dieser Ort ist perfekt um mal aus dem Trubel der Stadt zu gelangen. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und super zuvorkommend. Als es mir am Tag der Abreise nicht so gut ging, durften wir auch später auschecken. Bei Ausflügen wurde uns immer direkt geholfen ein Auto zu organisieren. Es ist wirklich ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort. das Essen ist auch super lecker.

Schöne Häuschen im Wald mit Terrasse, mit Blickkontakt zum Haupthaus. Viele Geräusche aus dem angrenzenden Wald. Jeden Tag anderes Frühstück, Trinkwasser konnte man sich nachfüllen. Nachhaltige bewirtschaftung. Mopeds verfügbar. Kati ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin.

Logement très agréable, à proximité de nombreux sites à faire. Les hôtes sont très serviables, à l’écoute, réactif et de bons conseils. Vélo à disposition et petit dej tous les matins, très appréciable. Je recommande à 100%

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the host was very friendly and helpful and the room was lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Ninh Binh, the guesthouse is also away from the more touristy areas which makes it extra enjoyable. The breakfast is also delicious and has great vegetarian options too :)

This Airbnb is an absolute gem! Homestay is fully equipped, spotless, and well cared! The privacy is unbeatable. With a beautiful garden and no immediate neighbors, we could relax, laugh, and enjoy ourselves without worry. The peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true retreat. The location is perfect, away from noisy main roads, offering pure tranquility. And the kitchen—wow! Spacious, airy, and perfect for cooking, especially with fresh organic vegetables from the garden and generous neighbors who share their delicious homegrown produce. The garden even has grapefruit and papaya trees, so we enjoyed fresh fruit straight from nature! Finally, the host is beyond amazing—100 out of 10! Incredibly kind, always available, and quick to help with anything. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and truly special place in Yen Bai, this is it. We’d absolutely stay again. Мы были вынуждены уехать из Бангкока из-за землетрясения и забронировали жилье всего за пару часов до нашего прибытия, несмотря на такой ранний заезд Стефан подготовил жильё очень быстро, он сам занимается обслуживанием дома и внимателен ко всем деталям. Мы очень много и интересно побеседовали с ним о его двадцатилетнем опыте жизни в Тайланде, он дал нам много советов и рассказал интересную историю своей любви к Тайланду. Сама вилла находится достаточно удалено от города, тут не мешает городская суета (но достаточно близко, чтобы это не было проблемой добраться на такси/байке и заказать любую доставку - 10-15 минут). Дом на территории закрытого посёлка, очень тихо и спокойно, тихие соседи, безопасно. Ежедневный вынос мусора, 2 раза в неделю очистка бассейна. Дом без излишеств, очень просторный, хотя и не очень новый, но в хорошем состоянии, большая редкость для Паттайи! Нет неприятного запаха, вся техника в доме хорошо работает. Много полезных мелочей, хорошее белье. Отличный выбор! 🇹

Le village est magnifique, plus bel endroit qu’on ait visité. La maison est très jolie, Tam est adorable et le propriétaire se plie en quatre pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux (je me suis fait mal à la cheville et il m’a changé de chambre pour avoir la salle d’eau dans la chambre sans que je ne lui demande). Les repas sont très bons. Moins gras qu’ailleurs (ça fait du bien après une dizaine de jours). Plusieurs rando possibles autour de 2/3heures.

We had a wonderful stay at Aurora Point. The view from the bedroom and terrace of the luscious private garden and the sea is beautiful. We spent many hours on the private beach (shared with Binh's other rented accommodation) enjoying the sun and relaxing. You can order groceries via Binh, which come the next morning with breakfast. This was a great facility as the local shop 5 mins walk away did not provide any fresh food. Binh provided us with so many helpful recommendations including a snorkeling trip which was a fantastic afternoon out. Last but not least, Binh's dogs (mum Meme and her puppies) were a highlight of our stay!

Great place with an amazing view. Really enjoyed my stay here. Descriptions matched the place and it was very clean. One thing I felt could be better is the check in process. The guard will not let you inside to get to the basement to get the card in the mailbox. It made check in incredibly frustrating. Other than that, this place is impeccable.

Victor is awesome. He is probably the perfect kind of host you would want. He is attentive. His instructions came with detailed pictures for entrance and trash. I felt right at home in his Airbnb. Like I was living there my whole life. Spotless and clean. With plenty of plates and utensils to entertain another couple.

The location is excellent, conveniently close to everything. The host was friendly and communicated effectively. However, the bedding had a strong fabric softener scent, making it very uncomfortable. Additionally, the bathroom drainage was poor, and the lack of a shower curtain made showering difficult and messy. I hope these concerns can be addressed.

Charles is a super friendly host. The room was very clean and worth the price. Nice and cozy places.

We had an amazing stay at Heaven 77. The House was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy garden with the fireplace & comfortable living area made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect with spectacular views. Communication with the host was seamless; they were always prompt, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated the amazing breakfast with its presentation. It’s clear they put effort into creating a memorable experience for their guests. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Khai Yai and hope to return in the future. It was such a wonderful experience staying, I have a little daughter and everyone was so helpful. When she wouldn't eat the family helped me to feed her and play with her while I relaxed a little. I can't wait to go back one day!

Wonderful private location in Khoa yai country club. Near golf coarse. House needs some minor repairs. Overall i liked it very much - second trip here fir month each . Tell us about the player piano?

Hytta var som beskrevet og vi hadde det helt suverent der. Vann og kaffe inkludert. Stor terrasse med sitteplasser. Biljardbord ved baren. Ingen problemer med Marius, men vi møtte ham aldri. Svarte på meldinger når vi lurte på noe. Taxisjåførene visste ikke hvor det var, men vi fant frem via koordinater på imaps. Google maps viste ingen plassering. Ligger rett ved en elv. Kunne vært lurt å legge til i annonsen at det ligger ved River Resort.
