My wife and I stayed for a week for our daughter’s college spring softball games. The property is as described. Clean and well maintained. Jessica is very accommodating and very responsive to my questions. Everything that you need in the kitchen was there, from laundry detergent to dishwashing detergent to even coffeemaker and actual coffee and filters. The washed /dryer was extremely useful. Extra linens and towels were provided and bathroom supplies as well.

This is an outstanding beach condo. Super clean, tastefully decorated, very peaceful and friendly neighbors. We rode out Hurricane Milton here with no issues. The beach is very private and we really enjoyed happy hour at Cadillac Cove across the street. The king bed was super comfy and I loved the living room recliner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place is very quiet and we enjoyed taking our meals on the ocean front lanai. Highly recommended!!

Everything was great and as advertised. The host was very responsive with a few questions we had within an hour or so of checking in. Checking in was easy, just use a pin code on the door when you get there. Checking out was also a breeze. The house has plenty of space, outside balcony, and was right by the pool. The access to the beach is right behind the building. Definitely recommend.

Our stay at your beautiful place was just what we wanted. It was clean and well kept. The beach access was perfect. We are hoping to make it our yearly getaway. Thank you

Pictures don’t do it justice! Place is larger and with 6 kiddos in tow (8 people) it was a resort with everything and a fun and safe resort. The staff were wonderful- everyone chats with you and the kids!- even the Tram driver. Of which the driver (Will) saw a cell phone on the bench before he pulled away and saved me from that loss! And mostly-this place was the best view-Oceanside. The best was they also fed us the events happening during our stay. Of which the rocket launch was phenomenal! Both owners and resort staff text to check in and see how stay is and if needed anything. Responses were almost immediate. We will be back, this was perfect! Thank you!

Leigh Ann’s place is perfect for a couple looking to relax on Cocoa Beach—the location is walkable to many shops and restaurants, and the beach is right out back!

Beautiful, perfect location and very clean condo. Lihua is very responsive and thoughtful. We had hoped to use the pool which is closed, so that would have been nice to mention (not sure if it is seasonal and looked like construction) but otherwise the location is perfect and price very fair. We hope to return again!

This unit was beautiful and perfect location! Just over the dune to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Very close to Cocoa beach activities & restaurants. Very clean & updated, very comfortable from kids to seniors. 10/10 would love to return in the future!

Anna was very responsive and helpful when a few small problems arose. She made sure we were all taken care of and could enjoy the rest of our trip. She Went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

I grew up in the area, so I knew the building and location would be great - it only takes a minute to walk to the beach and the apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained!

This is the second year my family and I have stayed at the Shark Shack and it was just as lovely as the first time. Donnetta is very friendly, accommodating and willing to do what she can to make our stay enjoyable. This place is truly a hidden gem and we look forward to booing again for next year!

Beautifully decorated and clean condo with an easy walk to the beach!! Having a bath and a half is so convenient. All of the instructions are updated and very helpful, and hosts are very engaged and responsive. We had a great time 😊

We loved our stay. Tammy is a great host and her place is perfect. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Close to the beach, lots of restaurants and many good stores. The condo is very quiet and beautiful. We were very happy with our Spring Break.

Very beautiful property with amazing views of the sunrise. It feels like you have the beach to yourself. The house is welcoming and decorated tastefully. We would love to stay again in the future.

Such a great place! Perfect location to everything and the pool was amazing. The maintenance and cleanliness of the entire place was immaculate!

We stayed at Cape Winds 408 for a week through the holidays. Location was perfect, not in busy area and close to everything. Parking was plentiful and easy. We loved the view from the balcony! Place was very clean and beds were comfortable. Communication was great, had a small issue with a/c and they had someone out same day to check it and was fixed next day! Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, etc…you didn’t need to bring anything! Beach was great having it right there! Just so you know there is no Keurig, just regular pot. I saw someone posted that they left a Keurig there for guests so I brought our own k cups but when I got there and it was a regular coffee pot. We did have to go out late at night to get coffee and filters, so we had coffee for the morning. We left a lot of filters there for the next person so hopefully that will help a little. I would definitely stay again here! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay. The beds are very comfortable. The unit is newly renovated and very clean. The balcony and ocean view can’t be beat. Being near a plaza with a grocery store was really nice too. I would definitely recommend this unit if you’re staying on the Space Coast.

Great location right on the beach. We were able to see two rocket launches right from the beach (just steps outside of the condo) during our stay; which was an awesome experience. The beach is very family friendly; relaxing and fun at the same time. The unit was well equipped, and the host was responsive to our questions before we arrived. We were able to enjoy our few days there without any issues or worries.

This is most luxurious, well-appointed rental we have ever had. They have more elegant dinnerware than I have in my primary residence! We even found a first aid kit and Neosporin after a bike wreck! The manager let us park our gear in a space before checkin and called us as soon as the unit was cleaned and ready. They let us leave luggage again upon checkout. Totally a wonderful experience!

We absolutely LOVE this condo. Beautiful beach views from each bedroom and living room. Safe community, walking distance to everything. I’ve rented a lot of Airbnb in Florida and this one was the best. Our favorite part was the extra cozy blankets for early morning,sunrise porch snuggles. Already recommended to others!
