Great apartment in a great location. Right near a tram stop and easy access to Southern cross station. The apartment had everything we needed. Check in and check out was so easy. And Jeremy always replied quickly. And we were able to have early check in too. Have no complaints at all.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Philipa’s Airbnb. Philipa is a good host . The view of her apartment is fabulous, especially at night . You can enjoy sunset too from the balcony . We love that the tram stop is just in front of the building .

Great location and easy walk to restaurants and bars coffee shops. Room is compact and lovely linen a towels has everything u need. Would definitely stay again for the location an affordability. Great communication with Marcus. Thanks so much.

Wonderful place and probably one of the best locations in Melbourne. Was lovely to be greeted by Sonia and the place was spotless. Tried to extend my stay even longer but unfortunately somebody had already booked but will definitely be back again!

Unbeatable location and views from the balcony, and Tamar was so helpful. I would have missed the incredible outlook for the Moomba Festival fireworks if she hadn’t dropped me a line, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. Everything I needed in the flat and I had a great stay here. If you’re a light sleeper the city noises could be an issue (there’s a lot of construction around too) but this didn’t worry me so much. Great place to stay, stayed for the Australian Grand Prix and tram to the event was literally just outside. It was an excellent unit and was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. I’d recommend.

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Leanne’s place is gorgeous! Spacious enough and clean. The location was great. Close to a good restaurants, main streets, public transportation, etc. We love Oaks. restaurant downstairs had a great menu and service, which was super helpful. She let us check in as soon as possible, about hour or two prior check-in time. In a future this will be our preferred place to stay in Melbourne. Thank you for hosting us!

I had a wonderful experience with this apartment in Melbourne. Its location is great, as it is walkable to many attractive spots and within the free tram zone. The host is proactive and always responds on time. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was perfect for us. Two spacious rooms and bathrooms, super clean and perfectly appointed. Great space if you also need to work, everything you need at walking distance. Jane was a great host. Communication was perfect and the level of support and flexibility was excellent. We also particularly appreciated the location in terms of transfers to the airport. Super convenient. We will try to stay again at Jane's apartment in the future.

Kelvis made my partner and I feel right at home during our short trip in Melbourne! Kelvis was quickly responsive, friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Lovely place to stay. Loved the floor to ceiling windows - the views are spectacular. Apartment was VERY clean & well supplied - probably the only (& very very minor) issue would be that there wasn’t any long life milk in the fridge for a morning cuppa to enjoy whilst soaking up the views! All in all it was a very lovely apartment - outstanding 10/10. Thank you.

The place is in such a great location with many things within a 10 minute walk. It was very spacious and have everything provided. It was very clean and organised.

Great little apartment in a central location in the trendy inner north of Melbourne. There's a great IGA Xpress downstairs, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and the tram stop is a short walk away. The building amenities (indoor pool/hot tub/sauna/steam room/gym; rooftop area with nice views and two more hot tubs) were really nice, although the furniture on the rooftop didn't look as appealing as in the photos - they could do with a good scrub. Something to be aware of is that although this is a proper one bedroom apartment, space is pretty tight in the bedroom - there wasn't anywhere obvious for us to sit our luggage, so it ended up on the floor. There's also not much privacy with the blinds open, since the apartment looks directly onto the building opposite (and vice versa). The apartment itself was spotless and incredibly well-organised - you can tell a lot of thought has been put into it. I'd stay there again, mostly for the solid location and building amenities!

Brilliant location, right in the middle of Melbourne’s bustling CBD. Huge selection of restaurants within 1 kilometre, and 2 major theatres just around the corner. An easy 15-20 minute walk from the river. The National Gallery of Victoria (20 minutes on foot) was a wonderful and unexpected bonus.

Lovely apartment on the top floor so views are amazing. The facilities are great, we used the pool and sauna every day. Only downside for us was having one set of keys, these are needed to be able to use the lifts and access other areas in the apartment block. This was not very convenient as we were unable to move around the building independently, we had to do everything together. Requested another set of keys but as we were leaving the next day it wasn't really worth it fir us. So tip for future visitors, if you are likely to want to do things independently then ask for another key fob.

Great stay with parking, gym and pool! Has everything you need (plus there is a great Vietnamese street-food cafe across the road). The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Thank you!

If you're looking for a cozy and convenient stay in Melbourne, look no further. The apartment was spotles and comfortable with plenty of charm, just like the building itself. We enjoyed discovering its history and enjoyed the special setting. All amenities (both in the apartment and the building) were listed in advance, so we could prepare for our stay accordingly. We also loved how accessible the location was and within walking distance of so many fantastic spots and shops, alongside the tramline itself. Kate is the best host anyone could wish for, as she was very attentive from the minute our booking was confirmed. She always responded to our messages promptly and provided us with plenty of useful information and recommendations, in addition to making sure we had everything we needed and more. Couldn't recommend Kate and her charming apartment more!
