Andrey’s home was warm and welcoming. Very clean and had everything inside the house we needed. Beds were comfortable and shower was great. Well stocked kitchen. Would recommend for a family, lots of fun things to do.

We enjoyed our stay at Tiffany’s place. The location was nice as it was close to restaurants and stores, and a short drive to both the beach and I-95. The home was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for our needs. We appreciated that a pack n play, booster seat, beach equipment and beach towels were provided.

This is the second time we stayed at Tricia’s place and enjoyed it all over again. A great location and we love the pool.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Extremely well equipped home with wonderful view of the water. Enjoyed the wild life including dolphins. Would stay again. May not be good for seniors with difficulty walking.

this place worked perfectly for our needs (large family). there were five large bedrooms and plenty of area. huge yard with stuff for the kids to do (basketball, soccer). fire pit was nice to have. The owners were very attentive and welcoming (personal message, welcome basket). the carport cover has a hose which is super convenient to rinse off sand. About 30 mins drive to the beaches and Cape Canaveral. grocery stores about 10mins away. Would definitely stay there again.

Bill’s house looks like an ordinary small bungalow from the outside but inside is a beautifully renovated spacious beach-themed home that is perfectly staged. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable, fenced yard, fur babies welcome. Nice location for restaurants, shopping and bass fishing at Fellsmere. Rooney’s just off the main road is a local hangout from 4-7. We have family near downtown Melbourne so we are in the area several times a year. Always looking for a good place to stay and this home checks all the boxes. Bill is responsive, generous and a friendly host. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We were in the area for a work trip. Joshua's place was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the pool table in the garage after working some long days. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

What can I say besides "The Best". We stayed for 5 weeks and there isn't any better than Carly and their property. We have already booked for next year. Communication is with 5-10 mins. Unheard of. The property is clean. The fenced in back yard is secure. Ammenities are above and beyond. We literally did not have any errands to run when we moved in. I highly recommend a stay at her and Luis's Sunset Casa.

The place looks like the pics. The host was great. Sitting on the dock is an awesome experience there. The bed was incredibly comfy. The outdoor shower was beautiful. My only negatives would be that you can hear the movements of the guest in the unit above, and it was not immaculately clean. There were some spots on the rugs and dirt/debris on some floors. Nothing major.

This is our 3rd year in a row staying here in the month of February/March. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING as usual. What a precious gift in finding this location..Serene, peaceful and a relaxing lodging residence for couples in our opinion!

Jeff and Kristal’s place was just as described! It was comfortable, clean, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Felt extremely safe. Was way better than staying at a hotel before our cruise. Was a very easy 25 minute drive to the cruise port. Will definitely be back!

This is a cozy little cottage style place. There is a gas fireplace that I used a few times. The kitchen is tiny but functional. Had dishes pots and pans. Ashely was very responsive and helpful with questions. The unit is 1 block off main street. Resturants were all walkable. Very close to the beach. I would stay here again.

Walking onto this property is like taking a step into an oasis. Martyn greeted us with a big smile and warm welcome and showed us around. It’s spacious, and clean. The pool was just wonderful! You can hear the ocean from the property and at night we could hear the tree frogs serenading us to sleep. The outdoor living room is great, and this really gives you a feel for indoor outdoor living in Florida. He and Tracey are very kind and caring and thoughtful human beings and we are lucky to be sharing the planet with them. The location is amazing. It is such a pristine area that is well preserved, and the beach was private and just beautiful. We highly recommend this wonderful apartment and hope to get back one day soon.

We loved our stay. The location was beautiful with so much to do. The place was clean, comfortable, and met all of our needs. We kept talking about how cute the house was and how they’ve put so much thought into it.
