Great location the lake and communal areas are very close by as well as shops and restaurants. You can park right outside the apartment easily and there is a parking garage as well . I would definitely suggest to the host to buy a curtain pole as on our arrival the curtains were pinned to the wall which I have never seen before .

Stella’s place was clean and located near lots of great restaurants and stores. The area is walkable which is rare for Dallas. The host was also very quick to respond to any questions. Parking situation was hassle free. Really enjoyed the pool and gym.

I've stayed at this complex before and it was a hassle due to no instructions. Ron's instructions were clear, and very detailed making it easy to find the place, where to park, and how to get to the apartment quickly. Great place for a quick stay!

Heather's place is wonderful. Had everything I needed and more. The place was clean, modern, and I felt right at home. Heather was very helpful in getting me checked in and always available for questions.

Nice apartment in great location. Close to many restaurants, coffee shops and walking trails. The fenced patio and enclosed green space was a bonus for our dogs.

Daniel and Annie helping me in a bind of a last min booking, and they were ABSOLUTELY amazing ! I booked this trip at midnight on a Wednesday to then fly in less than 36 hours later. They responded to my questions literally in the middle of the night before booking just to put me at ease. My plane arrived very early in the morning, and they allowed us to check in very early to ensure we could rest before the busy hustle and bustle of a long cheer weekend in Frisco with our daughter ! Thank you so much & we will ABSOLUTELY be back if we have another travel comp in the area ! 😍

Highly recommend! Macey was a wonderful host - very responsive and friendly. Her home is spotlessly clean and feels spacious and peaceful, with a perfect layout for traveling with friends or family. The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a nice outdoor patio and private backyard. has a nice covered patio and Easy instructions for check in and check out. We really enjoyed our relaxing long weekend and hope to return.

It was easy to get in, looked like the photos, the host was friendly and responsive, the checklist was reasonable and we enjoyed our stay. I was very happy with how clean it was which I feel like that's hard to find anymore. Our bed was comfortable, the shower pressure and heat was great. Our baby slept great in the crib they provided. Very happy with this stay

The house is extremely comfy and clean. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well. Roberto is very responsive and helpful!

Terrific location and great host.

This place was perfect. Walkable to a great park, short drive to endless restraints, 20 minutes to the airport and close enough to Dallas to do anything. The rooms were great and kitchen was well stocked. Would gladly stay again.

10/10 would recommend staying here. The place matched the description and Patrick was a gracious host always responsive. The place was a little difficult to find in the dark when we checked in (we left home late) but once we knew where it was it was always easy to find. Loved this spot so much!!!

Great for my family. Very clean, place felt like home, the beds were soooo comfy. She had great products in the bathroom for us to use and ample towels. The storage space was great.

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

great little place. very comfortable and spacious. the only thing I did not like is the window over the office doesn't have blinds or anything, so it's very bright in the morning if you want to sleep in it's a little hard

Andrey was always super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. I’m the type of guest who feels the need to share every little detail with the host since I travel with small kids — and he either totally understood me or at least tried to, lol! The place is very peaceful and perfectly located — right in the middle of everything. The neighbors were friendly, and there are some bunnies running around the complex, which I can assure you, if you’re traveling with kids, they’ll absolutely love! The internet was a bit slow at times or we had trouble connecting, but as always, Andrey was quick to help. If something wasn’t working, he would either offer us a replacement or help fix it — always willing to go the extra mile to resolve any issue. If I could suggest anything, it would just be to maybe add a few more kitchen utensils, like a cookware set. Everything else was just PERFECT!😍
