We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As other guests have mentioned, it was exceptionally clean. The layout was great, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of chairs, umbrellas, everything you need for the beach. Even bikes! The kitchen had a great gas stove, which were really appreciated as we love to cook. The hot tub and pool were amazing. We had bad luck with weather unfortunately (in the 50s and rainy) but the hot tub made everything better. When we couldn’t go to the beach or whenever we were cold, we got into the nice warm hot tub. Jeanne was exceptionally helpful, she provided the most responsive and friendly interactions I’ve had through Airbnb. Any questions or requests I had were immediately and positively resolved. The only thing I would change is that the backyard be a bit more maintained and that there would have been a real table out back to eat at. During our stay there just a few small tables, but not enough to comfortably have meals out back.

Great place, great value. Felt right at home and the setup is functionally quite private. You’re right on top of the beach and can hear the waves but the sand and scrub rises just high enough that the back yard area remains private and isn’t directly visible from the public beach itself. Best of both worlds for sure! The elevated deck was a favorite spot to sit in the evening and the house had all the amenities to make this into our beach home away from home for a week. Our 18 month old loved the house too. Any rocket launches would be visible from the house itself or the beach beyond. We opted to make the short drive to Kennedy Space Center to halve the distance to the launch pad, and saw a rocket launch while we were in town. Now that I’ve seen one closer up I’d happily watch from the house next time. Good chance we’ll be back!

Cute and serene place to stay! Only a small walk from the beach and there are paths in the neighborhood to bike to close by restaurants and pier. We loved staying here and would come again!

We had a wonderful time at Christopher’s house. It was very clean and comfortable. Even the screened in porches were very clean. Great location at Sea Oaks. Close work the beach and pool. We look forward to visiting again!

Catherine’s place was perfect for our family vacation. It was steps from the beach and lots of great restaurants in walking distance. We loved that she had beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cart to carry everything. We would stay here again!

Shawn and Anne's place was beautiful. It was a home and therefore extremely relaxing for our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of four to spread out to do individual activities. It's a just a shame we were only staying for two nights. With respect to location, excellent access to restaurants and supermarkets. Specific to our trip, Kennedy Space Center was 10 minutes up the road and the airport was a 40 minute drive away. If we were to go to the area again we would definitely stay here.

My wife and I were newbies to the AIRBNB world. This location was everything we were looking for and more. This cottage was clean and well kept. The fenced in yard was very private and great area for the security of our dog. It had a great location and walkable to many restaurants in the area. This cottage is highly recommended.

This was a perfect location and very nice residence with everything we could possibly need. Martin was excellent with all communication and very responsive. Would highly recommend this house!!!

We loved staying at Cindy’s place! Her home was clean and very spacious. It was located in a quaint neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We loved the huge kitchen, porch, living room, and bedrooms. Such a great find!

This little place is exactly as the description read. It is a perfect and peaceful slice of heaven and more than we expected. Pam is an excellent host and was available to answer any questions that we had, as well as giving great recommendations on local restaurants. This will be our go to place, if available, when we’re in the area.

We enjoyed our month stay. Place was clean and in a great location, walking distance to historic Melbourne. Our golden doodle loved the fenced in yard, as did we. Loved sitting in the backyard, shade for me and sun for my husband. We would stay again.

We were so impressed with Coco Sands! Cottage 7 was such a a great value and exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean and well stocked. 100% as advertised! It had everything we needed and more with regard to beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys. It was also well equipped for kids. The kitchen had everything you could want and more. Our private outdoor space was huge and such a beautiful view of the beach, which was truly steps away! We highly recommend Coco Sands and we hope to go back again next year!

I just needed 1 night to stay, since I was just going to a comedy show. The place is just as described. I enjoyed the peacefulness and the old style place.

Great location. Couldn't ask for a better setup. Close enough to any activity and service you could want and far enough away to settle in and work without being disturbed. Can't go wrong with this choice.

I was in town for business and if you are staying in the central Florida area great spot . Lots to do 20 min to the beach it was a beautiful home in a quiet area. Thanks Lorena for the stay.

Perfect place for us to stay. It was peaceful and quiet. It’s clean and spacious. We had an amazing time and our dog as well. The hosts were communicative and gave us clear instructions. The place is recommendable.

This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays! The decor and atmosphere of the home was fantastic. One of the highlights was the kids' room. The space-theme was out of this world! Our kids absolutely loved the bunk bed and murals throughout. There were plenty of amenities and the bed linens were beautiful. The location was perfect for our visit to the Kennedy Space Center, and the close beach access was icing on the cake. Sandra provided very clear instructions and was very responsive. We could tell she loves hosting. It truly felt like a "home away from home" kind of stay. Would gladly stay here on a return visit to Cocoa Beach!

Will be coming back annually if possible! we loved the space and how close it was to the beach!!!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The house was conveniently located to several restaurants and the beach. After several exhausting days at Universal Studios and staying in a hotel it was so nice to have room to spread out and relax. It was very family friendly with lots of games and toys for my kids to enjoy - my 7 yr old especially loved the axe throwing game! Having all the beach toys, towels, wagon and chairs was perfect for our beach days and coming back we used the outside shower to remove all the sand which was so nice. Everything inside the house was extremely organized and labeled which I loved. There was also plenty of bath towels and other necessities. The coffee bar set up was great too especially if you’re only coming a few days like us and don’t want to buy a lot of supplies. We would definitely book this place again if we come back to Cocoa Beach.
