a beautiful home with everything you need for a comfortable stay . great communication from state to finish. super clean house and maintained gardens kitchen has everything you need to have a great stay and beds are comfortable and clean, we booked last minute due to a local water mains burst not to far from the main A55 , easy to find and such a peaceful place amazing views at the back of the house

Keri was really helpful in agreeing to rearrange our stay after a family illness. The house was so comfortable and homely right from the start. Ideally located with a great view of the Conwy valley. Keri communicated superbly before and during our stay. We’ll be back

Lovely house in a great location and views, and a very homely feel. Great base for walking Snowden, and having the log fire in the evening was very cosy. We all really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come again!

Had the pleasure of staying at the woodmans cottage last week. It was absolutely fantastic and perfect for a quiet getaway. Its about a 10 minute drive from conwy (the nearest town) and 30-40 minutes from snowdonia too. Becky and Phil were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond on making sure we had an incredible stay. Would definitely recommend this place and i can’t wait to return in the future :)

It lives up to its name “cute and cozy”. Had everything I needed. Great location, was literally 2 minutes walk from beach and pub. Had a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed over Christmas for a quiet, cosy Hiking holiday and it certainly did not disappoint! The weather was murky for most of the stay but Del’s sweet cosy cottage was perfect - we went out into the mountains straight from the cottage and on our return, we were cosy by the fire and snug. The kitchen was spotless and we easily made an xmas dinner and felt right at home for our four night stay. There are amazing trails starting right in the village. Parking seemed plentiful and the village and neighbourhood were very quiet. Lastly, the bed was REALLY comfortable- we slept like the dead. Highly recommend! X

Lovely Family Home This is truly a home from home providing travellers all they need to have a comfortable stay. We travelled as a group of 6 with 2 cars fitting on the drive no problems but local EV charger provides a cheaper rate. The house is spacious and offers more than enough room for everyone without tripping over each other. The wood fired hot tub is a particular highlight and is private from the neighbours in the back garden and yet offers some views of the surrounding valley. Definitely recommend and would happily return for a family holiday.

Property was beautifully presented, very clean and very homely. It had everything that we needed. We booked the property due to it's close proximity to our family that we were visiting. Check in was easy, host was responsive and property was better than expected for the cost. Excellent Stay 5*

jan was a really lovely, friendly and welcoming host. her place is super cute and really quiet and peaceful on the outskirts of a village. easy to find from hosts directions and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. shower was really powerful and hot and bedroom was really spacious with really comfy mattress and good quality bedding even with an electric blanket whuch was a lovely extra as being March the temperature did drop at night. don't hesitate to book if you want somewhere quiet and private with a hist who is really caring and welcoming in a great location for getting around easily to all parts of anglesey. also a great restaurant in a garden centre a 3 minute drive away that does amazing breakfasts. jan is a wealth of knowledge on the island.

Great stay, lovely set up especially the cinema room. Great choice for anyone visiting the area and looking for a cosy night in!

We stayed here as a party of 7 for a friend's birthday, the location was easy to find on a friends iPhone however on Google maps the postcode took us to a holiday lodge a mile up to road, so be careful if using Google maps. Maria was excellent as accommodating the room layouts we needed and instructing us on how to access the building. The bnb itself was lovely, everything was spotless and as described. the pub underneath serves amazing food too, the shop opposite has everything you could need. we would definitely return to this location if and when we're in the area again

We loved our family trip here! The views where amazing, the apartment was immaculately clean and Melinda was a great host. Location was lovely, perfect distance to lots of places to explore and Rhos on Sea really came to life on a sunny Saturday during our trip. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again! Thank you 😁

The apartment was a lot bigger then I presumed. We booked the apartment for a weekend to walk up snowdon. The town was quiet as out of season for tourists, but the apartment was a great size and felt at home right away. Everywhere was spotless clean and spacious. Can’t fault it.

Very comfortable stay, clean and spacious flat. Host very welcoming and friendly. Walkable to the lake and mountain. Handy Spar shop for all your needs.

We had a fantastic weekend here. Many positives to staying in Michele's place, first being the location, we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants which was nice to explore. 2nd was the dedicated parking space. Llandudno prom is terrible for parking and it was lovely to know my car was safe, off the narrow streets. Michele has also decorated the place beautifully and we felt very cosy and at home there. We also appreciated Michele greeting us on arrival and showing us the heating, wifi etc. If youre planning on staying in the area, its definitely worth it. Only thing I'd point out is the seagulls are particularly noisy early morning! Thanks for a lovely stay Michele x
