Melbourne : locations de vacances avec suite privative

We enjoyed our stay here, the cottage was as described. We were so close to the beach that I could hear the waves at night. We had everything that we needed; towels, cooking utensils, TV, games. There are places to sit outside in the front and back of the house, which is very nice to have when you want to enjoy the outdoors. The host was quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The guest house is exactly as advertised, very comfortable and while its not walking distance to the beach, there is a beautiful gated neighborhood to walk in. It's an easy 5 minute drive to at least 3 different beaches. The area is very private and comfortably upscale with beautiful sunrises over the Indian River . Helen's home is classic and beautiful. The guest house is 3 large rooms just perfect for 2, amply equipped with everything one needs for an extended stay. Helen as host, is just a lovely person and helpful at every turn. She recommended restaurants and things to do as well as providing great conversation and company a number of times during our stay. We had a very nice stay that was made better by Helen and all the preparation she and Charles put into the residence. I am sure we will be back next year to enjoy the comforts of home again. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful week stay! The condo was perfect. Had everything you could want and more. Great location, walkable to many restaurants, beach, and groceries. Saw 3 rocket launches. Spent much time on the balcony with the sounds of the waves. So relaxing. Pat is a great host! Thank you!

Great place to stay ! Our 6th time there and will definitely stay again. Brenda and her family are extremely kind and friendly and make you feel right at home!

host is great, extreamly friendly. House is as advertised and exactly what I needed. other host canceled on me 15 hours before check in. Alexander helped me find a place that day. Can't say thanks enough. Saved my vacation.

The location was convenient for my needs and for visiting Melbourne. There is off street parking and it was handy to have the washer and dryer. The Studio is private and perfect for one or two. My dog appreciated the outdoor space as did I. The landscaping is lush and beautiful. You can walk to go to several restaurants and bars. There is a park very near with a public pier. Most things are within a 5 mile drive. Steve, the host, was so helpful with directions and full of ideas about where to go exploring!

We had an excellent stay here. Space is perfect for two people with a comfy bed, great bathroom, and an ample kitchen. The place is very clean and we felt safe staying here. Julian was so pleasant and even let us borrow some chairs to take to the beach! It was a nice touch and we really appreciated having a variety of soaps to use for the shower and a couple snacks and waters in the fridge. Very affordable with an easy commute to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The no flushing of the toilet paper was a little odd but we were willing to look past this cause of the affordability and value of the space. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Alana’s place was perfect! It’s like walking into our home. Cozy, clean and cute! The bed is lying in a cloud!! She also had us snacks waiting for us. We were able to meet her and she is so nice and friendly!! We definitely will be back!!

Frank's place is amazing! not only is pristine clean but also the linens are soft, the towels are white like brand new white ( and also spares ones to use in case we need it too ) the bed and pillows top of the line and also the details, I could tell that everything was thought off to have a restful experience! My husband and I are very happy we chose the right place for our short stay! Thank you Frank for everything! Your beautiful place is one of a kind!

Cristy was very nice and helped us in every way she could . The apartment was very clean but needs a little work done on it . It is in a very quiet area and there is any type of store or restaurant very close by .If you want quiet this is a very good place to stay.

Areen’s place is a peaceful oasis. She has crafted a really stylish space with a quiet outdoor space complete with bubbling water feature. The rooms are spotless and Areen treats her guests with lots of thoughtful amenities. I would highly recommend Areen’s accommodation.

Our stay was great! There were a few minor concerns, but Olivia was very responsive. We plan to do a cruise out of Port Canaveral in February 2026 and we will most likely book Olivia’s place again.

Our stay at the Coastal Haven was extremely wonderful and by far one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at!! Cindy and Paul are great hosts and far exceeded our expectations in every way. Cindy is very thoughtful and took great care in making the stay extra special for us as we celebrated our Anniversary. We felt like we were staying with family! It’s a very cozy place, and we felt right at home. It’s also a close walk to the beach, although it was a little chilly during our stay. Amenities were great, they even had special treats for us, and everything was very clean. We definitely will stay here again with no hesitation. Thanks so much Cindy and Paul!!!

The room was spotless and very cute! Tony and Kathy were responsive and very helpful. I'll be staying here again.

The location is just perfect. 5 minute walk to the beach. Small kitchen area but still nice for size it is. Location, location, location is the 5 star rating otherwise 4 because areas are so tight and small. Bathroom has a nice size shower but really small for toilet and sink, but again if your there for a short getaway it's really perfect because we were beachaholics all week and saved on parking which is 5 bucks an hour. Was a little bit of a pain crossing the one way main highway because they don't have a crosswalk signal working yet but it is installed so that'll be another plus because floridians just don't stop for pedestrians usually. Lol. Very busy highway (A1a). I have a disability in my legs and feet which requires me to wear braces so to walk to the beach made it worth the price to stay there. Bed was Queen size, only downfall because they definitely could still have put in a king-size bed because bedroom was actually decent size for small unit. Bed was still comfortable.

Room situated in a house with its own entrance and parking place in a nice subdivision in a quiet neighborhood. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. It had everything I needed for comfort. Comfortable bed, frig, small table to eat or work at, and bathroom with shower. Deb was wonderful to talk to and very gracious. She introduced herself and welcomed me to her house shortly after arriving. Very friendly and accommodating. Definitely be back if down that way again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunsplash Getaway- James was very friendly and flexible with check in as we arrived early. Lovely cosy home, with all amenities, lovely pool and plenty of activities. useful folder of handy hints and places to visit, welcome pack was very welcome too. Handy for short drive to beach, downtown Melbourne and access to the coast. Thank you we loved it ❤️ 😀 xxx
