Excellent house and location, exactly as pictured. would definitely recommended!

This was everything we wanted! We were a large group of friends visiting the area for a birthday celebration and to visit wineries. The accomodation fit us all comfortably (as long as you dont mind some bunk beds) and the views from the upstairs loungeroom were magical - think ocean, black swans and beautiful sunsets. We had some trouble getting to the accomm as we came off the ferry and its a 45 min walk. Thought there would be ubers or taxis but there isnt much in the area. Luckily some locals saved us and took us there. Loved our stay and would visit again.

Felt like a home away from home! A peaceful and warm home in a wonderful location - easy walk to parks, sth Melb markets and the beach and just a quick tram ride to the city. Emma’s small touches - organic chocolate and the amenities she supplied for my dog were just so lovely! A perfect base while visiting Melbourne. Highly recommend.

Lovely characterful cottage. Loved the history and stories on the wall. Beautiful view and a nice walk on the esplanade.

Stunning view. Great range of things in the kitchen. Basic discussions etc, but everything we needed with enough beds. It's a 40 minute walk into town, with bike path right out the front. Bring a pillow if you like anything that isn't soft.

I stayed for 5 nights to get away to the beach. This place was better than the photos and I was so very impressed. Had the most incredible stay with everything you could need. A stones throw away from the beach and so peaceful. Host were the loveliest kindest people and the air b and b was equipped with literally anything and everything you could need. Thank you. I will absolutely be back. ♥️🌴

We loved our stay in this simple, relaxed, comfortable beach house in a beautiful location. The beach over the road is perfect for kids to swim in shallow calm water, and to explore — snorkelling, kayaking, looking for crabs, and watching pelicans. Path along the foreshore great for morning walks. The house had everything we needed. Great to have a grassy backyard for kids to kick a ball, and the deck out the front had a lot more room for sitting and hanging out than the pics show, with a good sized umbrella for hot sunny days. Chelsea was helpful and easy to communicate with — much appreciated! All up, a great break and we’d love to be back.

Stunning house in Hampton walking distance to some of the areas best cafes. Alex was an extremely helpful and communicative host. We used the house for a corporate business planning session. The multiple spaces allowed for great collaboration and connection. The house is stunningly decorated, perfect for many combos from families to corporate or a girls weekend away. Comfy beds, great spaces. Can’t say enough about how much we loved this house. Would be even more amazing in summer when it’s not a 0 degree Melbourne day!

Johns port Melbourne place was a breath of fresh air for an Airbnb. spacious 3 floors, very nice furniture and setting. we are a family of 5 and we're very comfortable and settled for our stay. parking is easy on the street. John and Jordan were excellent hosts. highly recommend.

This was the second time I have stayed at Roger’s home and was as perfect as it was last year. We will definitely plan on heading back. Pool was amazing, private and got plenty of use. All amenities catered for, felt at home. Roger’s communication was fantastic as it had been previously. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Very happy with the place, pool was nice and clean, bedrooms were good and living room was nice and roomy. Great area arouns the bbq as well for people to hang out and was very dog friendly with a small front yard that had a fence around it.

Chris was very helpful and even offered to help out with transportation options ie gave our party his Ute to use for road trips as he felt sorry for us given the f1 was cancelled. The home was tidy and comfortable and is in an amazing spot for the F1. We hope to come back next year ! (COVID-19 free)

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at Arlington Place in Portarlington! The house itself was absolutely charming—spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with easy access to town and the beautiful coastal area. Louie and Helen went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable.. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic hosts, I can’t recommend Arlington Place enough.

It was a great place to stay the beds were all extremely comfortable as was the enormous couch! Instructions for electricals was most appreciated,absolutely loved the coffee machine and the spa!

This was such a gorgeous place to stay!! It made me and the fam feel like we were in a luxurious hotel for 5 days, just simply a lovely experience. Alex’s communication and instructions were amazing and so easy to follow, it made the whole stay that much more enjoyable

Steve and Caroline have created a very special space which made a perfect home for a long-weekend escape. There is an ample pantry of staples, great appliances, well-stocked crockery and glassware, cosy cushions and throws to make the stay feel welcoming. Lovely attention to detail in the bathroom with lux soaps and creams, plus comfy beds and pillows too with beautiful linen. The deck has lots of sheltered and sunny nooks to read a magazine, or just watch the clouds drift up the hill. We felt very nurtured by this space and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed every minute staying in this beautiful home. I felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. Would love to stay again the next time my family are all together in Melbourne. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the heart of everything Melbourne, yet be comfortable in a spacious, charming, warm, and very welcoming home. Sanaz is a great host and gave clear instructions, also checking in with us to make sure we were all OK, offering assistance and a late check out if we needed it. Thank you, Sanaz. Graci was very responsive and helpful during the booking and stay. The property was very clean, very functional and had everything needed for our stay. There was plenty of space inside but having the outdoor areas was a bonus. The location is very peaceful but also walking distance to restaurants, shops etc. Highly recommended.

We got ready here before our wedding and the garden out the back just looks so so beautiful, we are so looking forward to seeing the photos taken! This house is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable, we wish we got to stay longer than a couple of days! Julia and Marcus were beautiful and always quick to respond and so extra accomodating. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to spend a few special days
