Melbourne City : locations de vacances avec suite privative

Sonia's may not be for everyone given its suburban location, but for us it was perfect - close to our daughters house. It was clean and tidy, lots of provisions for ample breakfasts, and heaps of cooking equipment. Pantry had lots of stuff too. Highway (beside the M2 City Link) noise could be an issue for sensitive folk, but given the temperatures when we were there, not a problem. Bathroom was neat and tidy with ample toiletries. 5 min walk to the 503 bus, 15 min to the 59 tram. IGA, wine bar and fast food 15 min. It's not like your in the sticks! Thanks, Sonia.

A comfortable and clean place in a quiet neighborhood, it had all we needed to spend the weekend. Susan is very kind, friendly and helpful, responsive and easy-going. We loved our time there and definitely will be back if we need to stay in Melbourne.

Diana is a very nice host. We arrived Melbourne in the evening, Diana provided us with milk bread and butter, so we can have an easy start and avoid grocery shopping at night. She also gave us extra bedding and sufficient laundry detergent, which made our stay comfortable. The room is clean and peaceful, equipped all nesssary appliances.

Attractive, clean and spacious unit. Jo and her husband were friendly and accommodating. My visiting elderly parents had a pleasant and peaceful stay. Thank you!

Quiet and peaceful, lots of natural light. Small touches also included Milk Lab milk! Highly recommend!

Helen’s place was terrific. David was very gracious and helpful during our stay. We would highly recommend this area. We even had a kangaroo come to visit a few times!

We had a wonderful weekend at Lucy’s. As soon as we booked she was responsive and proactive with anything we may need. Once we arrived we felt right at home. The bedrooms are large, and the home is well equipped with everything you could need including books, games and puzzles which the kids loved. There’s also plenty of local information for sightseeing and restaurants. The kitchenette was fine for us to cook simple meals. It’s also very close to shops and restaurants if you want to eat out. Everything was perfect during our stay. Thank you Lucy for such a peaceful and welcoming base during our trip. We would love to return next time we are in Melbourne!

I had an incredible time staying at Donna’s AirBnB. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. Donna was the best Host, so friendly, had a genuine invested interest in making sure I had a comfortable stay. The property was immaculate and had everything I needed. I just loved staying there. Great place to stay with a small family. Able to visit friends and family near by. Peaceful and private. Castillo was welcoming, had difficulties with the lock but able to open it for us as the place is behind the main house. Had to checkout early but Castillo was able to accommodate. Extremely recommend to anyone wanting to rent for future travels.

Wow, I can say that Jennifer's place is definitely one of the top Airbnb's I have stayed in. The place is tastefully and very thoughtfully set up, has everything you need and will exceed your expectations! It feels like you're staying at a hotel with the high standards. The small snacks were a treat too! Would definitely recommend and you won't regret booking at Como Parade!

The location and the property were exactly as shown on the site and very well presented and maintained. Kerry was an excellent host with the small details, like leaving a light on as I was arriving after dark, that made me feel very welcome. Kerry was also very knowledgeable about the local area. I hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Again it was a lovely experience staying in Sandra’s accommodation. We are repeat guests because of her warm hospitality, the fabulous location close to shops, cafes and restaurants, and the very comfortable accommodation.

Helen’s place was within walkable distance to High St Preston with all that has to offer. It was clean, the room was a generous size, plenty of space to sit, or to work with a desk option as well as a couch and TV. The kitchen, which is a shared space (as is the bathroom) was clean and well equipped. There were games and books to read to keep occupied. Best of all, Helen was very quick to respond to any questions I had, and really helpful. This was great value for money if you’re looking for an alternative to hotel accommodation. If however, you’re wanting a more inclusive experience, like sharing a room in a home with a local, this might not work for you. Excellent place though, would recommend.

Linda’s place was great, the bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything I needed. The house is a loverly character home with a gorgeous garden and trees. Linda is a very kind person and her and her pup Ned were the highlight! It felt as though Linda could not do enough to help and nothing was too much trouble. I have never stayed where the host even had a PT card available should it be required!

This studio space is 'small, but perfectly formed'! Perfect for our needs. Not suitable for people with mobility issues but thal was not a problem for us. Thanks for a great stay.

Belinda’s place was perfect - lovely clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy access to Toorak Road and Chapel Street for cafes, bars and restaurants but in a pretty and quiet street. Had a great time and hope to come back in the future

Such an awesome place!!! I will be back and I am thankful for my stay, this place is a treasure and I highly recommend it, it’s more than what you would expect and I really loved my stay
