Very good communication from host, friendly and informative. Very thing was as described and better. Car park easy to find and Julien had already informed us regarding the road closures in Lyme and which way to arrive. Place was easy to find and very clean and homely. Very large apartment and with plenty of room for the 4 of us. TV was good, and there were DVD's and a DVD player. Wi Fi was excellent. Tea, Coffee, Sugar was available along with essentials in the toilet which was very welcomed. Tesco and Co op within 2 min walk, which for us was very good. I would say the only negative, was the front door, you had to lock once inside as the door did not self lock. With 4 adults and only one key, with door having to be locked, it created an issue, but one that was easy worked around. Maybe have a Yale locked fitted, so that the door is locked without a key? The apartment is over three floors, so the description highlighting this is correct. Place is quirky, and very homely. 5 stars

One of the cleanest and most comfortable places we’ve stayed at through AirBNB. Wonderful location that is an easy walk to cafes, restaurants, Roman Baths, parks etc. I loved having the knitting store just downstairs, that was a lovely surprise. Everything worked perfectly and we were grateful to stay.

Easy to find well positioned close to city centre property which is within walking distance to all of the major amenities in Bath. Fully furnished with all one needs for an enjoyable stay. Dan was helpful with answering car parking and answering my pre-booking enquiries. Thoroughly recommend this property.

Absolutely gorgeous flat so close to everything. Helen was so helpful with the heating which was a little tricky to operate and went out of her way to ensure I had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there for 10 days from the US to attend a wedding. The flat allowed plenty of space for my family of 4 for the duration. It was nice to have a kitchen and be a short walk from 2 grocery stores. The town is beautiful, and people were so friendly. Staff at the Crooked Swan were a dream. We got to know several of them during our visit. A few recommendations: House instructions would be ideal. The WiFi network and password wasn’t posted, so we had to email the Swan, and it took a bit to get it sorted. It took us a few days to figure out how to open up the large ceiling windows throughout. There’s a pole in the primary bedroom to do it, but we didn’t realize what it was right away. It was very hot when we arrived, so that would have been helpful to know at check-in. It also would be great to have a large broom or vacuum, as the floors got quite dusty over our long stay. Overall, we loved it. I certainly recommend to others, especially families.

The flat is great- spacious, clean, all you need for a short or longer stay - I was there for work - great wifi speed, quiet inside and outside even though near a main road - wet easy access to Cardiff city centre or Roath park area - nothing bad to add only positives :)

Great short stay at this lovely property. Spotless, warm and welcoming, with beautiful views and wonderful walks around. Such a gem in a lovely part of the world. All modern amenities included, which was excellent.

An unforgettable stay for a special occasion! We booked this house for my sisters 40th Birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint! About a 20-minute drive from Cardiff which was convenient when venturing out for food and drinks (I would advise pre booking travel as we got stung on return taxis) The check-in was very friendly and informative. The host made sure we had all the details we needed, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was just as described in the listing with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. Everything you could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The place had all the essentials, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making sure everything was available. Get together with family and friends for Cheltenham Gold Cup. Everyone had their own room and great to have 3 bathrooms. It was a home from home with everything available that you needed. The place is spotless and comfortable. We didn’t do the 30 min walk to town but Uber taxis were easy to get us to town and railway station. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Wow! You couldn’t wish to find a more beautiful setting for a cosy break in the Cotswolds! We had the most amazing time at the Barn. We stayed for just the weekend but wish we could have stayed for longer. The barn is a stunning renovation in a picturesque setting, immaculately tidy, spacious, beautifully dressed throughout, a little slice of English paradise. Our hosts Becky & Tom were so helpful and lovely, they gave us a host of recommendations, from restaurants, pubs and bars to local farm shops and walks. We were greeted with a variety of local treats on arrival. Communication was fantastic and they made us feel so at home. If you’re looking for a romantic break or a little peaceful getaway, you must visit the barn! We will definitely be returning and can’t thank Becky & Tom enough for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to go back x

Fantastic last minute stay at this lovely house. We booked with only a few hours notice because of a family emergency and felt very lucky - Kenzie was really helpful and kind and the house was fab, super clean and tidy and very comfortable. So handy for getting into Bath as well as to the hospital. Also worth noting there is a fantastic coffee place right in front of the property, would recommend going to Blaax!!

Comfortable and well equipped house, in easy walking distance of Bath city centre and its attractions. The house is historic and quirky, spread over 3 floors connected by lots of quite steep stairs. Well stocked cupboards with all basic needs covered, which made it easy to cook, or there were many delicious options for eating out. Alison was immediately responsive and helpful to find solutions to minor problems. The road is a little noisy, but bedrooms are at the back of the house. The small courtyard garden is very attractive.

perfect location for us as we went to see a concert at the beacon which was literally a 5 min walk away. loads of places to eat and a Tesco's 2 mins away. everything was clean and tidy and the bed was so so comfortable. we stayed on Friday and Saturday night and the music didn't stop until almost 4 am and as we vape when we went outside there were crowds of drunk people, but noone bothered us, the entrance was shabby and dirty , but the flat definitely wasn't , although found something a previous guest left behind.. loved seeing the pretty church out the window . no bulb in the living room light so had to use the kitchen one which was very bright and the giant clock didn't work, but we have watches and we couldn't find the rubbish room just a bin on the stairs .all in all we loved our stay and would stay again ..thanks very much 😊

George is a first class, friendly and thoughtful host who was quick to respond to our messages. Her accommodation is presented to a very high standard and is well equipped with everything you need for a short or extended stay. We had an excellent three night stay visiting family and hope to return soon.

I felt very comfortable in the flat and loved the area and the view over the park. Jason was very helpful and responsive to any concerns. I had a great stay and would highly recommend the place!

Our stay in Bath was fantastic and the accommodation was beautiful! Very easy to access and it was great to be able to leave the car safely for the duration of our stay as the walk down to the town was easy and only took about 10 minutes. The standard of cleanliness as the property was great and everything you could possibly need was provided. Cheryl was incredibly helpful regarding us arriving a little early and when we got caught up in the road restrictions for the Marathon she was very kind in allowing us extra time to move our car. The property is in a great location for easy access to the Centre and The Forum which is where we attended a concert on the weekend. Will definitely recommend this property to friends and family & hopefully return again ourselves!!

A fantastic flat in the heart of Bridport, within 3 mins walk of the front door and you’re in the middle of town. However, it’s somehow tucked away enough that you don’t have any noise either. It’s beautiful clean and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

What a beautiful stay we had at the Green Tor, amazing scenery and a wonderful home from home. Would highly recommend this property and all its features. We had a great 3 day trip in the lovely town of Lyme Regis, visiting the many restaurants, walking along the coastal path, very much recommended. Can’t fault anything really! It was lovely that milk & butter & things to make tea & coffee were provided! There wasn’t any coffee left but just the fact it was something that is clearly provided for everyone is a very thoughtful touch! Clean place and ger was a good host. Would recommend!
