We had such a lovely stay. The home was identical to the photos, in fact even better when we arrived. Lots of activities to do in the home, amenities listed were all provided and clean. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Definitely will be back!

The space was spacious and perfect for a family gathering. The swimming pool was large and well-maintained, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. It was an ideal place for spending quality time together, and we had a wonderful stay.

This accommodation was very good. The furniture was in better condition than I thought, and the outdoor barbecue was well-equipped. It is perfect for a large family or company team.

When you find a place like this you just don’t want to leave. James and his team are first class in communication and client satisfaction. If you’re staying in Koh Chang this is the place to stay. We will be back twice a year because of this villa and the incredible Koh Chang. Could not be more relaxed and happy but not happy to leave. Next time we will bring all the family. Thanks James

Whole team took care of our stay, all communicating well with each other and nobody missing a beat. Even got support when taxi tried to rip me off. Pool cleaned daily and cleaning services offered as well. Plan on using them when coming back. Thank you!

Great stay at a beautiful property. As a group of 10 friends who were travelling from 5 different countries for a reunion, it was smooth for us to check-in at separate times. The staff was helpful, and always prompt in responding to our requests. They helped arrange everything we needed. The property was beautiful, and we utilised the swimming pool, gym, badminton court, tennis court, golf driving range and karaoke room. Grab was convenient to find cabs and order food. All in all, it was a great property with great staff and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Had a lovely stay at this holiday home. Very peaceful place with helpful host.

The Stay in Villa for very Nice and we had a great time.

This is a beautiful house and was perfect for our needs. We found the housekeeper on site to be pretty useless and wasn’t able to help us with really anything we asked for (where to buy beer nearby since there are strange alcohol sales hours and rules in Thailand, how to use the screen share functionality on the TV in the front room, etc) and really took no initiative or made no effort to find answers for us. It didn’t bother us to have her there, I just didn’t understand what purpose she served. Other than that we had a great time staying at Sai’s place!

Absolutely lovely property. Very well managed. Looks just as good as it does in the photos. Has all the required amenities and tastefully furnished. Lovely common living space which was perfect for our group of friends to hang out. Sue was our coordinator from the host and she was extremely responsive and offered a lot of help and local recommendations.

We had a lovely time with our family at Gala Villa. The villa has five bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, so there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed having a barbecue dinner with the private chef. The cleaning team did a great job of keeping the villa clean every day, and they always changed the towels. Minnie and her team were very professional and helpful. They responded to our requests quickly and always gave us good advice. We would definitely recommend Gala Villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

As hosts go, I don't think you could improve more with Ece. Nothing was too much trouble for me and my family. We where greated with an amazing breakfast and had a chief on call whenever required. Any questions or issues where dealt with on the spot. Location was in a quiet soi, so plenty of privacy if that what you desire. It's within a couple of minutes walk of soi 3 and 4 where the restaurants are. The house in itself is beautifull, however in some places a tiny bit tired and could do with some maintenance and replacements. All in all though my ratings.. host 10+++/10 location 9/10 villa 9.5/10 overall a strong 9.5/10.

Had an excellent stay. The host was very responsive and was able to provide additional services at request! We enjoyed the BBQ very much.

J’ai adoré ce moment de tranquillité au sein de la villa. Elle se situe dans une résidence paisible. Il y a même un accès à la plage depuis la résidence. Comme je l'ai déjà dis à James si je reviens sur Pattaya j'essayerai de revenir dans sa formidable villa. Je recommande, vous pouvez venir les yeux fermés. Merci beaucoup !

이번에 오랜 친구들이랑 첫 해외여행을 다녀왔습니다~ 시끄럽지 않고 조용한 동네에 위치하고 있어 편안하게 잘 지내다 돌아 왔습니다~ 숙소기준 어느곳이든 20분대에 택시로 이동할수 있고 택시비도 저렴해서 부담없이 지내다 왔습니다~ 호스트 분도 대응 잘 해주시고 친절 하십니다~ 아! 옥상에서 바라보는 전망도 아주 좋아요 ㅎㅎ

This is a wonderful stay just outside of Siem Reap, but don't let the distance stop you. You can easily get into town by tuk tuk, and you will love the beautiful surroundings that include swimming pools and lots of plants with a koi pond on one end and goldfish on the other. The rooms are as pictured with lovely concrete floors, nice lighting and wonderful sheets plus good water pressure and plenty of hot water. This peaceful stay was a welcome respite from the busy city and a nice place to return to. Davy and the entire staff were all very helpful. I'm sure I'll return and will be sending others. Villa Ananda was an absolute dream. Every detail of this stunning home is beautifully thought out—from the elegant decor to the serene atmosphere, making it the perfect escape. The villa was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and filled with charm. The pool and surrounding spaces were pure bliss, offering a tranquil place to unwind and soak in the beauty of Kep. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of Sokhim and his wonderful wife. They were incredibly attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Sokhim went above and beyond, arranging an amazing tour for us and coordinating TukTuk transportation throughout our stay, making everything seamless. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. This is a place I will absolutely return to, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway in Kep, Villa Ananda is it!

The host is incredibly nice and supportive, the location is great and the house is very nice and spacious! You should be aware that there is a restaurant on the top floor of the house used by other guests though and other smaller houses next to it, so it's not as private as it looks in the photos.

Overall nice and fully equipped house, exactly as on the pictures, suitable for a long stay. Roland is welcoming and easy going host, it was nice to deal with him. Only downside i could mention is a neighbor who is running a streetracers workshop or something like that, it was disturbing when they were having a parties etc. Of course it has nothing to do with a house or the owner. We would stay again.

Super séjour ! Je recommande fortement. Je suis venue avec 3 amis pour nous détendre c’était incroyable. Exactement comme sur les photos, piscine parfait !! L’hôte est très amicale !!!
