Nilüfer’s Airbnb in İzmir was great. My friends and I were visiting for a wedding, and the location was very convenient. The balcony has a great view and would have been perfect for a fire if it was a bit colder. Nilüfer was so helpful and very informative. I would definitely consider coming back when I go to İzmir again.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay! The accommodation was clean and well-maintained, and the host was very friendly and responsive. The bed and furniture were comfortable, making my stay very relaxing. The location was also great—close to major attractions and public transportation, which made getting around easy. The quiet environment allowed for a good night’s sleep as well. Pros: • Clean and well-maintained space • Friendly and responsive host • Comfortable bed and furniture • Great location with easy access to transportation • Quiet and peaceful atmosphere Cons: • Lack of cooking facilities such as an induction stove or gas range Although the lack of cooking facilities was a minor downside, everything else was perfect. I would love to stay here again!

Metim is such a wonderful host! Super friendly and very responsive with my questions. He greeted us upon our arrival, which is super lovely. Great location, very clean and was a comfortable stay. We also managed to do our laundry at the accommodation which was awesome. Walking distance to the train station, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Izmir 😊

We absolutely loved this place—I’d wager it’s one of the best views in Kusadasi, and it’s directly on the port/in the middle of all the best spots to visit. He gave us a great recommendation for the restaurant downstairs (Liman Rest.) and it was so good we ate there twice. Hüsnü was kind, friendly, the apartment was clean, and he offered a lot of extra help and support. Perfect for a couple and also if you have kids or 3-4 people (one main bedroom and two smaller beds in the other room). Highly recommend and we will be back if we’re ever in Kusadasi.

Hem Urla iskeleye hem de merkeze oldukça elverişli bir konumdaydı. Aşırı huzurlu bir gün geçirdik. Evde projeksiyon ve wifi olması büyük bir artıydı ama en büyük artı dünyalar güzeli köpüş Nina idi. Konaklamamız boyunca kendini sevdirdi, bizimle uslu uslu vakit geçirdi ayrıca ona da çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Son olarak Ali beye nezaketi, hızlı iletişimi ve samimiyeti için teşekkür ediyoruz. Kendisi çok iyi bir ev sahibi.

Bayram tatilini fırsat bilip 5 gün Nühal hanımın evinde konakladık. 4 yetişkin 1 çocuk icin ev yeterliydi. Nühal hanımın güleryüzlü misafirperverliği hepimizi mutlu etti. Henüz havalar tam ısınmadığı için akşam üşüyeceğimizi farkettik kisa bir süre içerisinde Nühal hanım soba temin etti. Yerler mermer oldugu icin gelirken yanınıza terlik getirmenizi tavsiye ederim.

Superb place to stay. We spent a very happy weekend here. It’s a very large and well-equipped space that has everything that you need for a great stay. It’s within walking distance of the beach and there are plenty of shops close by. The host is fantastic at communicating and makes everything very easy. We definitely plan on returning!

Ezgi çok konforlu, temiz ve tarih kokan bir ev hazırlamıştı bizim için. Her şey önceden düşünülmüş ve erken gelmemize rağmen bize kısa zamanda anahtar teslim edildi. Lokasyon İzmir’in şehir merkezde her yere yürüme mesafesinde ancak gece hayatı çok hareketli olduğu için sakin sesiz konaklama arayanlar için gürültülü olabilir. Bizim için çok keyifli bir deneyimdi tarihi bir Rum evinde konaklamak!

We booked Erkans house for 8 nights but had to leave after 1 night because of problems with the hot water. It was very cold when we arrived and it took some time to heat up the house. We think the house is very nice and authentic but maybe better when the temperatures are a bit higher. We loved the privacy and the dogs. We think Erkan is a great host, he really tried to help us and it was not his fault with the hot water, it had never happened before. Erkan helped us with the cancellation of the booking and made clear he did not want us to pay at all. We really appreciated that and we recomment the house to other guests, only not with temparatures below zero.

Ilkay’s property was just like home for us for our 6 day visit. It is an interesting place with lots of ilkay’s memorabilia of her travels. The kitchen works well. Table and chairs were a bonus. The lounge room had a comfortable lounge suit and the bed is big and the bathroom is modern. There is heating and a/c, washing machine and balcony clothesline. We were very comfortable. Ilkay was very helpful answering our questions within a few minutes. Local shops nearby for basics and the bakery (pita,pida etc) is incredible to watch. The walk downhill into the town is about 15 mins, using the train underpass. Lots of great food places. Visit the huge Saturday market - fantastic! Close to all the must see sites. We found taxis were great for this.

Very lovely and spacious house with a beautiful and thoughtfully designed interior. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings made the space feel both comfortable and stylish. It’s clear that a lot of care went into creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was really nice to stay there and go for sea side walks in the mornings

We had a wonderful stay! The place was even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures. It was peaceful and quiet, yet close to markets, the center, and the beach, an ideal location.The host was amazing, very responsive, kind, and thoughtful. The place had everything we needed, including plenty of plates, glasses, cookware, toilet paper, and tea. The host even brought us freshly ground coffee, which was a lovely touch! One thing to note is that while the place looked clean, it could use a deep cleaning soon, as some areas like doors, walls, and carpets had dust, which triggered my allergies. Also, there’s a cat living in the garden. The host left food for it, and my friend enjoyed feeding it, but as someone with cat allergies, I found its persistent attempts to enter the house challenging. It’d be helpful to mention this in the listing for future guests. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and would absolutely recommend this place to others especially those without cat allergies

Bon séjour dans L'appartement propre et bien situer non loin du centre ville, bazare... Evité de venir le soir en voiture, l'adresse sur le site AIRBNB le GPS ne trouve pas le logement, on a tourner en rond pendant 1h difficile avec le GPS de trouver le logement, heureusement, un taxi nous a aidé à trouve l'appartement car la nuit c'est pas évident. Bon contact par messagerie avec Nazan et réactive à nos demandes. Merci.
