I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Rose was incredibly responsive and provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay!

Magnificent apartment with all kinds of details and amenities, masks to hydrate the face, snakes, everything very clean with natural plants to harmonize breathing and well-being.

Kayla was a great host, very responsive, allowed my partner and I to check in early due to my circumstances. The apartment was exactly as described in the advertisement. Will stay there again for sure 👍

Liana is an excellent host, we had no troubles checking in thanks to Liana’s clear instructions. The property was spotless and matched the photos on the listing. For such a quiet spot it was extremely accessible to shops and restaurants nearby.

Great little spot with a reasonable price tag. The aircon was a saviour in the 35 degree heat that I arrived in, then when it dropped to 17 degrees the next day (classic Melbourne weather) the heat light in the bathroom was appreciated. Comfy mattress, all the essentials (I even used the iron/ironing board). The cafe directly across the road were super friendly and delicious too (Duke of Grantham).

Family of four, two adults, two children aged five and three. The property was clean, tidy and looked like the photos provided. Walking distance to Fawkner Park which has two really great playgrounds. Very family friendly area with McDonald’s across the road to the property. We visited Cupcake Queens cake shop, which was under 10min walk this was amazing for us as our son turned five on our trip. Tram stop at the front of the property and car parking spot that fitted our Subaru outback we hired. Gorgeous views and it was really nice to see the hot air balloons in the morning floating past. Host was very responsive to questions immediately which was great. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic place! We spent 5 nights and it was fantastic to come “home” to this incredible flat each day after exploring beautiful Melbourne. Fitzroy was great too!!

The apartment and location suited our needs very well as we wanted something spacious for us all to spread out and chill but also something close to the things we wanted to do without the noise and business of the city. Nearby Tram into the city was very handy. The apartment was lovely and we felt really comfortable. Barbara was a such a lovely host, we arrived very late and she made sure we had some supplies ready for the next morning for the kids which was a godsend! We used the pool on hot days and it really felt like home. Highly recommend!

The hosts were great as we were stuck in traffic and about an hour late, they were happy to wait, location is A1 a couple of hundred metres from crown

Anna was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The apartment is well kept, clean, and has almost everything you could possibly need. The location is superb; nestled between Albert Park and the Botanical Gardens, with Cafes downstairs and across the road. Plus there is a tram stop 2 mins walk away and the CBD/most other main attractions are only a 10 minutes tram away. Can't fault the experience at all. Thanks again Anna!

A wonderful apartment for my visit. Home from home for a week of work in Melbourne. Everything was just wonderful and very comfy bed. We didn't need to use the extra room but to have a second bedroom will be brilliant when I return with family. James was always so proactive in replying to any of our queries and the manual in the apartment helped. The air-conditioning in the living room was a lovely relief on hotter days. With a tram stop near the outside of the unit it was easy to travel all over and local shops a short walk away meant I got to enjoy using the well set up kitchen. Birdsong from Albert Park in the morning is a highlight as was the view across to the city skyline. Thank you James we will absolutely be back!!!!

Great stay with a very accommodating host who allowed us an earlier check in and luggage hold which was a major help. Perfect location with easy accessibility to public transport. Clean and comfortable stay. I would suggest maybe a portable stand fan in the bedroom but perfect otherwise. Will definitely be booking again, Thanks Frazer and team!

Great place to stay and close to everything

Heidi was an excellent host. We made a last minute booking and she was extremely helpful. The location was perfect for our family as our daughter was staying at a Scape residence around the corner. The location to the trams was perfect and made touring the city easy. The only negative was we were so busy during the day we came home exhausted and were too tired to enjoy the hot tub and sauna! I would highly recommend this place and would stay here when we come back.

A lovely place for our extended family to come together for a weekend. Plenty of room to hang out, with own bedrooms. Great location, and wonderful View

Sam was super. Great clear communications and timely responses. Brunswick East is a beautiful part of Melbourne. Lovely for walking and for great food and general vibe. Sam’s home was lovely. Stunning views across the skyline and we got a lovely display of hot air balloons on Sunday morning. Sam kindly booked us in for a time slot with the rooftop spa however our night was rather cloudy and we enjoyed watching the Grand Prix instead. Highly recommend Sam’s home for a fabulous Melbourne stay. Thanks Sam

Amazing location as everything is walkable. There is a great steak restaurant just below the building. There is also a convenient store just beside it. The place is very safe and the airbnb is clean. It is also spacious for us (we’re 3) and it can still fit one to two more. The place has everything we need. Washing machine, microwave, cooking utensils, you name it! There are ample of closet space. The building also has a pool and a gym if you want to use it. There is also tram less than a minute walk that will take you straight to Queen Vic Market. And another tram that will take you to the shopping areas. There’s also a famous cafe just a few walks across the street. Simon is very friendly, responsive, and approachable. He’s been a great host in our whole 8-day stay at his unit. He’s kind enough to meet us on Christmas day to help us with check-in and even gave us some recommendations on where to eat and go. Will definitely book this place again if we visit Melbourne in the future!
