Surfin Shark was a great place to stay. When we arrived it was just so welcoming and relaxing. The location is just a short walk to the beach. It’s exciting to be able to see the rocket launches from the property or beach. Donnetta is an excellent host. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Loved our stay at Martin’s place! Great proximity to the beach, our daughter loved the pool in the backyard, and home was well stocked with everything needed. One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at (and we’ve been fortunate to stay in a lot of rental homes)! Highly recommended- can’t wait to go back

3/10/2025 Review of the Yellow Beach House, Cape Canaveral. The Yellow Beach House was a great stay with a very good quiet location and nice amenaties. A ten minute walk and you were on the spacious beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. The pool area is outstanding with plenty of lounges, a large tiki hut and additional seating and fire table. The house has plenty of linens and cookware to prepare any meal. Sondra, our host was very responsive to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this house. Roy L.

Great stay in a really nice location, quiet neighborhood near to restaurants and beach. The house was spotless and very well appointed and also much more spacious than we expected. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect 2 BR condo for our quick trip to visit our son at FIT. Just steps to the quiet and lovely beach, and a short drive to restaurants and campus. We would absolutely book again!

Completely unique and adorable place! My entire family - 3 generations of us - loved it! There was something for everyone, and we all felt right at home. would love to come and stay again.

This is our second time staying here and we loved it both times. It’s extremely comfortable, with many modern amenities, very clean and a great location on a quiet beach. We hope to return again.

It was a very nice home in a good location and the backyard was a wonderful addition. The hot tub and outdoor shower were two of our favorite features and we got tons of use out of both of them.

Jamie and Kris are superb hosts. Very helpful and quick to respond to any inquiry.
The home is 5-stars in every sense. Clean, modern and new.
 A lot of thought has been put into even the smallest of details to ensure the guests are happy. They’ve also taken the time to recommend good restaurants and other activities in the area for those that are new to Melbourne beach. Publix is right down the road.
The ocean view from the home is stunning!! We would highly recommend this home to everyone!!

Hate to publicize this house...for fear that I won't be able to book it again! Newly constructed (I was renter #1) and right on the beach, with a cabana room and pool/jacuzzi, a rooftop party deck and dining balcony overlooking the ocean, this modern house was designed for fun! Owners custom built this house with high end designer accents and furnishings...no goofy, cheap ass beach house decor (no seagull paintings, no "life's a beach" signs on the wall, no aqua blue painted bathrooms, etc...ughhh!). This is a high quality beach rental house...please don't screw it up so I can return in warmer weather!

This was the best AirBnB experience we have ever had. The house was exactly as described and perfect for our two families (4 adults, 3 kids) with the adult rooms at each end of the house, so we each had some space and privacy. Edmund was an incredible host, sending us helpful info and recommendations in advance, checking in, and at one point replacing a window blind in the space of just a few hours when the mechanism jammed. The house is really well stocked, with all the cooking equipment you might need and great beach toys for the kids. The beach is a very short walk from the house and really clean, unspoiled and charming. Easy drive from Orlando airport and quick access to Kennedy Space Center. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. I couldn’t recommend this highly enough. Thank you Edmund and Anna!!

Staying at the Beach Haven was an awesome experience. The kitchen was well equipped with everything in great working condition. Our favorite places were the kitchen and dining area. Which housed all eight of us as we shared in prepared our meals. The great room upstairs was very accommodative and presented a beautiful room for taking pictures. The whole house was very beautiful. We plan to return in the future. 👍😊

This house is something special. We really enjoyed it. There is not a lot to do near by (we were there in January), but we were so happy to be right at the beach. You can do daytrips (e.g. Brevard Zoo, Kennedy Space Center). The house provides everything to make it a place to stay home. We would definitely like to come back.

This space is an amazing stay. Lots of space for your group. A nice back yard and private beach access. It's also very close to everything you will need to fuel your vacation.

We had an amazing three week stay at this home. The big sellers for this rental are the location—steps from the beach and east of A1A; and the amazing back yard. The pool is stunning, the spa is delightful and the entire area is very well maintained. It is a bonus to have the two living spaces, both with TVs. Michelle is a very thoughtful and attentive host, responding immediately to any concerns or requests. The house was spotless and we were provided basic necessities and personal touches that were very appreciated. We had three sets of guests join us during our stay; of all ages, and the home amenities accommodated all (including a toddler). There’s a lot of restaurants and shops within walking or biking distance. It is easy to love this home!

Kay was great. Very responsive and even reached out to us about the time for the space x launch.

This place was everything you could ever want in a beachfront getaway. The house was beautiful, perfect for our family of four. Spacious and well laid out, with every amenity you could want. The beach is just a few steps away and the house came with literally every accessory needed to make the perfect beach day. Our host was incredibly responsive and flexible. The location is great, close to all the good spots. I don’t think our trip could have gone any better. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Cocoa Beach.

Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

The house was beautiful and in such a quiet area. Right on the beach was amazing. We loved staying there and would definitely come back.

We had to shorten our trip due to hurricane Milton but Sandy reached out to check on us and make sure we were prepared if we were going to stay. Just sorry we couldn’t stay longer.

Lovely beachside condo. Spacious and clean. It’s our 2nd visit to Seamark and this is our favorite condo. Ocean views, well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach accessories. New windows are great. We can’t wait to come back next year.

I loved Angela’s place on the beach and would definitely return. It was right on a quiet beach with easy walk out, with a wonderful balcony to have coffee while watching the sunrise. The furnishings were very tasteful, comfortable, and lovingly maintained. The salt air can be rough, but everything was in great shape. We especially appreciated the bikes! We only got to ride them once but it was so fun! The location is far enough from commercial areas to feel like a quiet oasis, but a quick drive to Publix and the Melbourne causeway for shopping. This was such a great stay and Angela was incredibly responsive with any questions we had.
