The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

I loved staying here, Juan was so helpful and kind, which was just what I needed at the time. the space was big and exactly like the photos, it felt like home while I was there and enjoyed having a proper space to relax in and to work from. I used the pool a couple of times too which was nice. Juan gave me lots of tips for the area and even gave me a little tour. I would definitely stay there again, wonderful views across the Mekong too. Thank you.

Mycket bra och hjälpsam service. Rent och fräscht. Otroligt sköna sängar. Plus för coffee maker (presso) och extra badhanddukar. Enda negativa var att det bara fanns två solsängar och att stream till TV eller Apple TV inte fungerade. Det finns några restauranger på stranden som är ganska dyra så vi rekommenderar att man hyr scooter för att ta sig till huvudgatan där det finns många restauranger med väldigt bra priser och god mat. Då kan man även relativt enkelt ta sig till White Sand som ligger ca 15 min söderut (man behöver dock passera ett berg med ganska branta backar).

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

We had a wonderful stay at Aurora Point. The view from the bedroom and terrace of the luscious private garden and the sea is beautiful. We spent many hours on the private beach (shared with Binh's other rented accommodation) enjoying the sun and relaxing. You can order groceries via Binh, which come the next morning with breakfast. This was a great facility as the local shop 5 mins walk away did not provide any fresh food. Binh provided us with so many helpful recommendations including a snorkeling trip which was a fantastic afternoon out. Last but not least, Binh's dogs (mum Meme and her puppies) were a highlight of our stay!

①ぼったくられる心配がない、②ロケーションが良い。この2点において最高でした。 ① タイではぼったくりのリスクがあります。 タクシー、トゥクトゥク、レストラン、マッサージなど、常に気を付けていないと外国人向けに割高な請求をされることがあります。しかし、今回Sirichanに依頼したことで、以下の料金で安心して利用できました。 スワンナプーム空港往復の貸し切りタクシー：平均750バーツ 貸し切りプライベート1BOXカーでのアユタヤ半日ツアー（英語ガイド付き）：6800バーツ 敷地内の船着場から出発するロングボート周遊コース（ワット・アルン着）：1200バーツ ゲストハウスへの訪問マッサージ：350バーツ/人 いずれも価格交渉なしで、Sirichanが提示した価格のまま利用できました。（2025年3月時点） また、これらのオプショナルツアーに合わせて、朝食の時間を柔軟に変更してくれるなど、サービス面でも満足でした。 ② ロケーションが良い 宿泊施設はチャオプラヤ川の支流に面しており、川を眺めながら朝食やコーヒータイムを楽しめます。 さらに、大型ショッピングセンター「アイコンサイアム」へはタクシーで約10～15分とアクセスが良く、お土産や夕食の買い物にも気軽に行けます。アイコンサイアムには高島屋も入っており、日本人好みの商品が多く揃っているのも魅力です。 タクシーの利用はGrabアプリを使えば、事前に料金が確定しているため、ぼったくられる心配がなく安心して移動できます。 家族4人での宿泊（私、妻、大学生、高校生）でしたが、寝室が3つあるため、それぞれのプライベート空間を確保できました。（予備の寝室が1室追加であり） 何度もタイを訪れていますが、今回ほどぼったくりの心配なく、価格交渉なしで安心して旅行できたのは初めてでした。 オプショナルツアーは他社と比較検討しても良いと思いますが、今回は全てSirichanのプランのほうが優れていました。 AirbnbとGrabの2つのアプリだけで、安心・安全な家族旅行が実現できました。

仓库改造房入住体验反馈 🌟 这次入住的仓库改造房给我带来了一段别具一格的体验，现在就来和大家唠唠😃。 🏠 空间与风格 一走进这房子，最吸睛的就是那宽敞无比的大厅，空间大得超乎想象，仿佛能容纳下一场盛大的派对🎉。整体装修风格古朴，独具韵味，非常适合喜欢现代感大空间的朋友。 🌉 景观优势 房子外面的窗户正对着运河，风景那叫一个绝！清晨，阳光洒在河面上，波光粼粼，从风水角度看，也让人感觉神清气爽。每天早上醒来，就能欣赏到这样的美景，真的幸福感满满🌅。 🛒 周边配套 虽说位置不是正中心，但距离中心区车程不远。出门就有 7 - Eleven，还有超市和市场，生活购物极为方便。而且停车也很轻松，完全不用担心停车难的问题🚗。 🐛 居住困扰 不过，这房子也有些小缺点。晚上开灯的时候，苍蝇、蚊子、飞蛾就会往屋里钻，虽说它们不咬人，但在眼前飞来飞去，确实挺让人烦躁的😣。由于靠近运河，湿气比较重，屋子里时常感觉潮潮的。有时还能在桌子上、甚至床上发现蚂蚁，这在一定程度上影响了居住体验。 🎬 适用场景 但要是你不介意这些小昆虫，钟情于亲近自然，又渴望每天睁眼就能看到河景，那这里绝对是个很棒的选择。尤其是对于有拍摄需求的人，这个大厅简直是拍摄照片、视频的绝佳场地，光线与空间都无可挑剔。对于那些想一边工作一边放松度假的人而言，这里的环境也能很好地满足需求。如果喜欢举办 house party，这里宽敞的空间也能让派对尽情嗨起来🎉。 💰 性价比考量 综合来看，这房子的性价比相当高。空间大，景观好，周边配套也跟得上，尽管存在一些小瑕疵，但瑕不掩瑜。如果你追求大空间和独特的运河景观，这里会是一个非常值得考虑的居住之所👏。

Amazing stay at Baan Moon, we were sad to leave, but will be back next year. It’s gorgeous and so peaceful watching the boats go by. Ian’s a fab host, always available for help, which we needed as my husband unfortunately had a scooter accident. Such a special place!😀

Normally I should write a bad review that I could keep Seamus (James) and his apartment as a secret. But then I would tell lies cos there is nothing bad to tell neither about the apartment and the great location nor about Seamus as a great host. If you ever dreamed of a VIP vacation with concierge service just go there and I think Seamus will top your expectations. No matter what you might ask him for he will answer within minutes or appear in person. Could not be any better or friendlier he is an absolutely gem. I NEVER had a more pleasant stay in many years of traveling. Thanks for everything and the more you gave to us.

파타야 첫 여행지로 선택한 숙소인데 뷰나,바다 인접성도 좋았습니다. 넓은 공간이라 4인가족이 머물기에 편안한 숙소였습니다. 발코니에서 바라보는 해질녘 노을은 멋진 풍경 이었고, 멀리 보이는 야경 또한 좋은기억으로 남았습니다. 조용하면서도 주위에 관광지 도 많아서 바쁘게 돌아 다니느라 3박4일이 훌쩍 지나 버렸습니다 . 좀더 머물고 싶었지만 아쉬운 마음 뒤로하고 두번째 여행지 방콕으로 떠남니다. 친구들과 다시한번 방문 하고픈 숙소 입니다

Had a great stay and would stay again. Everything as profile described. Never needed to talk with host because everything was as it should have been. !0 minute baht bus ride from Walking street. Condo was 50% cheaper than my buddy's staying 40 yards away. lol. Plus condo had restaurant by the pool with beach view that we breakfast at every morning.

Great stay. Small, cosy apartment, and everything was clean. A convenient 5 minute walk to Thong Lor BTS, though there are no walkways. There's also a condo pickup to the BTS, which makes up for the walk. 24 hour minimart inside the condo. Only downsides are that during my stay, the pool was closed the whole time... and slight inconvenience with meals (if there are side dishes) as there's literally only 2 bowls and 2 plates. Good to add a few more smaller bowls/plates.

This was my second time staying at her place Everything was perfect!! I especially love the HOT WATER PRESSURE leading to an amazing shower 😃 and the amazing view of the beach when I first open my eyes in the morning. Ellen is am AMAZING host . Can't wait to come back 🤞🏿

Lovely big and quiet apartment with beautiful wooden furniture and comfy bed. Big wraparound balcony gives amazing 270-degree views including the river and bridge. It’s very well equipped and the wifi, aircon and everything else I used works fine. Suaida literally replies to messages in ten minutes and has to be the best, most helpful and charming host ever! There’s no washing machine in the apartment but cheap pay-for machines are up on the roof near the pool. Situated next to Tonsak Market, now a giant all-day food-court with hundreds of stalls, it’s a long way from the centre, but only a 5 minute walk to the MRT. Ferries from the pier under the station take you all the way to Sathorn for 30b and the huge Westgate Mall is just a few minutes on the MRT.
