David’s place is great for an extended stay. We stayed 5 days and was a good sized place for our needs. Yarraville village is an easy 15 min walk and great cafes and local shops. The place is in a small complex on the ground floor and easily accessible. Was a $22 Uber to get to the Tennis at Rod Laver Arena. We sat out on the balcony, had a wine and enjoyed the serenity! Happy to recommend to others.

Absolutely loved staying here, the property is absolutely gorgeous and felt right at home as soon as we walked in! Very clean place and a good amount of space too! Kitchen is well equipped too, and very easy to get into the CBD! Definitely recommend staying here❤️

My family and i really enjoyed our stay at Queenies apartment, it was within walking distance of melbourne central and great restaurants. The only thing i would say is that the walls could do with a good clean over, but other than that it was beautiful and worth the price!

Rod and Rebecca are amazing hosts! The apartment was absolutely perfect as we came to Melbourne for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Close to trams, restaurants and shops. We had the best 5 days! Thank you again so much.

Great stay with a very accommodating host who allowed us an earlier check in and luggage hold which was a major help. Perfect location with easy accessibility to public transport. Clean and comfortable stay. I would suggest maybe a portable stand fan in the bedroom but perfect otherwise. Will definitely be booking again, Thanks Frazer and team!

Our stay at Ruqaya’s apartment was fabulous. Very clean and comfortable. Ruqaya had supplies in the pantry and fridge for us which was lovely. Ruqaya was very responsive to messages. The view was amazing 🤩 Short walk to Melbourne central and out to where we needed to go. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Ruqaya.

This place was great, we felt comfortable and the space was ideal for us. Park and playground just outside and a short walk to the groceries and train station. Garage parking was great even if it takes a few turns to get in. It's a noisy spot unfortunately due to the road. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the park and on the lovely big couch.

Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Well equipped kitchen, with most necessities provided. IGA super market, and local eats bunched together on Thames prom. The home has a beautiful garden at the front, close the gates.. fur buddy wonderland. Rear garden, under cover with small landscaped grass area, nice for coffee and a chat. Thanks Isy

Holly was a very good host with clear and proactive communication. The home has a “homely” neighbourhood feel to it rather a stark impersonal place to stay.

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

We had a great stay at Meary's apartment! Everything went smoothly and communication was fantastic. The apartment had everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go was either within walking distance or an easy tram ride away. The only negative we found was that the mattresses on the single beds were quite hard and bumpy which was a bit uncomfortable—something to bear in mind if you are sensitive to that kind of thing.

Deb and Rob were wonderful hosts! The apartment was excellent with amazing views and every single amenity imaginable. Not only was it was a nice place to be but it was extremely clean and well presented. The beds were very comfortable and noise from the busy roads outside barely audible from inside! One of my biggest pet peeves in high rises like this is how loud they can be, but this one was super quiet and the aircon was quiet which made for a really good night sleep. If I need to come to Melbourne with a group I would definitely recommend this apartment. It is awesome! If I ever need to be in the Southbank area again this would be my first choice!

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.

will definitely stay here again. flexible check in / check out. Daniela is responsive, friendly and welcoming. we walked in to a hand written note, chocolates and a bottle of wine we felt instantly at home. Apartment is beautiful and clean.

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Ray and Jeans place was perfect for two people. Very safe and secure apartment with everything you could need like Woolies, cafes and public transport in walking distance. Very easy to get into the city but a heap of local shops to check out too. Ray and Jean were alway very quick to respond and were accomodating when we needed to stay an extra night due to a cyclone in Queensland. Would defintely stay here again and reccomend to a friend.
