I had a fantastic stay, it was lovely to relax and enjoy the beach and the rooftop pool. The people at the reception deck are so helpful. I totally recommend this say if you want a little break from HCMC

Eine gute Wohnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir sind meistens mit dem Grab in die Innenstadt gefahren, dafür war es aber angenehm ruhig im Apartment. Das Gym war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. Gabriel und Justin haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Nice place to chill and change it up from D1. Easy walk to grocery, McDs, and even Thao Dien walking street. Hoang was responsive and gave clear instructions, making check-in/out easy and stress-free - very important!

Extremely good stay in Vietnam! Will be back soon for the stay here again!! The faculty was really attentive and supportive!

It started with great communication, we were stranded after using some other platform to reserve a place and then decided to use Airbnb which we are used to. The host could speak English, communicated and responded quickly. He helped us firstly by offering free transport to his place at a time when we were desperate. He allowed us to drop off our bags while his staff were cleaning the villa and offered an early check in as soon as cleaners were done. We were upgraded from a 3bdrm to a 4 bedroom villa at no additional cost. When we finally reached the Villa we could not believe our eyes as the villa is a beautiful 5 star & looks more stunning than photos. The location is awesome, the surroundings peaceful and picturesque. The villa and the pool are great. Above all we were more than impressed by the communication and response both from our host and his staff. This deserves nothing short of 5 star excellence. We will definitely book the same place with the same host if we come back.

This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed in. A lovely design, a great location, and a fantastic price. And there are pet turtles! That's just awesome. The space is down an alley with a trendy 24-hour cafe. It's a little bit out of the way from major attractions, but I got a Grab pickup near the main road whenever I was traveling around.

Die Unterkunft ist der Hammer, super für alle die etwas Ruhe suchen und einfach genießen wollen! Die Ostküste ist sehr ruhig, es gibt aber ein paar kleine Restaurants und Läden die zu fuss oder besser mit dem Roller zu erreichen sind. Nana war für uns immer da und hat Touren organisiert und Kontakte vermittelt. Auch ihre Empfehlungen bezüglich nachtleben restaurants etc waren echt super! Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt und den Roller hat Nana uns bei Anreise direkt bereitgestellt gegen sehr geringe Gebühr (ca 6€/Tag). Alles in allem können wir nur empfehlen sie zu besuchen. Wer viel nachtleben will kann abends mit dem Taxi für ca 10€ jeweils hin und zurück kommen. Vielen Dank für alles :)

I have traveled to more than 30 luxury AirBnB’s across the globe the past 4 years, so trust me when I say, Thao’s place, coupled with her team’s hospitality is nothing short of spectacular. The place is fantastic, book it, get a few mopeds and enjoy Vung Tau.

Chị chủ nhà thân thiện và dễ thương lắm, luôn phản hồi rất nhanh để hỗ trợ mình. Mình có thể chủ động nhận và trả phòng rất dễ dàng và linh hoạt mà không cần phải gặp chủ nhà luôn. Đồ nấu bếp khá đầy đủ, tiện cho gia đình có bé nhỏ như mình khi cần nấu cho bé ăn đồ riêng. Các bạn nếu cần lưu trú tại vin quận 9 hãy cân nhắc căn hộ này nha, rất chi là ổn áp!!

Very large villa with great facilities. We stayed as 6 adults and had loads of space. Everyone enjoyed the villa and particularly the pool. Check in was excellent, as was communication throughout our stay. Recommended x

I had such a comfortable stay at this place. Exceptional view and golden location with heaps of shops/restaurants located in the neighbourhood. The place clean with minimalism decoration style. I did feel like home!

Hanah was a fantastic host, she was very proactive and responsive. The apartment was great, location is top notch being walkable to everything in District 1 and right across the street from Saigon Center. Definitely a recommend.

The gym 🏋️‍♂️ was an unexpected bonus; clean, well-equipped, and perfect for keeping my fitness routine going. The apartment itself was spotless ✨, cozy, and matched exactly what was promised online. Fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, and excellent amenities made coming 'home' each day delightful. Communication with the host was top-notch—always quick, friendly, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, the host made sure everything was smooth. Overall, highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

Fancy, cozy place. Extra small bedroom was very nice, where you could hide and relax. Apartment is in a shade and you don't get too much sun, while having amazing view over the airport's runway. Apartment is on 17th floor. We had very good sleep here every night. Very large balcony. Elevator waiting time is the biggest weakness - building itself is huge and during holidays you have to wait a bit extra. But you get nice coworking area, nice swimming pool and even gym (a bit crowdy and small, but you still have it, in case you don't want to go anywhere else). Shopping centre Lotte is near. Beach is near. Internet is "ok". - anyway - we had amazing stay for 1 month.

Очень рад, что остановился именно тут на долгий срок (2 недели), квартира супер, такая же как и на фото, вид шикарный каждый день салюты и шоу! Все чисто в квартире и есть все необходимое, даже кулер с водой хорошей. По поводу разных вопросов хозяин отвечал быстро и помогал, за это отдельное спасибо. Плюсом бассейн на крыше, жк новый. Место самое крутое на Фукуоке,близко до пляжа Кхем, 10/10!

great stay. the place is entirely new so expect the mattress to be hard (no one stay before). location are great and convenient. Meko the co host has tried her best to provide the necessary basic.

Pretty good! I like the area, lthe things available here are very local and affordable. The Cơm Tấm around the corner tastes really good, and the people are really nice. The area behind the big school in the "villa" district is also pretty great, with some excellent Phở places. The area around the big Lotte Market is also quite cool. I really enjoyed it and with a Grab bike for around 30k (~€1), you can get to Ben Thanh Market in just 5 minutes. The apartment is pretty good. It has everything you need flip-flops, shampoo, soap. There was even water in the fridge and some small soups and sweet treats in the kitchen. The pool is okay, and the air conditioning, WiFi and Netflix are great. Kim is always available and helpful whenever something comes up. One thing I have to mention and this seems to be the case everywhere in Vietnam, I don’t feel entirely comfortable with these keypad locks because I keep wondering who else might have the code.
