Thank you Heidi for an amazing stay. From the very first enquiry to checkout your communication and help was amazing. Really appreciate the guidance in advance on checkin and checkout to ensure everything was seamless and hassle free. The accomodation was spectacular and exactly as described and pictured, more than expected. Amenities both within the apartment and the facility were fantastic. The induction with concierge on checkin was such a great experience and all the staff were so accomodating. Central and a short walk to so many must do’s including Luna Park, St Kilda Pier, Fitzroy and Acland Streets, The Esplanade… the list is endless. Highly recommend.

My kids love the place and great locations with convenient supermarkets. The host Jing Jing is very nice and replied in time.

Fantastic apartment in a great central location! Spotlessly clean, with great amenities and little conveniences throughout the place. Lovely, modern building with 24h security. There is a tram stop right out front and lots of cafes nearby. Incredibly convenient for the Grand Prix as gate 8 only 500m away! Excellent communication and support from Johnny before our arrival, with no need to contact him during our stay as everything was perfect. The apartment is actually much nicer than the pictures with a lovely big balcony and lots of natural light. Thank you Johnny for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this place for a great Melbourne visit.

Sam was super. Great clear communications and timely responses. Brunswick East is a beautiful part of Melbourne. Lovely for walking and for great food and general vibe. Sam’s home was lovely. Stunning views across the skyline and we got a lovely display of hot air balloons on Sunday morning. Sam kindly booked us in for a time slot with the rooftop spa however our night was rather cloudy and we enjoyed watching the Grand Prix instead. Highly recommend Sam’s home for a fabulous Melbourne stay. Thanks Sam

Wonderful stay on Southbank. Great location, lots of things to see and do! Philip was very good host! very responsive!!

We were two friends and we had a nice stay at Julie's apartment. It is as described, well-equipped (I really appreciated having oil, salt and so on already in the apartment, it is not always the case) and we could stay comfortably, one of us sleeping in the living-room and the other in the bedroom. It was quiet, what we were looking for, and it was possible to do very nice walks by the river one minute away (or less). The tram is also one minute away from the building and going to the CBD (approx 25 minutes). Communication with Julie was smooth.

It’s a beautiful place with warmth, felt home and cosy, clean surroundings and abundant of lights. Tapiwa was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended

We rented this beautiful air bnb for our wedding to get ready and take pictures and it was truly perfect! Richard was so helpful and responsive! We had everything we needed and more! The house itself is stunning with beautiful views. Perfect place to get ready if you’re a bride or just to go up there to relax and enjoy!

beautiful home! It was the perfect place to prepare for and get ready on my wedding day! We had lots of space, comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms which was great for all the bridesmaids to shower & wash our hair the night before! The amenities were the only thing that we were a bit disappointed with / no basics such as salt & pepper, oil etc. no iron & no tablets or powder provided for the dishwasher - luckily it was close to shops so we could go buy all that but it would have been nice to have! Overall a lovely stay however!

We were looking for a family space in Carnegie to be close to family living in the area. This unit was exactly what we needed. Thanks Adrian.

Conveniently located and if you are a walker about 15-20 minutes into town centre. The house was spacious and had lots of cupboard space and we kept finding things in them that would suit any family. For example there was a bouncer for babies, a steamer to steam clothes etc. Enough room for 2 families without being on top of each other. Plenty of car parking. Ami was a great host, very friendly and answered all my questions and queries. It was a great place to stay and the 5 couples that stayed would all happily go back again.

The house was beautiful and very clean, it was located in very beautiful suburb close to Shops and Westfields recommended for big families with kids with nice big backyard kids could play. The bedrooms and bed sheets were very clean made us felt like home. We definitely rebook on our next visit.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Great little apartment in a central location in the trendy inner north of Melbourne. There's a great IGA Xpress downstairs, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and the tram stop is a short walk away. The building amenities (indoor pool/hot tub/sauna/steam room/gym; rooftop area with nice views and two more hot tubs) were really nice, although the furniture on the rooftop didn't look as appealing as in the photos - they could do with a good scrub. Something to be aware of is that although this is a proper one bedroom apartment, space is pretty tight in the bedroom - there wasn't anywhere obvious for us to sit our luggage, so it ended up on the floor. There's also not much privacy with the blinds open, since the apartment looks directly onto the building opposite (and vice versa). The apartment itself was spotless and incredibly well-organised - you can tell a lot of thought has been put into it. I'd stay there again, mostly for the solid location and building amenities!

Sanjay’s place is in a perfect location near city center. The metro is 7 mins walking which goes directly to city. Walking distance to Botanic Garden and NGV. Woolworths downstairs and lots of food options nearby. Sanjay is very friendly and respectful. He tried his best to make my stay comfortable. The room is cosy as well.

We had a great stay here. The location is superb and close to everything we needed. Mimi was a great host. She was so helpful with restaurant recommendations, very responsive to our questions and really made the effort to make our stay comfortable. 10 out of 10!

The is property is in a great location with access to public transport if you need it. Easy accessible parking. Grocery shop close by within walking distance. Good restaurants, takeaway and local pub. Owners at the Coffee shop at 20 Young street were very friendly.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

Staying with Rene and Ted was a great experience. The apartment is right in heart of the Melbourne cbd with quick access to everything you’d need for an amazing trip. They also had some great restaurant and activity recommendation! It was also nice to meet cute and playful cats, Brooklyn and Tux. Thoroughly recommend!

I will definitely be booking this apartment again. The host was extremely helpful and made the stay much more enjoyable with their ease of communication. The location is amazing with lots of restaurants down stairs and a quick 5 minute walk to Southern Cross station. The apartment was clean and had a really good view of Docklands and it was high enough that it was quiet and you could rarely hear noises from outside.
