Die Unterkunft war für mich persönlich perfekt. Ich durfte etwas früher einchecken, was für mich den gesamten Anreisetag angenehmer machte. Der Hotelmanager war interessiert und hat mich persönlich empfangen und war sehr interessiert, ob alles in Ordnung war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass es gerne im Hotel arbeitet, was mir wichtig ist. Das Zimmer bot viel Platz mit Essbereich, Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Ich denke insgesamt eine wirklich top Unterkunft. Ich komme wieder

Clean space, very close to siam bts train station. Good city views from windows. Comfortable bed and couch. Even in January it's pretty hot inside and air-conditioning was always on. The pool is shared between residents of Sky villas condos and Askkot hotel which reside at the same building. Cleaning lady was coming every other day. All requests were fulfilled through host's representative Danielle in a quick and responsive manner.

We stayed at Thao’s place for almost 3 weeks and it truly felt like home away from home. So sad to leave! The apartment is super spacious and nicely decorated. There are 3 balconies to choose from and a gorgeous rooftop! It is bright and clean and you rarely hear the noise from the street or neighbours. Location is great - away from the madness of the old town but easily walkable. The local area has great restaurants and cafes too. This apartment would be perfect for a short or a long stay. Thao goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. She is kind, responsive and helpful. Truly an incredible host. We will definitely be back should we return to Hanoi. Thank you so much!

Good Place to stay and walkable to the airport. I will definitely come back here again. Its my 4th times on this home.

Das Zimmer ist toll, es ist groß, sauber und hat einen schönen Balkon. Die Küche könnte etwas mehr Ausstattung haben z.b. eine Pfanne aber ich glaube wenn ich gefragt hätte, hätte Viktor sogar eine organisiert. Letztendlich habe ich mir immer essen bestellt oder war draußen. Das Angebot an Restaurants und Geschäften in der Umgebung ist genial, man ist komplett mittendrin, gleichzeitig weil es ziemlich weit in einer Gasse liegt ist es Abends relativ ruhig. Manchmal z.b. Samstag Nacht kann es schonmal lauter sein. Viktor kümmert sich um alles und antwortet rasch wenn man Fragen hat. Klimaanlage etc. hat gut funktioniert. Insgesamt war alles zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ich hätte mir gewünscht dass die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher etwas sauberer wären, sie rochen etwas modrig. Gut wäre es auch wenn man auf dem Balkon eine gemütliche Möglichkeit hätte zum Entspannen, eine Hängematte wäre Ideal. Danke Viktor und alles gute Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

First location - doesn’t get any better than this. You are walking distance to Saigon Center (Takashimaya), Ben Thanh Market, etc….walking distance from plenty others. Next, apartment - it is as the description. Just the odd setup of needing one card for apartment and one card for elevator. Apart from that, all good.

Perfect stay. Property is in a residential/hotel combination property. Apartment was spotless, well maintained, spacious, and had all the amenities of a hotel. 10th floor views over the surrounding embassy grounds and nearby high rises were excellent. Swimming pool and workout room for the property were awesome. Location was easily walkable to Lumpini park. I'd happily stay here again!

We had an pleasant stay at Mai's place in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was very clean. The location is good with plenty of convenient stores nearby and pretty close to District 1. The unit has a dryer, so it was convenient for us, especially after a long day of exploring the city in the hot weather. The host also provides plenty of essentials for your stays. We almost did not have to buy anything extra. The wifi was great, and we had no problems working remotely. Moreover, Mai was an exceptional host – very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. She let us check in early. Overall, we highly recommend Mai's place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.

We spent 2 weeks at Sarah’s apartment. She is super nice, professional and responsible . Her apartment is so clean , quiet, peaceful that makes you feel comfortable and safe. It takes you just around 15 minutes to get there from the airport. Highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a good place for the business or personal trip . We will be back to stay there for our next trip. Thank you Sarah and her professional staffs.

Amazing Stay, Super Clean and Comfortable ! Been using Airbnb for almost a year, have tried various platforms, so I know how important reviews are. Initially I was concerned when I saw last review, but I realized it’s essential to look at the last 6 months to get the true picture. Glad I did Couldn’t be happier, cleanliness & comfort top priorities. It exceeded my expectations room was spotless" you could eat off the floor" Ellen the host was incredible. Arrived early, Ellen kindly allowed me to check in since room was ready. I travel to Pattaya for work regularly, this condo will be my go-to. The video link provided a clear idea of what to expect. There was a QR code in room with all the information including WIFI instant connect. Loved the APP to unlock door. Fast Internet. Location - Everything at the street and close by, Quiet at Night!! Bed - Fantastic, firm yet comfortable, unlike many beds I've had in Thailand. HIGHLY RECOMMEND I will share be sharing with friends.

Super appartement dans Thao Dien pas loin de l’axe principal. L’appartement est énorme et bien agencé, dans une résidence calme. Très bon rapport qualité prix et le staff ainsi que la gérante sont aux petits soins! Accès à une piscine et salle de sport + sauna intégré dedans! Je recommande largement 🤗

This was a perfect Airbnb! Easy access to many fun things to do, restaurants, and night life! Walkable to many coffee shops as well. Clean well kept space with accurate description. Would most definitely recommend and stay again!

Easy place to stay everything is close

Lovely flat in a nice suburb. Very close to main road but surprisingly very quiet. Had everything we needed and the host was very kind and quick to respond to any queries. 10-15min grab from district 1.

Phuong, Thao, and Quynh are amazing hosts. They are responsive and friendly. The place is right at the most convenient locations in Thao Dien. At only 10 mins away from District 1 center, you can also find everything you need with 2-3 blocks from the location. 100% more quiet than any place in District 1, if you need it. The internet is fast at 70Mbps and it's more than sufficient for a 50 persons Zoom call with no lag. The bathroom is clean. The cleaning lady cleans the place twice a week so the room is usually always clean. No mold and barely any dust. Highly recommended to stay here.

Great place - great location. My flight was several hours late, and Lilie made sure that I was able to check in and was super responsive. I would definitely stay again.

The room is comfortable with modern amenities like a big screen television and high speed internet. I didn’t cook, but the kitchen is set up for that and even has a full sized refrigerator. Close to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops and even a movie theater. Comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. A good deal and a good place to stay.

I stayed here for about a month and loved my stay! It's close to the old quarter with so much to do. The apartment is super spacious and has a big kitchen. There's a huge bed, large couch, laundry machine, etc.--all of the core amenities you need. Wifi is good enough to get work done remotely. Tra is also a very responsive host, answering my questions quickly whenever I had them. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back if I find myself in Hanoi again!

The location of the building cannot be beat. The area is quiet with many great restaurants and grocery shopping just a short walk away. The BTS at Saphan Taksin is easily accessible via a short walk to the free ferry across the river. Iconsiam is about a 15 minute walk away. The spacious studio is bigger than many one bedroom apartments, has a large eat in kitchen and was impeccably cleaned every week. We totally enjoyed everything about our stay here but the one the thing we loved best was the fabulous view of the Chao Phraya river. Thank you Mr. Nath!!

I stayed at this place for a month and everything was great. Nice and cozy apartment with a comfy bed, nice sofa and good kitchen. The swimming pool on the ground floor was a nice extra, and the 3 washing machines on the basement really useful. Communication with the host was always great. Totally recommended place for short or long stays.
