This place is always magical! This is our fourth time here and it's a pleasure to be back. Very comfortable, very well equipped and the location is just perfect. Montie has been a wonderful host from the start. We had a small issue with the plumbing and Montie fixed it in less than 30 minutes, even though he was traveling out of state. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful space, literally feels like a treehouse since you’re on the top floor and in the trees. There is this magical garden outside that’s just stunning and makes you feel like you’re somewhere else and not in the heart of hollywood. I did feel like you could hear everything the downstairs neighbor was saying and doing so it’s not the most quiet but it’s normal noise so it didn’t bother me too much was just a surprise. It’s def worth the stay just be aware of Hollywood bowl schedule as getting in and out of the neighborhood during certain times will be difficult… Overall one of my favorites bnbs iv stayed at and I’ll def book again in the future

My wife and I, along with our 2 young adult sons, drove from Canada to spend some time in Pasadena. J's condo was perfect for us. We really felt at home there and enjoyed being in close proximity to our good friends who we were visiting. Being from the country, it was also a treat to be within walking distance to restaurants and some food chains that we don't have in our hometown in Canada. While there, we had the pleasure of meeting J's family. Wonderful people who made us all feel very welcomed. When we return to Pasadena, we hope J's condo will be available as we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you J and family for being so kind to our family as well as for making our stay in Pasadena so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again.

Me and my group had an absolute blast. Location was perfect; we never had to Uber longer than 1-2 miles, home was gorgeous and Carmel was extremely responsive and nice! Would stay at this location again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay at Linda's townhome. The location was a bit challenging to find as Linda's mention on the description, the townhome is at the hillside but reward is the views from the townhome's livingroom was gorgeous. For us, it was easier to get in through the keypad in front of the garage door vs the front door. The garage is definitely tight but I have no problem navigating our rental mini van into it. The townhouse is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is in a great location and 5 minutes drive to many asian restaurants which we love. Linda was responsive and friendly. Thanks again for hosting us.

We had a fantastic stay! We booked last minute after another rental did not work out and could not have been more pleased. Vanessa was very responsive and proactive about making sure we had all of the instructions and were able to access the unit. It was a little complicated to enter because the house is kept very secure, but the instructions were completely clear and easy to follow. The location was perfect. We were close to everything in Marina del Rey and Venice Beach and not far from Santa Monica. It is a very walkable area with access to all kinds of restaurants, shops and outdoor activities. The house itself was very clean and very comfortable. We felt very at home and had all of the ammenties needed for our stay. The hot tub, yard, and back balcony provided the perfect respite and relaxation. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit. Thank you Vanessa!

Yonkon gave us a great place to stay for a few weeks. They were very responsive when we wanted to extend our stay. And the place was in a perfect location!

Organized and clean house, the fact that each room has a shower and toilet is excellent, located a very good distance from attractions in the area, convenient to arrive by car and park in the parking lot, hosts are available

Amazing place to stay. Extremely spacious and extremely accommodating for me and my friends. 10/10 would stay here again. There were bathrooms in every room which was convenient. The kitchen was stocked with the basic necessities needed and everything was thoughtfully labeled. The hosts stayed in communication the entire time and gave us very clear instructions so our check in was a breeze. The only suggestion I would provide is to not get a big car if you’re not a professional at parking. The garage can fit two cars but it is quite narrow. Our camry fit just fine.

We enjoyed our stay! Netty opened her home when we had a problem at our rental. The place was pristine and perfect for our family vacation.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Arya's place. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants, less than 30 minute drive to many of the tourist highlights. Great place to come back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend Arya's place to anyone interested in the West Hollywood area.

We had a great time in LA and Kevin was an excellent host. The place was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Parking was plentiful, though getting in and out could be a bit tight with a larger SUV—but it’s definitely manageable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the location is super convenient—close to tons of LA attractions. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want to be near all the action!

Nice touch with the Netflix already logged in with guest account for thr Air BnB. Had everything we need and responded to questions we had promptly.

Great stay! Katie was super clear and responded very promptly. The unit was spotlessly clean and was spacious too. The beds, in my opinion the most important part of an Airbnb, were great so we all slept very well. The unit is a short walk to spectacular sushi - Ikigai - amazing! We'll definitely be back!

This is a great spot, it’s easy to feel at home and it’s rather cozy - from the fireplace in the living room, to the comfortable bed, to the spectacular roof deck. The hosts are generous, both in stocking the kitchen with goodies and responding to questions that arise. I have stayed at other Jackson Market properties in the past and hope to do so many times in the future.

I booked Justin's Airbnb for an employee and his family who were visiting for a business trip. Justin was a great host, always responsive and helpful. The space was wonderfully clean and just as the guests expected - we would highly recommend. Thank you, Justin!

This is my favorite place we have stayed at to date. Ecspeically with small children. The location is perfect. Safe area, park right outside, restaurants right across the street, and we absolutely loved the garage parking and gated entrance. Tip for staying here: pack in drawer dividers. I packed my kids clothes in these for efficient packing. I wish I would have packed all of our things this way because they left so much closet space, bathroom drawers, and pantry space for us. It was so refreshing to not live out of a suitcase and to have a ton of space to locate your clothes. The master is large enough to fit a pack n play. This was perfect for our youngest who still wakes so we wanted her near. My daughter loved all of the toys they left for us. You really cannot beat this place if you are traveling with small kids. It is absolutely worth the extra cost. Jacob and Martina’s response time is so fast you do not have to worry about waiting around for a simple question.

Home is fabulous!! Bright, airy, and just so cool to be up in the hills. So many patios and outdoor spaces - we spent a lot of time on the roof deck. Ade and his wife were super responsive and friendly. Very comfortable beds, and bedrooms are well spaced on the lower floor for privacy. We feel extremely lucky to have found this place!!! While you aren’t *actually* far from things, I found going down the hill for errands to be something I just didn’t do bc I *felt* really far away. That was probably a psychological barrier (I’m a city kid who is used to walking a block for anything she needs) but just be aware once you’re there, you won’t want to leave. Finally - Ade is not joking about the dip in the road right before the house. If your car doesn’t have good clearance, park before it. Our Nissan Rogue was fine if we took it slow.

A very comfortable and clean home. Everything was easy to find because the cabinets are labeled!!! I appreciated that so much. If I had any questions, Kyle and Jade got back to me promptly.

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!
