We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the host was very friendly and helpful and the room was lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Ninh Binh, the guesthouse is also away from the more touristy areas which makes it extra enjoyable. The breakfast is also delicious and has great vegetarian options too :)

Lovely rustic accommodations in a very peaceful area. Site staff were incredibly helpful and treated our kids like royalty.

The house suited our family needs perfectly. We could walk to the local grocery and grabs (like Uber) and taxis were easy to access. The housekeeper is amazing. She made us a Thai breakfast, did our laundry and cleaned the house daily. Totally spoiled.

Authentique maison khmer sur pilotis avec une confortable véranda donnant sur un jardin soigné. Pas d'air conditionné mais de nombreux ventilateurs. Accueil chaleureux, avec fresh coconuts de bienvenue. Le couple de propriétaires est charmant, très disponible et toujours prêt à rendre service, notamment en proposant un transport en moto-remorque ou en voiture. On recommande totalement : un des Airbnb les plus mémorables que l'on a faits !

①ぼったくられる心配がない、②ロケーションが良い。この2点において最高でした。 ① タイではぼったくりのリスクがあります。 タクシー、トゥクトゥク、レストラン、マッサージなど、常に気を付けていないと外国人向けに割高な請求をされることがあります。しかし、今回Sirichanに依頼したことで、以下の料金で安心して利用できました。 スワンナプーム空港往復の貸し切りタクシー：平均750バーツ 貸し切りプライベート1BOXカーでのアユタヤ半日ツアー（英語ガイド付き）：6800バーツ 敷地内の船着場から出発するロングボート周遊コース（ワット・アルン着）：1200バーツ ゲストハウスへの訪問マッサージ：350バーツ/人 いずれも価格交渉なしで、Sirichanが提示した価格のまま利用できました。（2025年3月時点） また、これらのオプショナルツアーに合わせて、朝食の時間を柔軟に変更してくれるなど、サービス面でも満足でした。 ② ロケーションが良い 宿泊施設はチャオプラヤ川の支流に面しており、川を眺めながら朝食やコーヒータイムを楽しめます。 さらに、大型ショッピングセンター「アイコンサイアム」へはタクシーで約10～15分とアクセスが良く、お土産や夕食の買い物にも気軽に行けます。アイコンサイアムには高島屋も入っており、日本人好みの商品が多く揃っているのも魅力です。 タクシーの利用はGrabアプリを使えば、事前に料金が確定しているため、ぼったくられる心配がなく安心して移動できます。 家族4人での宿泊（私、妻、大学生、高校生）でしたが、寝室が3つあるため、それぞれのプライベート空間を確保できました。（予備の寝室が1室追加であり） 何度もタイを訪れていますが、今回ほどぼったくりの心配なく、価格交渉なしで安心して旅行できたのは初めてでした。 オプショナルツアーは他社と比較検討しても良いと思いますが、今回は全てSirichanのプランのほうが優れていました。 AirbnbとGrabの2つのアプリだけで、安心・安全な家族旅行が実現できました。

We loved staying here. The rooms have AC and the pool was nice for a dip to cool down. The breakfast in the morning and food in the fridge felt equally as appreciated.

Such a great place to stay at! My wife and I were here for a week and really enjoyed it! The staff are incredibly hospitable and the restaurant you get your complementary breakfast at downstairs is great! It was in a really quiet area where you were able to walk around which was nice as well. If there’s no traffic, it’s not a problem getting to the city center but if there is traffic , it can add quite a bit to your trip. Overall, wonderful place to stay in Bangkok, would highly recommend it!

Ich kann dieses AirBnB nur wärmstens empfehlen. Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung war Blitz blank sauber. Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

El espacio de Linh es hermoso. El edifico está muy bien ubicado y la mayoría de las atracciones se pueden realizar a pie. El apartamento es sumamente acogedor, muy completo. La cama cómoda y la ducha es perfecta. Pero lo más importante es su host, Linh es una persona sumamente amable y en todo momento está para lo q precises. Fue un verdadero placer alquilar este apartamento y definitivamente volvería.

Super spacious and comfortable! The beds and pillows were perfect. Massive tub that easily fits two. Great location, close to old town but still quiet at night. They also offer complementary room cleaning each day. It’s a treat to climb into a freshly made bed in an AirBnB! The reception also makes it convenient to drop bags early. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

Na Vayla Paplern is a pearl. Cool, luminous and rare. It's honest and warm beauty hugs you once you reach the green leafy welcoming entrance, and continues to entrance you in these jaded times of cookie cutter monotony. Pros: Where else will you get such spiffy, neat rooms? Such real welcoming smiles? Such a real ambience - far away from the glitz of monotonous downtowns with a canal flowing next door! Such a breakfast my goodness, such a fresh breakfast every single morning. Thai, Korean, Japanese curries and what have you; crisp fritters, flaky doughy creations, mangoes - yes, yes, in mid February that too- and light freshly made confectionary! Such a generous, kind and helping couple, the owners Tuck and Plaen. Cons: Can't think of any! Those of you who wish to smell, feel, and eat real Bangkok, look no further. 'Cause the day Conde Naste features these two wizards - what with the two super cool vegan restaurants too that they run in Bangkok - they may just be booked out!!

Fully enjoyed my stay at Baan Boon Homestay. P’Sani (and family) are all wonderful and super responsive and helpful. They cook great breakfast and are very communicative of cleaning days, check in/out, etc. Super convenient to have laundry readily accessible. The house is tucked away a little bit but if you find the parking lot (Homestay sign is painted on the wall), you’ll find the place super quickly!

Der Garten ist eine kleine Oase im Trubel, allerdings ab ca. 8:30 Uhr bis in den Abend laute Boote. Der Gang zur Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen, aber die Nachbarn nett und die Nachbarschaft sicher. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Tag auf der schönen Terasse mit abwechslungsreichem und sehr leckeren Frühstück gestartet. Ann war sehr freundlich!

Situé au cœur du village de Ban Lac, l'hébergement est parfait pour visiter Mai Chau et les environs. (Ban Lac, Van Lac, etc). Les vélos gratuits nous ont été très utile pour nous déplacer rapidement dans les villages et pour faire facilement les distances plus longues. Les suggestions de l'hôte étaient excellentes, tant pour les lieux à visiter que pour les endroits où manger. Le petit-déjeuner, qui était inclus, était délicieux et parfait pour nous soutenir tout au long de l'avant-midi. La chambre était très propre et contenait tout ce qui était annoncé. La climatisation était très performante ce qui nous a permis de passer une nuit très reposante malgré la chaleur accablante de l'extérieur. Finalement, l'hôte en lui-même est une personne fascinante. Toujours prêt à aider et très avenant. Merci pour tout.

Das Zimmer war gut. Kein Luxus aber alles da was man braucht und super gelegen. Frühstück war auch lecker und ausreichend. Mit dem Fahrrad konnten wir die Gegend weiträumig erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

This was such a great stay. We have been on a Southeast Asia vacation for about a month, and though Bangkok wasn’t our absolute favorite of our countries to visit, this stay was above and beyond any stay we’ve had. With 2 ACs it was cool and comfortable. The room is clean. The complimentary breakfast was to die for. When visiting Bangkok, we would stay here again. 10/10
