We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.

Great stay in BGC. Lots of restaurants nearby, a walkable area, lots of shopping and a safe environment. The pictures of the room is the same in person. 2 good sized rooms to sleep. AC works well for the hot days outside. 2 full bathrooms and plenty of space. There’s also a few umbrellas if it’s raining.

Nice place, with complete amenities, closer to mall, convenience store, groceries, shops and restaus. Closer to banks & atm hubs too. Unit is big for a studio, its clean, have a very good aircon, working washing machine, and few kitchen/cooking utensils. They also have a sturdy clothes rack outside, you can wash and do airdry, but be careful when hanging clothes outside bec its not really allowed. You have to move the clothes rack near the aircon area, slightly hidden. Big clothes cabinet if you have a lot of clothes, with few hangers. Spacious ref too. TV is working but its not a smart TV, u need a hub to connect the TV and do screen display using your devices. Spacious balcony but I wish there's a small table & chairs outside. We originally checked in last Dec 2024 until Feb 2025, and decided to extend the booking twice. They are flexible with booking. My only concern was the response time, during our stay. Other than that, everything is good. Place is comfy & private.

We really had a great stay at Villa Lumbreras. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We felt right at home, like it was our own house. The trip was extra special because it was our family’s first complete out-of-town trip, and we celebrated my Tatay’s 60th birthday there. Besides the villa itself, we definitely enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. We knew then that we would definitely go back. Thank you to Ms. Cham and Ms. Abegail!

Nice place to stay

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

We absolutely loved our stay at Aomori House! The thoughtfully designed spaces, both indoors and outdoors, offered the perfect spaces of intimate and big group activities, depending on our mood. Whether if you need to do some desk work, relaxing, or socializing, every spot was picture-perfect and Zoom-worthy. We love the bonfire area, separate KTV house, spacious walkways, and the well-planned layout of the home. And to top it all off, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would—10/5! Highly recommended! 🌟

The host is very responsive and accommodating, and her caretaker was very helpful throughout our entire stay. The place is very nice, secure, and clean. All the mentioned amenities are functional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Booked this place as our prep area for our wedding day. Cristina was very accomodating in allowing our friends, family and suppliers to come and go as the day progressed. I highly recommend this place. Great for family and friends' outing.

We’ve stayed in this unit three times now, and each visit has been wonderful. While we haven’t met Ms. Rosalie in person, she has always been a very accommodating host. Her instructions are always clear, and the unit is consistently clean, offering a relaxing space to return to after our trip to EK. ☺️

Stayed for a night and we had a restful sleep to recharge our energy. The place is nice, clean and complete. Very organized and most importantly it has a parking slot. Very convenient.

The unit has a nice home-like feeling. There's no excessive clutter, no kitschy signs all over the walls or striving for 'gram photos. It's a simple environment with a small sink and a lower quiet room where a small child could sleep. The loft area had a standard bed for two adults and a floor mattress for one. The aircon had no problems keeping the unit cool. The bathroom was a bit tight but you have what you need and the shower water is heated. Hosts were responsive and straight-forward. We had no trouble using Grab to get to & from (use Mario Mio or its parking lot). And to remind readers, you will not have Internet in the unit unless you bring your own.

Place was great. Location is convenient plus an awesome view at the balcony and the host, Joyce was very responsive and will really take care of you. would recommend and will book again in the future. Only downside is the pool was freezing cold.. good for the skin i guess🥴 anyways.. thank you Joyce!

We had a wonderful staycation in Tagaytay and I highly recommend this place! The owner was very responsive and accommodating, providing us with great suggestions on where to visit for the best views. The staff were also excellent, assisting us with all our needs and making sure we had a comfortable stay. The ambiance of the place was lovely, creating a very relaxing atmosphere that made our stay truly unforgettable. Overall, I'm so glad we chose this place for our staycation. We liked this place so much during our first stay that we decided to stay a second time. It would've been our third stay but our previous trip itinerary was too unstable. We have the place booked for another stay in the future. The property has a nice peaceful, homey feel. It's hard to believe that there's a bustling city that sees one million passersby, per day, just a few minutes out the door when we are sitting in the covered and enclosed side yard. We really enjoy having our morning coffee out there, enjoying the warm morning breeze, listening to the birds sing. We also enjoy our morning walks around the neighborhood. There are beautiful plants and trees throughout and friendly neighbors always returning a "good morning". The aircon cools the house quickly if it becomes too warm outside. Our host is very friendly and responsive to questions and our simple needs. We give 5 stars in all aspects. I hope this listing will be available for our future plans!
