Great location easy to get to restaurants, beaches and grocery stores. Loved the pool and hot tub. Had all the necessities needed plus more.

This was a great place that exceeded our expectations. Great view of the ocean from our condo. Both the pool and beach were just steps away. Everything was easy to get to.

Th Resort at Cocoa Beach was super nice. There was a lot for our kids to do daily on-site. We really didn’t have to leave for any activities. Publix is also right up the street so getting groceries was fast as well.

The, Cocoa Beach resort was very welcoming and Homie. We were able to relax and take a break from stress

We went during Christmas and the hosts were so flexible so we could have some of our gifts sent prior to our arrival. The resort had wonderful amenities!! Hot tub, lazy river and pool were great. Heaters were on so we were enjoying the water in December. Tons for kids to do - movie theatre, activities each day, basketball, pickle ball, putt putt, Santa came one day, a magician was there…it was awesome!

Dana was an extraordinary host, the best we've ever had! She treated us very very kindly from the first interaction, and was so understanding about all our issues, always responding very quickly. Dana, thank you so much! You went beyond everything to make our stay the best!! The airbnb was very spacious, cosy, and with a lot of light. The view is sweet, with the little pond and the birds. The towels smelled so nice and were super soft. We could use Dana's beach accessoires as well as Netflix. The kitchen offered everything you need. We had a great time, going to the beach and to the close-by Texas steakhouse and the Haru sushi bar, as well as going kayaking with Manatees and visiting Kennedy Space Center. When a hurricane threatened our stay, Dana made sure we stayed safe and did not need to worry a single minute. We can wholeheartedly recommend this airbnb for you! #Danathebesthostever

Perfect accommodations for our family. Helen was a great host and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Check-in/check-out was a breeze and our condo was even ready a bit early. We stayed in the main building which was great for the kids in our group. The rooms were larger than I expected. Taking the tram to the beach was quick and easy. We did learn that you can rent an umbrella with two beach loungers for 5 days at a time and it was a huge cost saver. Definitely would love to stay again!

Host was extremely helpful, assisted with getting wheelchair from a local supplier. Also, helped us arrange the drop off and pick up with medical supply. The views with the dolphins and rockets were amazing to see from the balcony. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo. We were able to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach chairs, towels and supplies were an added bonus, we took advantage of having those to use! Thank you again!

5 stars across the board! We spent 7 nights and couldn’t have been happier with the cleanliness or the amenities and we are VERY picky. Hot showers and cleanliness are our priorities and it checked the boxes for my husband and me. We took advantage of so many extras like used the pool & hot tub, walked to the beach and used the beach chairs, there was even a cooler that came in handy. Plenty of towels for our entire stay, did laundry a few steps away (small charge), and had kitchen tools to make breakfast most days and the days we didn’t, we enjoyed Corey’s deli for an amazing bagel or Tropical Smoothie across the street. We will likely be back next year!

Very enjoyable stay on Florida's Space Coast. The location was great -- Rocket launch, Cruise Ships, Beach and who knew Port Canaveral was such a cool vibe? This stay is a no-brainer.

Very nice time at this airbnb, lots of space to enjoy and kitchen had everything I needed. Walking distance to the beach and a walmart right around the corner. Bath tub has stains but they were very quick to replace the bathmat!

What a beautiful home! I love walking into a home and feeling “at home”! And that’s how it was… clean, welcoming, orderly.. a place to relax and get some rest.

Wonderful and accommodating hosts! Everything was perfect. Great location, 25 min from KSC and 20 min from the beach. Peaceful park side location made for quiet nights and beautiful days. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Andrew's home was absolutely exceptional! There was so much to do, including our epic nightly ping pong tournaments, which became a highlight of our trip. When we weren’t watching rocket launches at KSC from the back patio, the abundant wildlife provided endless entertainment. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed to prepare a delicious Christmas dinner for six. It truly felt like a perfect getaway and made it easy to forget we were away from our family and friends for the holidays. This property will be our go to for any of our future launch campaigns from the CAPE!!

We stayed recently (Jan. 25) at Daphne's beautiful house in Palm Bay. It was absolutely nice and very cozy! The whole house is high-quality- and tastefully furnished! You will definitely enjoy it. We felt very much at home and comfortable. Melbourne beach and other places to see are in reachable distance (KSC e.t.c.) - if you need a very good restaurant, you need to eat at "Chart House" (Melbourne) . Frank

We had a wonderful family gathering for an 80th celebration. Kelen made sure everything was perfect. She had special “things/treats” around her home to welcome us which made us feel so special. She has the best stocked amenities plus everything needed for a beach day, fun games to play around the pool, a fully stocked kitchen with every appliance you need. The outdoor areas can let you escape should you need any quiet time. The golf cart was also a win asset. Such an easy way to get around plus it was street licenced & all prepaid parking which made it even better! My family said over & over again how great the house was & perfect for a family gathering or friends. The bunk room for kids was so exciting. This was by far the best Airbnb I have ever been to. There is no doubt Kelen is THE SUPER HOST! Go there. You won’t be disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kissing Dolphins Resort, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the private hot tub. It provided the perfect setting for relaxation, surrounded by stunning views and an atmosphere that truly felt like a slice of paradise. The cleanliness of the resort was spectacular. Everything was spotless, from the common areas to our private accommodations. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment, which made our stay even more enjoyable. In addition to the wonderful amenities, our host was incredibly informative and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. One particularly thoughtful gesture was that they arranged for dinner to be sent to the house, which was a delightful surprise. It was a nice touch that added to the overall experience and made us feel very welcomed. Overall, awesome stay
