Great location at a good price. Comfortable and well equipped.

We decided to look at apartments for the week to have more comforta than a hotel. The location is great! You can take a short walk to Main St if you need reatraunts or a stop at the corner store for groceries or other needs. Beale St is not quite 2 blocks away. The streets in that area are well lit and I loved the 24 hr security in the parking garage. The apartment was nice and the perfect size for me and my son. Having a washer & dryer was great! There were adequate cookware, utensils, and even some basic spices in the cabinet. I used the coffee maker and loved that there was creamer and sweetener available if we needed it. The bar was nice to sit at to eat or do homework. It was also nice that this was a corner unit = more windows & natural lighting. There are adequate plugs for electronics and the WiFi was good, it was able to keep up with whatever we needed. There were a few minor issues we brought to their attention but other than that it was a great stay & we'd stay there again.

My partner and I had a wonderful time during our stay on our first time visiting Memphis. The place was amazing, wonderful hosts, easy check in, awesome parking, easy to find, stylish, quiet, right next to many amazing restaurants, and plenty of sightseeing within the area. We always wanted to experience staying in a loft and we absolutely loved it. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Very nicely renovated home was beautiful inside and out. High end appliances and two full bathrooms made for a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place when traveling to the area!

Rory’s place was absolutely perfect for the four of us! There was also an extra room and bed we didn’t use. Beds were super comfy and having two bathrooms was nice. Clean, well laid out, a kitchen with everything we needed in a quiet, safe feeling neighborhood close to lots of fun restaurants and bars. Rory was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended! We’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub and sauna were just what we needed after the busy days. Would absolutely stay again!

This was our second time staying at Anuja's property and we love staying there. The check in process is super easy and since the house was available Anuja allowed us to check in early. We love the neighborhood that the property is in. We feel super safe there and the neighborhood is very peaceful. The house is just as described and has everything that you would need for your stay. Our four-legged child loves the fenced in back yard and we appreciate that Anuja is pet friendly. We love sitting on the balcony off of the master too. Anuja is great to communicate with and was always quick to respond. We will definitely continue to stay here in the future.

The family and I came for a grizzlies game. Great and convenient location to arena as well as restaurants. This beautiful spot was very nice and provided us just the space we needed. Each room provided us a little piece of Memphis. We will definitely look to rebook our next visit.
