Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Haben nichts vermisst. Schöne Sicht auf Locarno. Philippe haben wir als freundlichen, grosszügigen Menschen erlebt. Dieses Angebot kann rundum empfohlen werden.

Wir waren als Großfamilie mit erwachsenen Kindern in Gerra und hatten beide Wohnungen gemietet. Dafür ist die Unterkunft ideal, da man sich die Terrasse mit der Nachbarwohnung teilt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach nur herrlich. Das ist das Besondere an der Wohnung. Der Ort Gerra ist immer noch herrlich gemütlich, entspannt und man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Die Wohnungen sind gemütlich eingerichtet, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und alles war sehr sauber bei der Ankunft. Einziger Nachteil am Haus ist, dass es hellhörig ist. Darauf wird jedoch bereits vor der Buchung hingewiesen und man kann sich darauf einstellen. Uns hat es nicht gestört…

If I could give the home (and Silvia) more than five stars I would. As beautiful as the view is in the pictures it doesn’t compare to being there in person. It is spectacularly beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and Silvia was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Siamo stati molto bene nella casa di Benedetta. Alloggio elegante, confortevole, pulitissimo, con letti comodi e biancheria di qualità, situato al piano terra di una splendida villa con grande parco affacciata sul lago di Como. Comodissimo il parcheggio all'interno della proprietà. Posizione vicinissima all'entrata della villa del Balbianello e al traghetto che permette di raggiungere Bellagio e altre località sul lago. Vicino ad un supermercato molto fornito e ad una rosticceria con buona scelta di piatti pronti. Ringraziamo Benedetta per l'ospitalità, la sollecitudine e la gentilezza nel rispondere alle nostre richieste.

This place was perfect. Exactly as described. There were only two of us, so we had plenty of space. But four could easily have enjoyed this space as well. Incredibly clean and well kept. We loved the glass enclosed space and balcony. You could draw the curtains for privacy if needed. The glass at the top allowed you to see the night sky and the stars. Plenty of spaces outside for two hour parking and a parking lot that was 3-5 minute walk if we needed to leave the car for longer. The roads leading to the apartment are a little windy, but once we found it, it wasn't complicated at all and we got our bearings very quickly. Quiet neighborhood, close to the castles, the river, and shopping (all within 7 minutes or less driving). Highly recommended.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero ottimo. La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Gianna hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. L'appartamento era ben fornito di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e la vista panoramica dal terrazzo era semplicemente mozzafiato.

We had a wonderful stay in Lierna! The house was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. The view was beautiful, and the village itself was charming and cozy. Our host was quick to respond and incredibly helpful, giving us great tips on places to visit, things to do, and where to eat. We really appreciated her hospitality!

A acomodação estava limpa e organizada, era exatamente como nas fotos, os arredores eram atrativos e Lorenzo sempre respondia com rapidez. Recomendo!

La casa molto ben curata e bella, posizione eccezionale in centro. Proprietà disponibile e gentile nel risolvere ogni problema nel caso ci fosse bisogno. Molto soddisfatto

La disponibilità, l’attenzione e la gentilezza di Laura sono qualità fondamentali per rendere l’esperienza di soggiorno a Vimercate davvero interessante e piacevole. Ancora prima di prenotare ho avuto modo di conoscere le qualità dell’host, la quale è riuscita a darmi informazioni preziose per il mio viaggio, qualità che si sono confermate una volta giunto sul posto. Sicuramente sarà un riferimento in futuro se ne dovessi avere bisogno.

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage in Losone ist ideal, ruhig und entspannt, gleichzeitig aber super angebunden: Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in wenigen Minuten in Ascona oder Locarno. Perfekt, um die Region zu erkunden! Die Wohnung selbst war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gut hat uns der moderne Duplex-Stil gefallen , das war für uns mal etwas ganz Neues und hat der Unterkunft einen besonderen Charme verliehen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

The apartment was exactly as described and shown jn the photos. We had a lovely 2 night stay in this beautiful apartment. The living and dining area was large and spacious and the windows in the bedroom had a view of a courtyard with large trees. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole apartment was sparkling clean. Would definitely stay here stay here again!

Great place with plenty of space. It had everything we needed. The only downside was the lack of free parking, as all the spots are paid. Otherwise, Richard was an amazing host—super nice, helpful, and responsive!

Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool war richtig toll, sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Hafen, nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants entfernt.

Absolut traumhafter Blick vom Balkon und aus dem Bett und eine schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht oder brauchen könnte. Da wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter hatten, war es toll, dass man das Sofa auf dem Balkon (halb überdacht) auch bei Regen nutzen konnte und das wirklich schöne Spa eine Stunde mit Sauna/Dampfsauna und diversen Massagedüsen im Pool für sich alleine hatte. Bei schönen Wetter sollte man sich bewusst sein, das auch andere Gäste im Haus draußen sitzen und es trotz der sehr ruhigen Umgebung lauter werden kann. Unter uns nutzte eine Gruppe junger Männer die Terrasse sehr intensiv auch mit Musik bis spät abends. Das WIFI ist sehr langsam und man muss sich öfters erneut anmelden, für uns erträglich aber falls man arbeiten möchte ungeeignet. Alles im allem aber eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung!

Just returned after a long weekend here with our two children. The views at this property were unbelievable and were the absolute highlight of the accomodation. Andrea was incredibly friendly, informative and supportive with any help we required. I would recommend hiring a car if you're staying here, we don't think we'd have managed it with the children and it would have left us feeling isolated. Be aware that if you're going with children that it can feel quite cosy and not much space. However, the outdoor terrace had plenty of space and was safe and secure. The lesireu facilities were okay, would benefit from some maintenance but it helped to give the children something to do in an evening. A local restaurant nearby but mostly requiring transport. Varenna is absolutely stunning and a must see, the Lovers Walk, the Lakes Bakery and just watching the world go by at the Lake was amazing. Definitely a trip for beautiful sites and slow living. Rauhallinen ja hiljainen asunto keskeisellä paikalla. Asunnossa erikoismukavuutena poreamme. Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja hyvin varustettu. Asunnon lämpötilan säätö oli helppoa. voisin mennä uudestaan.

Lisa's place is located in the heart of Como, making it the perfect place for a stay, to get around the city, or to just unwind at the end of the day. Having the TV and fiber internet was a great advantage for those planning to do some work while on vacation, and was a great place for our family. Among the many beautiful places in Como, there are many nice playgrounds for small children, excellent shopping and dining options nearby, which make it very convenient for guests to stay there. I would highly recommend it, and I will definitely use it on my next visit to Como.
