It started with great communication, we were stranded after using some other platform to reserve a place and then decided to use Airbnb which we are used to. The host could speak English, communicated and responded quickly. He helped us firstly by offering free transport to his place at a time when we were desperate. He allowed us to drop off our bags while his staff were cleaning the villa and offered an early check in as soon as cleaners were done. We were upgraded from a 3bdrm to a 4 bedroom villa at no additional cost. When we finally reached the Villa we could not believe our eyes as the villa is a beautiful 5 star & looks more stunning than photos. The location is awesome, the surroundings peaceful and picturesque. The villa and the pool are great. Above all we were more than impressed by the communication and response both from our host and his staff. This deserves nothing short of 5 star excellence. We will definitely book the same place with the same host if we come back.

Wow, what a beautiful, peaceful retreat among locals. Phong arranged a driver for us to and from the airport, and he also arranged two motorbikes for us to rent. To our great surprise, he brought us a homemade authentic Vietnamese lunch when we arrived, complete with steamed sweet potato greens from his garden. I’ve never experienced such hospitality! The home is lovely, and the garden is absolutely unbelievable with such a variety of flowers, trees, and blossoms. This isn’t a boujee resort stay, so don’t book it expecting that. But if you want a charming, serene getaway near locals with warm hospitality, this is the place for you.

7군 푸미흥 내 다소 안쪽에 위치한 숙소입니다. 사진과 동일한 숙소였으며, 굉장히 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 2일마다 한 번씩 숙소를 청소해주었습니다. 건물 내 호스트가 귀여운 고양이를 키우는건지 저녁에 한 번씩 엘리베이터 앞에서 고양이를 볼 수 있엇습니다.😊 그리고 밤에 잘 때, 주변에 시끄러운 술집이 없어서 조용하게 잘 수 있는 점이 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 언제 또 호치민에 갈 지 모르겠지만 다시 예약하고 싶은 숙소라는 생각이 들었습니다. 잘 이용하고 갑니다~!

We had a great stay at this air bnb, what a great find! Was extremely comfortable and a lot of food/drink places nearby The air bnb host arranged a day trip to the tunnels, I see that trip as a must do when visiting the city.

Endroit fantastique pour se reposer et se déposer. Personnels très accueillants et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Nous étions avec nos 3 enfants (3,12 et 14) et ils ont beaucoup apprécié la présence des animaux, pêcher et voir la fabrication des bonbons. Petite suggestion; si vous voulez booker des activités, faire le par vous-même et non par eux ou via agences car c’est plus que 4X le prix !

A very pleasant, bright, clean, and well-maintained apartment. We stayed for over a month, and it was one of the best places I’ve ever visited. The property is spacious and private, with security, making us feel completely at home. In my opinion, it’s the best area in Ho Chi Minh City.

Thanh was very proactive in his responses to messages, very quick and accomodating. He was lovely enough to sort out a cot for my 9 month old and awaited us for check in, showing us how to get to the apartment and giving us a quick walk through. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle, so can be very relaxing, but not too far from everything, just a grab car away.

Great unit to stay in D1. Close to convenience store and super market. Walkable to my favourite banh cuon restaurant. Had some issues with the card not working for the lock. Building was well kept. Pool was beautiful, gym was well equipped for a gym rat like myself. Great value.

Really fantastic four night stay here on our arrival in Vietnam. Really quiet during the day and night meaning we could quickly adjust our body clocks to cope with the 7 hour time difference from the UK. Loved the huge, immaculate swimming pool which we usually had all to ourselves! The block felt really safe and secure and it was easy to order Grab taxis ( like Ubers - make sure you get the app) to taje us all over the place. As long as we missed rush hour, it was no more than £1.50 -£2 to get into the centre. We are staying here again at the end of our Vietnam trip in a few weeks’ time and I’m so glad we rebooked it. Thank you to Delasol for being great hosts.

It was a good stay. The host was great, and the Wi-Fi was great. The place was close to everything, and walking distance to all the top places to see in District 1. However, please note that there is only one bed and one sofa bed.

arriving in Ho Chi Minh before going to Da Nang,I simply needed a place to stay for a couple nights on a budget. this place isn't the prettiest but it had everything a traveller or two needs. the bed was super comfy and sheets were much nicer than it would seem. they provided all the essentials. most places at the price usually don't have a shower curtain in the bathroom. not a deal breaker but I like not having water get everywhere, so having a curtain is a bonus! Dan the host on site was very helpful. Only struggle was never getting Netflix to work right but again, not really an issue. And just down the street they have some of the best Bun Bo Hue from a street vendor and it's 24hrs! oh also the restaurant at the bottom is a solid option. for the price this is pound for pound one of the greatest values in it's price range. and it's walking distance to all the hotspots in District 1 and surprisingly quiet.

It was a great stay! Place is located on the east side of the island so it is less urbanized and hence so much better for relax and nature walks. You can hear birds in the morning and geckos in the night, and we were lucky enough to visit when owner had 6 very curious puppies running around too! Host is really responsive and helpful, arranged a scooter rental for us and fixed the leak in the AC within 24hrs :) we will definitely book that place during next visit on the island!

Căn hộ hơn cả mong đợi của mình khi nhìn qua hình ảnh. Thiết kế thật sự có gu, từng món đồ trong nhà đều hay ho và thú vị, mình cảm giác là mình đang đến nhà một người bạn với đầy đủ tiện nghi từ dụng cụ bếp đến sách báo kiến trúc nội thất. Toà nhà và khuôn viên cũng cực kì dễ thương, trong lành, sạch sẽ chứ không bẩn và tối như nhiều chung cư cũ mình từng biết. Cổng chính đóng lúc 11h kém và cổng phụ đóng lúc 12h đêm như Trí đã đề cập nhưng tôi thấy ổn vì nó rất an ninh và tôi cũng chỉ cần tận hưởng ngôi nhà tuyệt vời này Leo bộ 4 tầng nhưng rất chill, mình đã đi bộ ra công viên bên cạnh vào buổi sáng và đi xem xiếc ngay đó vào buổi tối. Một trải nghiệm thật tuyệt vời với gia đình mình. À, mình siêu thích chiếc giường ở đây nhé! Bame mình khen quá chừng! Cảm ơn Trí đã rất dễ thương và luôn hỗ trợ mình khi cần. Hẹn gặp lại sớm!!

I am really grateful to Ms Hanh for hosting me at her place. It is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, even better than those run by professional agencies in Europe. Size: The apartment is vastly larger than the images. It’s enormous considering I stayed there alone for 2 months. Cleanliness: When I arrived, the apartment was spotless, clean kitchen counter, toilets and bed. Bed linens were amazing and soft. Toilet was well lit and clean. Location: Located near one of the famous streets in HCMC, well connected and accessible to the entire city. A benefit is that it stills retains the quietness and essence of a homely environment despite the hustle and bustle due to its strategic location in a safe alley. Everything from tourist sites to business districts are also around 10-15 min away via grab/be bike. Amenities & Aesthetics: The apartment was tastefully designed, with extremely comfortable furniture. Bed was comfy and the sofa downstairs was a conducive for remote work.
