The house was really nice and well stocked. We enjoyed the proximity to the Indian River where we walked each morning. Anee was very responsive to our questions. Our family had a great time!

Lisa’s home was a great home away from home. My wife and I spent hours outside by the pool and watching the Television out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Watched a few rocket launches from the pool area. Whenever I had questions Lisa always responded quickly, sometimes she contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to be in this area as much as we do. Thank you Lisa and Mike for sharing your home with us.

Highly recommend! This was a return visit, and we enjoyed our time there every bit as much as the last time. Andrea's house is that sort of place you take pictures of so you can duplicate it when you return home. Lovely furnishings and a great big kitchen overlooking a gathering area. Nice big dining table to have friends and family over. It is spotless inside and out, with super comfortable and beautiful furnishings. Including outdoor furniture and beautiful heated pool. Also, to note, the house is a split, so traveling with family & friends lends privacy since the master is on one side of the house, and the other 2 bedrooms are in a area with its own bathroom and sitting/tv room. Neighbors are friendly, too!

If you're looking for a home close to the USSSA Space Coast Ballpark, this is your place! Was very pleased with the home and the amenities in it!

We had a wonderful week! The home was spacious and pristine. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Access to laundry was a huge bonus! The backyard was absolutely beautiful with the pool and spa, where we spent most of our time. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Mike was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Kristen and her husband, Keith, were great with their response time. The oven did not work (due to an error code) while we were there, but it wasn’t a big deal. The stovetop was all we needed. Keith did stop in while we were at the beach to try to troubleshoot, but was unable to fix it. I let them know it wasn’t an issue, though. It could wait until after our stay. The backyard was fabulous. One day we opted to not even go to the beach. We just hung out in the pool and hot tub all day! The string of lights in the backyard was a great touch to the atmosphere. All in all, a great stay and I would definitely recommend!

The house was very clean and super organized when we arrived. The attention to detail was fantastic. Many items were supplied above the norm, ie, all paper products, shampoo/conditioner, coffee/filters, snacks and much more. There were a lot of toy and game options for everyone. The pool and hot tub area was great for relaxing and provided hours of entertainment for the kiddos. The area has many good dining options, car or similar required. All in all, we had a great time and look forward to coming back hopefully soon.

This was the second time we stayed at Maria’s place. The unit is very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a long term stay. Great location with a short walk to the beach and a fantastic area for riding your bikes. Quiet area with friendly neighbors. Would definitely recommend Maria’s place for stays in the Cape Canaveral area.

My family and I had an enjoyable time together at Ali’s house. We played games (inside & patio area), took a dip in the hot tub, played pool and drove a short distance to the beach for a morning walk. Ali has put so many personal touches through the house these is you many to name—if you forget anything she has it covered for you ☺️☺️. If we are ever vacationing in this area again we would definitely reserve the house. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ~Gretchen

I can't say enough good things about Sarah's house! We stayed there for 2 months when we first moved to the area, and we immediately felt right at home. The house had everything we needed for a long term stay, plus plenty of room for our family of 4. The whole family loved the sauna and the pool, and I loved the full-size washer and dryer! The location is great - close to the beach, the mall, lots of restaurants, and downtown Melbourne. We recommend Flying Burro for awesome Mexican food! Sarah is an amazing host and was exceptionally responsive to all of questions and requests. Thank you, Sarah, for welcoming us to Melbourne and making our first "home" here so memorable!

Our family had a wonderful week staying here! The home was clean and free of clutter. It was easy to settle in like home! Loved that there were supplies for the beach and even a wagon to carry everything! Perfect proximity from the main street downtown Cocoa Beach. Short drive to the Space Center (which is a must!!!). Couldn't ask for anything better. We will be back!

Happy with our stay. Didn't use most of the amenities as we were not here for vacation, but there looked to be plenty. House was clean and open, accommodating all of us comfortably. Close to lots of things and yet quiet and private. Easy to find and check in. Several family members said they'd be happy to come back. I very much appreciate Andrew's willingness to help us with an unanticipated situation (on our part). Recommend this home and host.

Cute 3/2 house with a huge fenced yard, perfect for our pets. We felt very comfortable at Cynthia’s place. Well appointed kitchen for cooking. Beds are very comfortable. I would stay again!

Such a beautiful home. The perfect size for our young family of 5. The backyard and amenities were amazing. Very private. Felt like our own little paradise. The beds were comfy. Town was about a 25 minute walk/5 minute drive, which was a perfect distance to not hear city sounds. The beach entrances are right across the street and there is a beach cart, umbrella, sand toys, etc at the house to use. We would love to come back!

Wonderful place to stay. We hoped to see the rocket launch but it didn't happen. We were a group of 7, grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. We only stayed one night but the screen room and pool was the family gathering area and enjoyed by all.

My Wife and I stayed 3 nights from March 17th through 20th. The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. Our only suggestion would be that a grill be added for cooking outside. There is seemingly never ending space in this home, it was really way to big for the two of us but would be fantastic for a family vacation! It has two separate living areas with large TVs, perfect for the kids and adults. The pool was very nice also, although we did not make use of it. The home has a concrete pad poured next to it for storage of a boat or RV, this is great for fishermen visiting Headwaters Lake as I did. The drive to the ramp was about 30 minutes and was a very easy route. We will rent again if we return to this area.

This place is a gem. I could have sat on the deck overlooking the canal for hours and not be bored. It was like our own wildlife preserve. We saw so many different kinds of birds, manatees and one dolphin siting. It was peaceful and quiet. The walk to the beach access nearby was a breeze, although if you have a lot to carry, you might want to drive....free parking! John's kitchen was very nice and functional. The bed was super comfortable. John was very responsive whenever we had a question. Be aware that if you have a lot of luggage, there are stairs to go up to get to the unit. Suggestion: for people flying in, it would have been nice if the spices were fresh in the cupboards and/or if there were some condiments in the fridge. These are things that air travelers aren't going to have with them. The in room laundry was great to have! We would not hesitate to visit again!

The stay was for several people in the family for a funeral so sadly not exactly a fun trip. The house was as described and met our needs. We did have a smoke detector have a low battery alert start the first night, but we were able to pull it down and remove the battery. Unfortunately none of us brought any paper to write a note to explain why we had it and the battery on the counter when we left. Thankfully it happened while we were all still awake. Nothing you can really do in advance to prevent something like that; it just happens when it happens. The house was easy to find and the instructions on getting in and locking the door were perfect. This was our first stay at an airbnb and the experience was good overall.

Tracy is a stellar host who takes seriously keeping her home beautiful clean and hospitable. She was always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. She made sure we understood how to work the pool and where things were. Master bedroom was very comfortable and there were many areas in the home to relax. The lanai and pool area were great. Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

This house was in a perfect location. It’s close to the beach and restaurants. There are plenty of beach chairs for guests to take to the beach. The house has everything available that you could need. It has lots of room inside and out for 6 adults. If you book this house you won’t be disappointed!

Melanie and her team were helpful and responsive to our questions. The house was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were spacious. This was close to our daughter/niece’s softball game at the space coast sports complex.
