m entfernt ist Rorys Beach Bar, bei der man jederzeit den Pool benutzen kann. Allgemein kann man sehr gut in den verschiedenen Resorts auf der Insel die Pools oder Strandzugänge mitbenutzen. Das separate Bungalow liegt sehr ruhig im hinteren Teil des Gartens und es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche im Freien. Nebenan ist ein kleiner Markt und über einen fahrenden Händler kann man alles bekommen, was man zum Kochen braucht. In der nächsten Ortschaft findet man Obst-/Gemüsestände und in der Innenstadt auch einige Supermärkte. Insgesamt waren Anh und Vu sehr liebevolle und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Vielen Dank!
