Very nice apartment with beautiful view of the lake in nice and quiet location.Lake can be seen even when lying down on the couch. Heating was turned on in advance so we came into warm and cozy apartment. Easy check in and very clean, kitchen has everything necessary for cooking plus coffee machine, toaster, microwave, etc.. Bed is very comfortable and there are additional blankets and pillows in the closet. Definitely worth the price and would recommend to anyone who wants nice and peaceful vacation.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich Makellos,man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gab sogar Babyfeuchttücher in der Nasszelle was ich echt super süss fand, da wir ein Baby mitdabei hatten. Die Umgebung war wie beschrieben sehr ruhig. Nichts desto trotz konnten wir mit Kindern dort echt gut entspannen! Der Ausblick auf den See ist Fantastisch! Thereze, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Shukran Bzeaf! Das wird definitiv nicht das letzte mal sein!

This place is perfect: perfect location, the home is well organized and with a beautiful lake view, and Luisa is such a sweetheart I can't rave enough about this place. It is very close to the Lugano train station, you take the funicular for 2 minutes and turn a corner and the place is right there - next to all the luxury shops, restaurants, a few minutes from the lake, and best of all you don't have to lug your luggage around. Lugano is known to be hilly, and normally you'd need to walk down lots of stairs to get to wherever you are, but it's so close to the funicular you can just ride it down the hill. The place is cozy, set up efficiently, clean and modern, and have everything we need to be comfortable. Luisa is the sweetest person ever, she checked in often, gave clear instructions to find the place, and ensured it was set up properly for us and the kids. It has everything and I would totally recommend this to everyone!

Wir waren mit drei kleinen Kindern da. Tolle Wohnung direkt am See. Es war alles wie beschrieben und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonderes Highlight ist der Garten, der direkt an den See grenzt und den wir die ganze Woche für uns alleine hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Soggiornato in 6 persone a Capodanno. L'host Urs si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile. Alloggio confortevole in un complesso affacciato sul lago al confine con Campione d'Italia facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Unica pecca la cucina veramente minimal, ricavata all'interno di un mobile.

Adrian and his team were exceptional. Communication was immediate and instructions easy to follow. They were also over the top accommodating for our 1 year old providing everything we could possibly need. The accommodation itself was somehow more spectacular than the pictures. Genuinely exceeded all expectations. My family and I were blown away with every aspect of our stay and cannot recommend Adrians place more.

Fantastisch gelegene Wohnung in Gandria, unter den Fenstern plätschert das Wasser (zu Steg/Badestelle wenige Stufen), und den Tagesanbruch überm See vom nach Osten gelegenen grossen Küchenfenster aus zu beobachten, ist ein Ereignis. Null Verkehrslärm (ist in der Region Lugano die Ausnahme!) - immer Sommer stören vielleicht Motorboote, und die Gassen von Gandria sind am Wochenende ein touristischer Hotspot, aber die nächtliche und morgendliche Ruhe sind unglaublich. Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist, mit der weitgehend stündlichen Busanbindung an Lugano ist ein Auto fast überflüssig (wir empfehlen dringend die günstige Wochenkarte des Verkehrsverbunds Arcobaleno, nur am Schalter zu bekommen!). Die Wohnung lebt, man ist bei Seif zu Gast, und es ist supergemütlich, wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Insektenphobiker müssen eventuell kleine Konzessionen machen. Die Nasszellenkomplex zwischen Wohn- und Schlafbereich ist definitiv unkonventionell, aber gut praktikabel.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt im Casa Gioia. Mitten in der Natur, umgeben von wunderschönen Blütenprachten und einem sanften Bachrauschen konnten wir die Tage so geniessen und uns erholen. Das ist wirklich ein besonderer und kraftspendender Ort. Auch das Haus hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Die Gastgeber und auch der Hauswart waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke für alles💛

Leo war sehr proaktiv und flexibel, wenn es um Check-in und Check-out ging.

Perfekt; von Ankunft bis Abfahrt. Ein Kleinod, ideal zum Eintauchen in die totale Entspannung. Wir haben es geliebt. Und Wieland, der Gastgeber; super hilfsbereit, großzügig, einfach alles 100 Prozent👍!

Run don’t walk if you are considering a stay at Bobby’s little piece of heaven! It is immaculately clean, the view is breath taking, it’s private and peaceful! Bobby is so helpful and friendly. Just a few steps away you can jump in the lake if you wish. The beautiful apartment has every amenity you could ever want or need. 1000% recommend!

Davvero un bel soggiorno nonostante l'arrivo con la pioggia per la bellissima location con impagabile vista lago dal terrazzo di casa, Cesare è stato molto flessibile nell'accoglierci prima dell'ora fissata per il nostro arrivo, molto disponibile nel fornirci indicazioni su cosa fare nei dintorni e molto gentile nel donarci un assaggio di piccola pasticceria Ticinese. L'alloggio moderno ,carino e funzionale ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. La sera prima della partenza abbiamo goduto dello spettacolo dei fuochi pirotecnici da Porto Ceresio dal nostro splendido terrazzo. Da ripetere.

Das Rustico war genau, wie wir es erwartet haben. In einer ruhigen Lage, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Natur. Ideal zum Entspannen. Vor allem die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Da wir mehrere Wochen dort waren, hatten wir öfters Kontakt mit Norbert. Er war immer sofort erreichbar und mit seiner offenen Art sehr hilfsbereit. Bemerkenswert ist, dass er sogar lang geplante Renovierungsarbeiten verschoben hat, damit das Haus im gewünschten Zeitraum für uns verfügbar ist. Das schätzen wir sehr. Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen und empfehlen das Rustico weiter! Um dorthin zu kommen, gibt es eine Beschreibung mit Video, man gelangt damit direkt bis vor die Haustür. So etwas habe ich auch noch nicht gesehen, die ideale Wegbeschreibung. Danke nochmal an dieser Stelle an Norbert für Deinen herzlichen Umgang! Viele Grüsse, Sebastian

Sebastiano è un host molto gentile, ha sempre risposto subito ed é stato molto disponibile. Il check-in é stato molto chiaro e non abbiamo avuto problemi. La casa è un incanto, esattamente come si vede dalle foto, con molta tranquillità e privacy. Il mobilio è molto bello, cucina completamente attrezzata e letti molto comodi. La vista dal salotto e dalla veranda sul Lago é strepitosa e affascinante. La camminata lungo il lago è davvero bella e rilassante. Consiglio vivamente a tutti questo alloggio, ci ritornerò presto.

Absolutely stunning views, even better than the photos. The house is very well equipped and comfortable, it was perfect for our stay. As it’s on multiple levels there are lots of stairs. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house, it’s in a magic location!

Sehr schöne und zentrale Lage mit super Blick auf den See. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermietung. Grosszügige Wohnung und mit dem Rollstuhl ebenerdig zu erreichen. Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Verkehr auf der Strasse draussen

Wir, Nonna, Mama und zwei Buben (3.5 und 1 Jahr alt) fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl in der stilvollen und gepflegten Wohnung. Es war einfach alles da, in der Küche, im Bad und vor allem auch für die Kinder, fürs Spiel drinnen und draussen. Caslano im November erlebten wir als kleines "touristenarmes" Paradies mit zauberhaftem Seeufer, freundlicher Pizzeria und dem Bioladen in nächster Nähe. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für die grosszügige Gastfreundschaft!

Wunderschönen Wohnung, liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Herrliche Aussicht auf den See. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war sicher nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir hier eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht haben.

Das Grischina in Locarno ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung am Lido di Locarno mit toller Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge. Die Terrasse ist riesig.. Alle Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Badeanstalt ist gleich gegenüber und im Zentrum von Locarno ist man schnell zu Fuss. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben tolle 5 Tage in dieser ruhigen und dennoch zentralen Wohnung erlebt. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Arrivederci Grischina!
